Description

This project of the construction organization (PIC) was developed for the construction of the Hypermarket building and provides for the main methods of construction and installation work. General Data

This project for the organization of construction (PIC) of the Hypermarket has been developed on the instructions of the construction sector of LLC "________" and provides for the main methods of construction and installation work.

The PIC contains the planning schedule for the construction of the facility, the main technical and economic indicators are given, a construction master plan has been developed.

Technical solutions adopted in the project correspond to the current

norms, rules and standards of the Russian Federation.

The working design of the hypermarket building is based on:

Customer requests;

design tasks;

urban planning plan;

project proposal.

The technical solutions adopted in the working drawings comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other standards applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided for in the working drawings.

Foundations - prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete.

The frame of the building is reinforced concrete columns, with a section of 400x400 mm, with a height of 5.4 m; in axes 510 and metal columns 10.8 m high from two channels 40 W. in rows B-E

Floor slab and floor slab at elev. 5.4 m.

Perform and accept works in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 3.03.01 - 87 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures."

Door and window openings are filled with wooden ones according to GOST 662988 and metal-plastic products of individual manufacture according to GOST 3067499 and GOST 309702002. Attach the window and door units according to the installation instructions of the corresponding profile systems.

Stained glass windows - aluminum structures according to GOST 2151984;

Internal wall decoration is provided in accordance with the technological processes of the building premises: painting with water-emulsion paints, lining with glazed ceramic tiles, lining with wallpaper.

Floors of trading premises, auxiliary and production premises of the 1st and 2nd floors are provided from tiles of ceramic granite of various thicknesses, ceramic tiles, concrete and linoleum.

Metal columns are lined with GCL to a height of 10.800 with mandatory finishing of corners with a metal perforated profile made of galvanized steel (PU 31x31x0.4) with subsequent covering.

In the premises of the 1st floor and the premises of the 2nd floor, the installation of suspended ceilings made of gypsum board, shelves-grates Triliatto "with dimensions of 100x100 cells, modular rack ceilings made of aluminum (module AR210AS) is provided.

Preparatory work

The Contractor shall have licenses to carry out construction activities that are subject to licensing in accordance with the current legislation

Prior to commencement of construction works, the Contractor shall ensure compliance with the requirements of the legislation on labor, environment and population protection, as well as the possibility of performing all types of control necessary to assess compliance of the works with the requirements of the design, regulatory documentation and the terms of the contract

The Contractor shall have production and process documentation (PDD) for the main types of works affecting the bearing capacity and stability of structures during construction and operational reliability of the building after its commissioning.

The main PDD shall be developed and ensured for the following types of works:

- excavation works (pit development and soil compaction);

- reinforcement and concrete works (construction of building foundations, cast-in-situ reinforced concrete floors);

- performance of works on installation of metal structures of the building framework, including for execution of welded joints and their quality control.

- performance of roofing works;

The Contractor shall have a license to perform work on testing of building materials, material of building structures, welded joints or have contracts to perform these tests with certified laboratories.

Prior to the construction of the building, the Contractor shall obtain Permission for the Right to Perform Works in accordance with the established procedure.

The Contractor shall receive design documentation from the Developer (Customer):

- approved part, including construction organization project (PIC);

- working documentation for the whole object or for certain stages of work.

The design documentation shall be approved for work by the developer (customer) with the signature of the responsible person or by placing a stamp.

The contractor (contractor) performs incoming control of the documentation submitted to it for execution, transmits to the developer (customer) the list of defects identified in it, checks their elimination. The term for execution of incoming control of design documentation is established in the contract.

Upon receipt of the design documentation, the executor of the works should check the availability of documented procedures for all types of production quality control in the organizational and technological documentation used by him, check their completeness and, if necessary, correct them, as well as develop the missing ones.

On the basis of the design documentation, the executor of the work should prepare diagrams of the location of in-kind broken axes of the building, signs of fixation of these axes and installation landmarks, as well as diagrams of the arrangement of structures and their elements relative to these axes and landmarks. The diagrams shall be developed based on the condition that axes and landmarks broken in kind shall be technologically accessible for monitoring while monitoring the accuracy of the position of structural elements at all stages of construction. The geodetic service must develop a methodology for performing and monitoring the accuracy of geodetic survey work, rules for applying and fixing installation landmarks.

Measures for the safety of vehicles when leaving the city highway (installation of the sign "Give way") provided for by the building plan are agreed with the State Inspectorate of Road Safety of the Internal Affairs Bodies

Construction participants by their administrative documents (orders) appoint officials personally responsible for the facility:

- responsible representative of technical supervision of the developer (customer) - the official responsible for technical supervision;

- responsible manufacturer of works - the official responsible for the performance and quality of works;

- responsible representative of the designer - the official responsible for the author's supervision,

These officials shall be qualified accordingly.

The Developer (Customer) shall send a notice of commencement of construction works to the relevant State Building Supervision Authority in advance, but not later than 7 working days prior to commencement of work on the construction site, at the same time submitting:

- a copy of the construction permit issued in accordance with the established procedure;

- copies of licenses for the right to perform construction and installation works by the executors;

- design documentation (agreed and approved in accordance with the established procedure) to the extent sufficient to fulfill the declared construction stage;

- safety solutions;

- a copy of the construction plan agreed in accordance with the established procedure;

- orders of the developer, contractor (general contractor), as well as the designer for the construction of the facility of responsible officials;

- a copy of the presentation of the geodetic basis;

- general and special journals.

Prior to the start of the main construction of the building, the fencing of the construction site should be equipped with two gates for entry and exit and backup in case of entry (exit) of fire engines.

When entering the site, install an information board indicating the name of the object, the name of the developer (customer), the contractor (contractor, general contractor), the name, position and telephone numbers of the responsible manufacturer of the work on the object and the representative of the state building supervision body or local government overseeing the construction, the dates of the start and end of work, the scheme of the object.

The construction site shall be equipped with devices or silos for garbage collection, as well as points for cleaning or washing the wheels of vehicles at departures from the construction site.

The Contractor shall provide access to the territory of the construction site and the object under construction to representatives of the developer (customer), state control (supervision) bodies, author supervision and local self-government; provide them with the necessary documentation.

The Contractor shall ensure the safety of the works for the natural environment, at the same time:

- provides cleaning of the construction site and adjacent five-meter zone; garbage and snow should be removed within the places and deadlines established by the local government;

- unauthorized removal of wood-shrub vegetation is not allowed;

- water discharge from the construction site is not allowed;

- performs neutralization and organization of industrial and domestic effluents, their timely removal from the construction site;

-Performs work on changing the existing terrain only in accordance with the agreed state supervision bodies and approved design documentation.

For construction needs, in agreement with the customer, use existing buildings located within the construction site to accommodate the pro-slave, food reception rooms for workers, household and warehouse premises. These premises must comply with the requirements of the existing construction, fire, sanitary and epidemiological norms and rules for household, industrial and administrative buildings, structures and premises. If necessary, it is necessary to prepare these rooms to ensure their normal operation.

The composition of temporary premises for construction needs located on the territory of the construction site is determined by the construction plan, as part of this construction organization project.

Temporary premises located on the construction site are put into operation by the decision of the responsible facility manufacturer. Commissioning is executed by an act or entry in the work log.

The Contractor shall prepare storage sites for structures, materials and products and ensure their storage and storage in accordance with the requirements of the standards and specifications for these materials and products.

If violations of the established rules of warehousing and storage are revealed, the contractor must immediately eliminate them.

The use of improperly stored and stored materials and products by the executor of the work should be suspended until the issue of their possible use is resolved without prejudice to the quality of construction by the developer (customer) with the involvement, if necessary, of representatives of the designer and the state control (supervision) body. This solution must be documented .

The Head of the Works Contractor Company shall familiarize the personnel with the nature of the forthcoming work, instruct on the safe organization of work, provide the personnel with the necessary tools, equipment and workwear. When instructing, pay special attention to ensuring discipline and order during work in the residential area of ​ ​ the city .

Require drivers of vehicles and drivers of lifting cranes to ensure the cleanliness of cars and mechanisms when leaving the construction site. Perform works according to the approved work execution project (WTP).

Make access roads (along the axes of the design roads) to the construction site in accordance with the general plan.

The developer (the customer) must ensure that the geodetic layout is taken to the site by the local architectural and urban planning authority or, on its instructions, by a specialized organization, accept it according to the act, equip the reference point of the absolute elevation and the position of the axes of the building on the area (on the cover).

Perform open drainage from the construction area, for which purpose plan the construction site with provision of slope towards the boundaries of the construction site. Along the boundary of the construction site, make a ditch 400x400 and sumpfs for collection of storm effluents .

Perform lighting of the construction site, perform temporary fencing of the construction area.

Fill the road for the crane with crushed stone and plan the soil in the places of storage of structures and building parts and products.

Process Summary and Organization

After carrying out the preparatory works specified in Section 3, start earthworks.

The development of the pit should be carried out by an excavator reverse shovel with loading of soil into vehicles and removal to the allotted place in agreement with administrative authorities.

Based on the presence of lifting mechanisms and taking into account the dimensions of the building in the plan, it is proposed to erect building structures by grips:

- lock-on No. 1 rows B - D

- lock-on No. 2 rows G - E

- lock-on No. 3 rows E - K

Stage I: - construction of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations;

Perform concrete preparations for foundations sequentially in rows A-L of B7.5 concrete 100 mm thick.

After the concrete has been prepared with strength of not less than 70% of the design, proceed to reinforcement and installation of foundation formwork in rows A, B, C

Execute the act of fittings and formwork delivery.

Concrete shall be laid in cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structures using V = 1.8 m3 tracked crane DEK251.

After formwork removal perform external waterproofing of foundations and monolithic structures with hot bitumen mastic in 2 times

Consistently similarly to perform works on the device of monolithic reinforced concrete foundations on ranks G, D, E, Zh, K, L.

After strength of concrete of foundations, monolithic sections and joints of foundations and banding beams is not less than 70% of the design (3-4 days), proceed with installation of columns.

Work on installation of reinforced concrete and metal columns, metal beams, laying of profiled flooring, installation of metal trusses, roof structures is performed on each grip in sequence.

Erection of structures shall be performed by DEK251 caterpillar crane Lctr = 18 m, Lcluve = 5 m.

Metal and reinforced concrete structures shall be delivered by road according to the agreed schedule.

Due to the constriction of the site, mount the structures

"with wheels." It is possible to use a small reserve of structures in the calculation for one shift.

Install the column in the foundation shell using DEK251 valve.

After the column is installed in the sleeve, check the column about the vertical axes.

After the complete completion of the work on the construction of the building framework, the installation of internal engineering systems, the performance of roofing work and the execution of the intermediate readiness certificate, begin to carry out finishing work.

Finishing works shall be performed according to a work execution project specially developed by the Contractor or a specialized organization.

When performing works in order to ensure the quality of works, follow the requirements of SNIP 3.03.0187 "Load-bearing and enclosing structures," SNiP 3.04.0187 "Insulation and finishing coatings"

Documentation of performed works

The manufacturer of works in the process of production and upon completion of construction and installation works shall issue as-built documentation in the volumes agreed with the Customer with mandatory registration of the log of construction and installation works and the log of welding works.

The Contractor shall maintain the following as-built documentation during construction of the facility:

- a set of working drawings with inscriptions on the compliance of works performed in kind with these drawings or on changes made in them in agreement with the designer made by persons responsible for construction and installation works;

-geodetic as-built diagrams made in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documentation.

As the works and structures are ready, the quality indicators of which affect the safety of the facility and are subject to assessment of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents and standards, the contractor shall notify the developer (customer), representatives of state control (supervision) bodies and author's supervision about the terms of the corresponding procedure no later than 3 working days.

The identified deficiencies and comments shall be rectified and recorded in the work logs.

List of acts drawn up for hidden and other works during construction:

-act of geodetic breakdown of the main axes of the building and structures (with reference to red lines), with indication of reference marks and their placement;

-act for inspection of soils of bases and conformity

- certificate for the construction of enclosing structures, certificates of the quality of used products and materials;

-act for construction of reinforced concrete structures below el. 0.000;

- act on waterproofing of bathrooms, rooms of showers and other structures with wet processes;

- acts for roofing arrangement: roof design, steam and roof heat insulation;

-act for treatment with fire-and-gas compositions of wooden and metal structures;

-act on the transfer of the object for external finishing works: roofing, external glazing, asphalt paving no to finished bases;

- certificate for the transfer of the object for internal finishing work: glazing, internal insulation work, slab lining,

flooring, painting works;

-act for transfer of the work front for the central heating system arrangement;
