General part

1.1. The working design of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit (AUPP) was carried out by NTK Flame LLC on the basis of Contract No. XXX and the initial data submitted by the customer.

1.2. APCP design is performed as per construction drawings.

1.3. All rooms of the store shall be protected by automatic fire extinguishing installation regardless of the area, except for the rooms listed in item 4 of NPB 11003.

1.4. Modular type AUPP, fire extinguishing agent - powder.

1.5. Powders have a high fire extinguishing capacity and are used to extinguish fires of any class. Powders are non-toxic, little aggressive, relatively cheap and convenient to handle. Fire extinguishing powder by the degree of exposure to the body refers to low-hazard substances of hazard class IY in accordance with GOST 12.1.00776. Irritating effect: on the mucous membrane of the eyes - weakly expressed, on the skin - absent. After a fire, the powder can be removed with a vacuum cleaner or washed away with water.

1.6. Selection of the APCP type and fire extinguishing agent is carried out taking into account the following features of powder installations:

1.7. AUPP is made on the basis of modules of powder fire extinguishing MPP6 "Smerch" "WFP (N) -6-I-GE-UKhL.2 TU. 48540061177697903 Fire safety certificate No. SPB.RUUP001.B03521. Compliance certificate No. ROSS RU.BB02.H01963.

1.8. All instruments and devices used have a certificate of conformity and fire safety.

Purpose, composition and main characteristics of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit

2.1. AFAP is designed for automatic detection, localization and extinguishing of fire centers when controlled fire factors exceed the established threshold values in protected rooms. AUPP also notifies visitors and store maintenance personnel about the fire and sends a fire and malfunction signal to the round-the-clock control room.

2.2. AUPP also performs functions of automatic fire alarm and fire warning system of the 2nd type as per NPB 10403 (Item 5, Table 2).

2.3. General structural diagram of APCP is given in Fig. 1.

2.7. The module consists of the housing, item 1, filled with fire-extinguishing powder, item 5. Cold gas source (IHG) pos.2 with fluffer pos.4is installed inside the housing. Starting diaphragm, pos. 3, is installed and fixed in the housing.

Module is equipped with bracket for attachment to bearing surface .

2.8. In case of fire, after the automatic fire extinguishing system alarm is activated, the module receives the electrical pulse required for actuation of IHG, p.2. The gas emitted by the IHG through the fluffer pos.4 fills the internal volume of the housing pos.1. When the gas pressure inside the housing reaches the value of the opening pressure of the starting membrane, the module is actuated and the fire extinguishing powder expires 5 to the protected area or to the protected volume.

2.9. Automatic fire detection and start-up equipment of modules based on "Dozor16" PPKOP is designed to build and monitor the status of alarm loops and start-up circuits, generate indication control signals and external devices, and output starting pulses to fire extinguishing modules.

Main capabilities of PPKOP Dozor-16:

construction of signaling loops both according to standard multi-wire scheme and according to modern two-wire scheme

remote control of external devices

possibility of constructing communication lines according to a circular scheme, which dramatically increases the reliability of the system during cable breakage

visual indication on the aircraft in case of fire

application of a special algorithm makes it possible to reduce the probability of false smoke detectors to almost zero

standard outputs of "dry contacts" type allow to output information to the central observation panel

automatic redundant power (mains or battery)

visual liquid crystal display and convenient keyboard make the device easy to use.

2.10. Instrument UFCU unit consists of eight-slot address PT8A repeater, address UU8A external load control device, address UP4A start-up device combined by common two-wire main line. The PCU monitors the status of signaling loops, controls external annunciators, devices, systems by switching "dry" contacts, generates four independent start signals by commands from PCP16, monitors the integrity of the annunciators and start circuits. The operation algorithm of the FPU is set (configured) with PCP16.

2.11. The instrument BPRU unit consists of a repeater of eight-slot address PT8A, an external load control device of the address UU8A, united by a common two-wire trunk. BPRU monitors the status of signaling loops, controls external annunciators, devices, systems by switching "dry" contacts, monitors the integrity of the annunciators circuits. The FGU operation algorithm is set (configured) with PCP16.

2.12. As fire alarm devices, the design provides for fire smoke optoelectronic IP 21244, thermal IP 1011A, manual WR2001/SR.

2.16. For drawing attention of service staff at operation of the fire alarm system the project provides installation of external sound OOPZ12 annunciators, "Pipe 2" and light-sound annunciators "Fire", "Powder Leave", "Powder Not to Enter".

2.17. "Exit" light annunciators are designed to indicate escape routes in case of fire.

2.18. Device for manual start-up of non-volatile URP7 is intended for operational start-up of fire extinguishing modules located in the fire detection area.

Characteristics of protected premises

3.1. The store is a newly built separate two-story building. It has a central entrance, two side entrances (porches) for receiving goods.

3.2. In protected premises can be up to 50 people. Escape routes - a flight of stairs in the center of the building, emergency exits on the sides of the building.

3.3. Foundation - railway piles. Walls and exterior decoration - slag blocks. Partitions - foam concrete, brick. Floor - railway slabs. The roof is metal. Floors - cement, tiles. Interior decoration - dry plaster, painting.

3.5. Protected rooms are heated. Type of ventilation - exhaust. Category according to NPB 10503 - "V."

3.6. Air flow rate < 1.5 m/s, no vibration.

3.7. The primary signs of fire are smoke, heat.

Main Technical Solutions Adopted

In the

project

5.1. Fire detection and extinguishing equipment consists of two Dozor-16 control and reception devices installed on the 1st and 2nd floors and combined into a single control system.

5.2. PKP16 and monitoring panels PN3216 from PPKOP "Dozor16" are installed:

on the 1st floor - in the room with permanent stay of duty personnel or other room ensuring compliance with the requirements of item 12.48 * NPB 882001 *. In the project, the installation place is room 13. By agreement with the customer, the location of the equipment can be specified

on the 2nd floor - in room 23.

5.3. In automatic mode PPKOP "Dozor16" performs constant cyclic polling of connected devices, analyzes the status of alarm loops and start-up circuits.

5.5. In accordance with item 3 of NPB 11003, smoke fire detectors are used as automatic fire alarm devices in this project for early detection of possible fire centers in protected areas.

5.6. The space behind the set ceilings is controlled by smoke plumes. According to structural and functional features, the dam space is divided into zones. Actuation of the smoke detector located behind the ceiling is indicated using the remote optical device of ASW and is displayed on the PPKOP "Dozor16" and PN3216 panel.

5.7. In order to prevent the formation of false commands for starting the plant, the analysis of the fire hazard situation is carried out for the simultaneous presence of smoke and heat released during a fire.

5.8. Each fire fighting direction (area) is controlled by two alarm loops consisting of smoke and heat fire detectors. Fire extinguishing algorithm is started when two detectors operate in different loops ("I" circuit).

5.9. At the exits along the escape routes, manual fire detectors WR2001/SR are installed to manually generate the "Fire" signal in case of visual detection of the fire center by duty or maintenance personnel. Detector installation locations are selected in accordance with the recommendations of Appendix 13 of NPB 882001 *.

5.10. At operation of smoke fire detector "Dozor16" PPKOP generates "Fire" signal and displays address of area (direction) on instrument screen and PN3216 panel. "Fire" light-and-sound annunciators, sound annunciators, "Exit" light indicators are ON. Commands are generated for the PCP, as well as for disconnection of ventilation and equipment of the building. The signal "Attention" of the fire extinguishing direction is generated, in which the activated smoke detector is located.

5.11. In case of actuation of two fire detectors in different loops of the same fire extinguishing direction (smoke and heat), the control equipment generates a signal "Fire" and a command to start the fire extinguishing modules of this direction. "Fire" annunciators, sound annunciators, "Exit" annunciators are ON. If the automatic control system in this direction is in the "Automatic on" state, the automatic control system "Dozor16" outputs an electric pulse to the starting devices of the MPP6 direction in which the detectors were activated.

5.12. According to item 11.11 c) NPB 882001 * start-up is carried out with a delay of 30 seconds (time required for evacuation of people). Evacuation time from protected premises is determined as per GOST 12.1.004.

5.13. Remote startup of modules in each direction can be carried out by introducing a code from the Dozor16 PPKOP.

5.14. Fire extinguishing modules can be started in the appropriate direction from the non-volatile device of manual start-up of URP7. Starting from URP7 is performed without delay. Make sure that the personnel have left the extinguishing zone prior to actuation of URP7.

5.15. Emergency lighting shall be provided at the location of the manual start-up device providing illumination of at least 10% of the operating lighting standard 100150 lux.

5.16. Setting and removal of "Automatics ON" automatic control system state in each direction is performed by entering the code from PKP16 or from PN3216 monitoring panel of PPKOP "Dozor16" and is displayed on PN3216.

5.17. In accordance with PPB 0103, primary fire extinguishers are installed in protected rooms. Standard quantity, type of fire extinguishers are determined as per Table 1 of Appendix 3 of PPB 0103 taking into account equipment in protected rooms of APCP (Item 13 of Appendix 3 of PPB 0103). The recommended layout of fire extinguishers is given in drawing l.

It is possible to change the location of fire extinguishers in place if the requirements of PPB 0103 are met.

5.18. The design of fire extinguishing plants completely eliminates the possibility of the fire extinguishing agent entering the protected room before the plants are activated, which guarantees the safety of personnel in these rooms.

Information on organization and maintenance of installation works

6.1. Installation of fire extinguishing modules is recommended in the following sequence: preparatory work, measurements of the protected room and places of installation of modules, installation of modules.

6.2. Wires and cables shall be laid in accordance with PUE, NPB 882001 *.

6.3. The circuits of alarm loops shall be laid along the walls and ceiling, in the space behind the set ceilings in the corrugated pipe of non-combustible ∅16, the installation shall be carried out by wire of KSPV 2x0.5 mm type. In office premises install in the installation box.

6.4. Start-up and warning circuits shall be laid by 2x0.75 mm2 wiring in corrugated pipe ∅16 along walls and ceiling, in space behind set ceilings and in installation box in office premises. Start-up and alarm circuits can be laid together in one corrugated pipe or installation box.

6.5. In all cases where wires and cables pass through walls, wire or cable, lay in a separate piece of steel pipe.

6.6. Distance between fire-fighting communication systems, cables and power cables shall be not less than 0.5 m.

6.7. Install instrument units BPRUP and BPRA according to layout of arrangement at a height of not less than 2.3 m from the floor level.

6.8. Light-and-sound annunciators shall be attached at a height of not less than 2.3 m from the floor level, but the distance from the ceiling to the annunciator shall be not less than 150 mm.

6.9. Annunciators shall not have volume controls and shall be connected without detachable connections.

6.10. Connect "Dozor16" devices PKP-16, BRP12/5, PN3216, RT8A, UU-8A, UP4A, KTS-1 in accordance with the diagrams given in "Operation Manual for Dozor16" NN 2.406.003 RE.

Power supply and earthing

7.1. According to the degree of reliability of power supply, APCP should have a category I power supply according to PUE. If it is impossible to supply electric receivers from two independent sources, it is allowed to supply them from one source: from different transformers of two-transformer or from two nearby single-transformer substations connected to different supply lines laid along different routes with an automatic reserve input device.

7.2. In accordance with item 14.3 of NPB 882001 *, if there is one power supply source (at objects of the III category of reliability of power supply), it is allowed to use accumulator batteries as a backup power supply of electric receivers, which provide power supply to electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.

7.3. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it due to insulation failure, shall be grounded. Connect all grounding wires to the common grounding circuit of the building, refer to RD 78.14593.

Health and safety measures

8.1. Persons who have passed safety training are allowed to service the fire extinguishing unit. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal.

8.2. Installation and repair works in electrical networks and devices (or near them), as well as work on connection and disconnection of wires should be carried out only when the voltage is removed. All electrical installation works, maintenance of electrical installations, periodicity and methods of testing of protective equipment shall be carried out in compliance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations by the consumer" and "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations."

8.3. Plant maintenance regulations shall be developed by the customer on-site in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturers and taking into account the requirements of the "Instructions for the organization and implementation of works on the regulated maintenance of fire extinguishing, fire and fire alarm units," 1982, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and the Ministry of Defense of the USSR and RD 0090196 "Fire automation units. Technical Content Rules. "

8.4. Installation and installation works on fire automation systems shall be carried out in accordance with RD 78.14593 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Rules for the production and acceptance of works. Systems and complexes of security, fire and fire alarm. "

8.5. Attention: To check quality of wiring of chains of start-up the device providing control current in a chain of the starting device no more than 0.023A.

8.6. Attention: When assembling the electrical circuit, observe the polarity of electrical leads specified on the UPR7 article.

8.7. The resistance of the supply lines shall not reduce the current in the circuit below the value given in paragraph 2.5.11 (Table 1) and guarantee the actuation of the starting device.

Maintenance and maintenance of automatic fire extinguishing unit

9.1. At the facility, all types of maintenance and maintenance work, as well as the maintenance of fire automation units, must be performed by the facility's own specialists who have undergone appropriate training, or under an agreement with organizations licensed by the State Fire Service management bodies for the right to carry out work on the installation, adjustment and maintenance of fire automation units.

9.2. The main purpose of maintenance is to carry out measures aimed at maintaining the units in a ready-for-use state: preventing faults and premature failure of component devices and elements.

9.3. The structure of maintenance and repair of modules includes the following types of works:

maintenance;

planned maintenance;

planned overhaul;

unscheduled repairs.

9.4. Observation of planned work of installation, elimination of the found defects, adjustment, control, approbation and check of integrity of chains of start of the elements gas-generating belongs to maintenance.

9.5. The scope of ongoing repairs includes measurements and tests of equipment and elimination of detected defects.

9.6. The scope of overhaul, in addition to the work provided for by the current repair, includes the replacement of worn-out plant elements.

9.7. Unscheduled repairs are carried out in the scope of current or major repairs and are carried out after a fire, accident caused by unsatisfactory operation of the equipment, or to prevent it.

9.8. Devices and panels of fire automation, terminal boxes, pipes for wiring, electrical equipment cabinets shall be grounded. Protective grounding resistance shall not exceed 4.0 Ohm.

Grounding shall be performed in accordance with PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, requirements of GOST 12.1.0387 and technical documentation of manufacturers.

The use of metal parts of the building, pipes as earthing, is allowed only as an additional measure.

The Customer shall supply the ground bus to the APCP equipment and equipment requiring grounding.

Check grounding resistance (not more than 4 ohms) once every 3 years. Grounding circuit integrity check - 1 times a year.

At objects of power supply reliability category III it is allowed to use accumulator batteries as backup power supply source of electric receivers, which provide power supply of electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.
