The task of the work: to design the execution of work on the construction of a construction facility.
The purpose of the work is to design the work according to the given overall dimensions of buildings and the start time of work, soil conditions.
Introduction
The main goals and objectives of course design are to consolidate theoretical knowledge on the methodology of organizational and technological design of construction production at the stage of development of PIC and PPR, as well as to acquire, expand and deepen skills in making technologically and economically sound decisions on the organization of construction production.
In the course design, the main organizational and technological documents of the PPR (schedule, network, object construction plan) are developed. However, the project also contains some PIC elements: the project provides for the development of a calendar plan for the construction of a complex of buildings and structures.
The object of the course design is the construction of a production building (the configuration base of the construction organization).
The Course Design Assignment contains the following input:
diagrams of plans and sections of the reconstructed building, which reflect the main space-planning and structural solutions;
construction site;
brief data on the natural conditions of the construction site;
plot plan diagram of the refurbished facility;
construction conditions with production resources.
Conclusion
The main goals and objectives of course design are to consolidate theoretical knowledge on the methodology of organizational and technological design of construction production at the stage of development of PIC and PPR, as well as to acquire, expand and deepen skills in making technologically and economically sound decisions on the organization of construction production.
In the course project, the main organizational and technological documents of the PPR were developed: a scheduling plan, a network schedule, and an object construction plan. The technical and economic indicators of the schedule, network, construction plan and project are presented.
This project provides all necessary conditions to ensure comfortable work of workers in the enterprise. The issues of placement and movement along the front of leading machines, transportation and storage of materials, parts, structures, restriction of the zones of action of lifting machines, dangerous zones of cranes, etc. were resolved.
To ensure the functioning of the main production, the organization of auxiliary production was worked out: placement of production plants, energy and water supply for consumers at the construction site, lighting and fencing of the construction site, sanitary and consumer services for workers, etc.
All calculations and solutions comply with applicable construction and safety regulations.
