1. Terms of Reference

1. General part

1.1. This project is based on:

- terms of reference of the year 06.11.2008 approved by the Head of the Local Administration of the city of Kronstadt.

- Letters of KGA No. 1-4-59114/E dated 05.11.2008 on the development of a comprehensive improvement project

- letters of KBDH No. 01105084/0801 dated 30.05.2008 on the improvement of the square

1.2. The following documents and materials are used and taken into account in drafting:

- topographic survey M 1:500, performed by St. Petersburg State Unitary Enterprise "GRII Trust" in 2008;

- SNiP 3.03.01 - 87. Bearing and enclosing structures;

- SNiP 12012004. Organization of construction;

- SNiP II2381 *. Steel structures;

- SNiP 2.03.1185. Protection of building structures against corrosion;

- SP 5310198. Fabrication and quality control of steel structures

1.3. The object of work is located in the city of Kronstadt and adjoins the street. Sovetskaya, Osokina, Guseva. The site is a territory of historically established development. The layout of the square has developed with elements of destruction and changes in pedestrian paths.

1.4. The climate of this area is characterized by warm and humid summers. Winter is long, moderately cold and dry. The coldest month, the warmest month is July.

In winter, winds of the southwestern direction prevail. In summer, north and east winds prevail.

The terrain is flat. Soils are loamy, sandy, poor.

2.12. Performance of landing operations.

2.12.1. Planting of woody plants should be carried out taking into account the engraftability at the planting sites, morphological and physiological indicators. It is necessary to ensure timely transportation, unloading of landing material, immediate digging or landing in permanent places.

The main task is to minimize the period of time between digging plants in the nursery and planting at the landscaping facility or digging at specially designated places.

2.12.2. The first stage of transplantation is the digging of plants in the nursery. It is important not to damage the root systems.

Then seedlings are sorted by species and varieties, transferred and laid in a place convenient for the entrance of vehicles. The roots are either sprinkled with loose earth or carefully covered with a wet bag before loading.

Plants are packed in bales of sac separately according to varieties and species. Before packing it is treated by way of dipping into aqueous solution of peat and clay. The bale must not exceed 50 kg. Some valuable copies are transported in baskets.

2.12.3. Temporary storage of planting material is carried out in warehouses - trenches. Protect against rodents. If necessary, vegetative part is sprayed and root systems are moistened.

2.12.4. Places for landing are marked with twine with pegs. Pits are dug according to the landing drawing (dedroplane). After digging, a hole for 2/3 of the volume is filled with plant earth.

Landing is carried out quickly. The wounded roots are covered with garden putty or a garden brew.

Immediately before planting, the roots are also treated by dipping in an aqueous solution of peat and clay, so that in the future there is a more complete touch of the roots with the soil. Seedlings are lowered into a hole, onto a hill, spreading roots along it. The bar thrown through the hole shows the ground level in the center, the root neck should be 5-8 cm above the level of the bar so that after precipitation the neck is at the level of the day surface.

Trees with a rod root system should not be planted on a hill, but directly into a hole on a flat surface. When the pit is filled, a roll from the ground is installed along its perimeter to prevent water from spreading during watering of the plant.

2.12.5. Watering until the pit is saturated with water 3050 liters per plant. The purpose of planting watering is to moisten the soil, close the voids, "crimp" the roots with soil.
