1. General part

The design of the automatic powder fire extinguishing installation for auto parking protection has been carried out in accordance with the contract for the development of the working design No...., the technical assignment for the design of the "Automatic Powder Fire Extinguishing Installation" Garant-R "based on the" Guarantor "pulse action modules and the initial data received from the Customer .

The following regulatory documents are used in the development of the project:

NPB 11003. List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment to be protected by automatic fire extinguishing and detection units;

2. Characteristics of protected premises.

The protected room is an underground parking lot with cars located on it. The total area of ​ ​ the protected room is 2129 m2. The height of the protected rooms is 4 m.

The project provides for the organization of powder fire extinguishing locally by area on the basis of wireless AUP "GarantR."

Explosion and fire hazard category - B3 (according to NPB 105).

The ventilation is forced, automatically switched off.

Air flow rate is not more than 0.2 m/s, relative humidity is up to 70%. Operating temperature limits from + 5С to + 25С. The walls of the room and floors are reinforced concrete. Dust, vibration, aggressive media and significant electromagnetic interference are absent .

The presence of smoke formations (exhaust gases of vehicles) in the absence of a fire center is possible.

Fire load - centers of fire "B" (flammable and combustible liquids).

In order to increase the level of fire protection of premises and tighten possible foci, manual fire extinguishing means are used.

3. Composition and purpose of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit. Technical solutions.

Automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing "GarantR" on the basis of powder fire extinguishing modules of WFP type (p) -7-I-GE-UKhL cat.3.1 TU4854002580107302005 ("Garant7") is designed to detect, localize and extinguish fire, in accordance with GOST 12.3.04691 in the protected room and issue of signals to the room with permanent personnel with the presence.

WFP powder fire extinguishing modules (p) -7-I-GE-UKhL cat.3.1 ("Garant7") have fire safety certificate SSPB.RU.OP014.B.00636, compliance certificate No. ROSS RU.H03.H00977.

Wireless automatic fire extinguishing devices "GarantR" have fire safety certificate No. SPB.RU.OP021.B.00553, compliance certificate No. ROSS RU.OS03.H00559.

"Guarantor-R" consists of the following main functional units and devices:

Repeaters:

"RSK" - relay-coordinator;

"PCM" - repeater router;

Actuators:

"FDR" - control relay unit;

Child Devices:

"BOC" - signal processing unit with two spaced-apart units of fire detectors;

Diagnostic Key:

"DB" - diagnostic key.

Fire extinguishing equipment:

modules of powder fire extinguishing (type "Garant7").

Based on the characteristics of the room, the type of fire load, the peculiarities of the development of the combustion center in the project, the following technical solutions were made:

1. To detect the fire, "BOC" signal processing units are adopted, which perform the function of thermal maximum fire detectors, certified according to class A-3 (NPB 852000). At that "SCO" provides two-threshold principle of fire detection from two independent alarm loops, which are an element of SCO design:

- warning "Attention" is generated upon receipt of signal from two temperature sensors on exceeding of the first threshold value of temperature in protected area +64+3˚S;

- "Fire" notification is generated upon receipt of signals from two temperature sensors on exceeding the second threshold temperature value in the same area +763˚S;

2. Signals "Norma," "Attention," "Fire," "Safety" are transmitted through "RSK," "RS-M," "FDR" (relay No. 1,4,5) to "Signal20P" receiver and control device (signalling loop No. 13) located on centralized monitoring panel;

3. The "Guarantor" system is set to "Automatic shut down" and "Start of WFP" mode using "FDR" unit (relays No. 2 and 3) and transmitted to loops No. 14 and 15 of "Signal-20P" device

4. Manual start of Garant-R system is performed by means of "FDR" control relays unit by pressing "WFP Start" button; at the same time, only those fire extinguishing modules will be activated, in which the BOC signal processing units have detected an increase in temperature above + 64 ° С;

5. Information exchange between units of automatic powder fire extinguishing system "Garant-R" ("RSK," "RS-M," "FDR," "BOS," "DB") is performed via radio channel at frequency 2.4GHz.

6. Communication of "FDR" control relays unit with "SP2000SP1" relay unit and "20P signal" PPKOP is performed via two-wire communication lines.

7. Programming of GarantR blocks ("RSK", "RS-M", "DRILL", "is BAREFOOT") is carried out with the help a brelka of diagnostics of "DB".

At the same time PKU "C2000" forms command impulses:

- for ventilation shutdown;

- fire warning system.

7. Equipment placement.

Arrangement and installation of "GarantR" APC units shall be carried out in accordance with the design, requirements of NPB 882001 *, Job Instructions and Instructions.

Redundant power supply "RIP12 isp.01" is attached to the wall at the height convenient for maintenance, but not less than 0.8 m from the floor level in the technical room .

The FDR control relay unit is installed on the wall in the technical room at a height of 1.5 m from the floor, RSK and PCM signal repeaters are installed under the ceiling outside the access area, but in the visible control area.

Placement of instruments shall prevent their accidental fall or movement along the installation surface, in which the connected wires and cables may be damaged.

When placing instruments it is necessary to ensure normal illumination of instrument panels.

Placement of "GarantR" automatic control system equipment in cabinets and compartments shielding radio communication is not allowed.

Do not install devices closer than 1 m from heating system components. Measures should be taken to protect devices from direct sunlight.

8. Power supply

According to PUE, powder fire extinguishing units in terms of ensuring the reliability of power supply are classified as electrical receivers of the 1st category. Therefore, the power supply of the plant must be from one AC source with automatic switching in emergency mode to backup power from batteries.

When the battery is used as a backup power source, the plant shall be operated for at least 24 hours in standby mode and for at least 3 hours in fire mode.

The redundant power supply is "RIP12" is.01 with 17 A/h battery.

9. Grounding

To ensure the safety of people, all electrical equipment of the Guarantor automatic control system, which has grounding terminals (RIP12 isp.1), must be reliably grounded in accordance with the requirements of the PUE. Installation of grounding devices shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of "Instructions for implementation of the grounding network in electrical installations" - MN 10276. The resistance of the grounding device used to ground the electrical equipment shall not exceed 4 ohms.

Use the metal frame of the technical room connected to the external grounding electrodes as grounding electrodes. In the circuit of grounding and zero protective conductors there should be no disconnecting devices and protect.

Connection of grounding and zero protective conductors to parts of electrical equipment shall be made by welding or bolting.
