1.3. Main technological solutions.
The present project provides implementation of complete control of a system from the C2000M control panel installed in the person on duty. All events that occurred in the system are automatically saved in the event log in S2000M, this allows further detailed analysis of the actions of the operator, equipment, technical condition of the receiving and monitoring equipment.
Fire extinguishing (gas, powder) of building premises, in accordance with TA, is provided modular in directions, with location of process equipment in protected rooms.
3. Gas fire extinguishing system.
3.1. Purpose of the gas fire extinguishing system.
Automatic gas fire extinguishing modules are used for fire protection of rooms where electrical communication equipment is installed.
3.2. Principles of automatic gas fire extinguishing system construction.
This project envisages equipment with automatic gas fire extinguishing units of relay rooms, cross-country and communication rooms.
We use modular fire extinguishing units from MGP16 modules in directions, with a capacity of 2 to 100 liters and MGP35 with a capacity of 60 to 100 with a gas fire extinguishing agent (GOTV) - Chladon 125. The use of Chladona125 provides:
- protection of property, having a high rate of fire extinguishing, gas does not conduct electricity, does not form precipitation and corrosive decay products;
- safe for the environment.
Modular installations of fire extinguishing are based on the basis of devices reception and control and managements of automatic fire extinguishing means and S2000ASPT annunciators and enter the general fire alarm system and fire extinguishing of the building of EC of the station Lipetsk. Includes: test and launch unit "S2000-KPB"; bolk indications of "S2000PT"; electrical circuits for monitoring the installation and its components; modular units MGP16MGP35 with capacity from 60 to 100; devices, and relay outputs of devices reception and control and managements of automatic fire extinguishing means of "S2000ASPT"); sound and light signalling devices and annunciation of the installation operation and availability in the GTV room (audible annunciators).
Devices for blocking of automatic start-up of installation with indication of the blocked state when opening doors in the protected room (the announcer security magnetocontact address "C2000CMK") are a part of the fire alarm.
4. Powder fire extinguishing system
4.1. Purpose of the powder fire extinguishing system.
The diesel room on the ground floor of the Tambov ES post building according to VNPB 2.02/MPS02 and the Customer's terms of reference is equipped with an automatic powder fire extinguishing system.
4.2. Principles of construction of automatic powder fire extinguishing system.
This project envisages equipment with automatic powder fire extinguishing units of the diesel and storage room located on the ground floor of the EC post.
Modular installations of fire extinguishing "Garant5" are based on the basis of devices reception and control and managements of automatic fire extinguishing means and S2000ASPT annunciators and enter the general fire alarm system and fire extinguishing of the building of EC of the station Tambov of the SOUTH EASTERN RAILWAY.
The number of modules will be equal: room volume/extinguishing volume 1 module. For the first direction, the extinguishing will be 2 modules "Garant5," for the second direction it will be 3 modules "Garant5."
5. Automatic fire alarm system.
Tasks of automatic fire alarm system:
- detection of fire signs in protected rooms and transmission of alarm message to control and monitoring panel and to backup devices;
- initiation of operation of fire warning and evacuation control systems;
- transmission of fire alarm signal to automatic fire extinguishing system in case of fire detection in premises protected by automatic fire extinguishing units.
5.1. Principles of automatic fire alarm system construction.
The building of the EC post is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system based on the domestic equipment of the Bolid company.
In accordance with the purpose of protected rooms and types of fire load, the following types of fire alerts are selected for use:
- smoke detector optoelectronic address-analog, "DIP34A";
- announcer firefighter manual address, "IPR5133A";
- security magnetic contact detector S2000-SMK;
- thermal address detector C2000IP.
The number of fire detectors in each particular room is determined depending on the technical characteristics of the detector, the size of the room, the height of the floors and the architectural features of the room, taking into account the requirements of SP 5.13130.2009. The number and approximate locations of the detectors are shown in the project drawings. The exact location and method of installation is determined during installation taking into account the requirements of SP 5.13130.2009 and technical documentation of the manufacturer.
At the entrance to the protected rooms, manual fire detectors "IPR5133A" are installed.
Address fire detectors are connected in parallel to a two-wire communication line monitored by the controller "S2000KDL," which transmits notifications to the control and monitoring panel "S2000M."
Fire alarm control equipment and fire extinguishing control equipment are integrated into a single system and are under the control of C2000M CCP, which is installed in the duty room.
5.2. The purpose of the alerting system.
Task of the warning and evacuation management system:
- sound signal to alert personnel and visitors about the danger of being on site.
5.3. Principles of alerting system construction.
The warning system is based on the domestic equipment of the company "Bolid." Control and control of a system is exercised from the C2000M control panel which is a part of the system of the automatic fire alarm.
5.4. Electrical equipment and earthing.
Power supply of the system shall be performed according to 1 category of power supply reliability. According to PUE. The power supply category is provided by the Customer.
Power supply of technical facilities of the systems is carried out through the current network 220V, 50Hz, and three permissible oscillations within the range from 10% to + 10% and frequency + 1 Hz. Reduction of input voltage to the value required by the technical characteristics of individual technical facilities of various systems is provided by the use of a backup power supply.
Grounding of the system equipment and devices shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.05.0685, PUE and technical documentation of the manufacturer.
