Additional information
1. General data.
The project was developed on the basis of:
Decree of the Government of Moscow of 01.04.2008 No. 253PP "On the city target program for the construction of parking garages in the city of Moscow for the period 2008-2010"; Order of granting the land plots with prior approval of the location of an object for design and construction of facilities of garage appointment to territories of the city of Moscow approved by the MAYOR of Moscow Yu.M. Luzhkov of 02.04.2009 and the Customer's task.
The site for the construction of an unheated parking garage is located in the South-Western Administrative District, the municipal district of Severnoye Butovo, in the technical zone for the construction of garages between ul. Kulikovskaya and st. Polyany. The section has a relief decrease. Construction is supposed to be carried out in two stages: 1. Garage building, 2. Blocked, stand-alone car wash building, technical inspection post, tyre assembly and tyre storage room.
The project is designed for the following climatic conditions:
- design winter outside air temperature minus 28 ° С.
- standard wind pressure for the 1st district - 0.23 kPA;
- standard snow load for the III region - 1.8 kPa;
- seismicity of the area is not more than 6 points;
- normative depth of soil freezing - 1.5 m;
For the relative elevation of 0.000, the elevation of the clean floor of the second level of 1 floor corresponding to the absolute elevation of 190,000 is taken.
Main construction indicators:
The area of the site is 0.54 ha.
The building area is 2,541,0 sq.m.
Number of parking spaces - 427 m/m
Storey - 6 ets.
The total area is 14,295,8 sq.m.
The construction volume is 42 480.0 cubic meters.
2. Architectural solutions.
The parking garage building is designed to store 427 cars. Rectangular in plan, with an axis size of 36.0 x 66.6 and a floor height of 2.8 m, the 6-story building is divided into 2 half-floors with a difference of 1.4 m, interconnected by rectilinear, single-track half-frames. At the upper level - the ramps are closed from atmospheric precipitation. On the ground floor there are: a staff on duty room, 2 bathrooms, an electric panel, a fire equipment storage room, a cleaning equipment storage room, an office room.
Evacuation from the floors is carried out by two stairs of type L1 located at the ends of the building. To evacuate from the ground floor, doors are provided at opposite ends of the building and a door at the entrance to the parking lot.
The 12 parking spaces on the ground floor are designed on the basis of the possibility of placing vehicles of low mobility groups on them.
Enclosing structures - metal barriers, mesh fencing and brick sections of walls.
2.1. Interior decoration of rooms.
Garage room:
- ceilings - mashing, keying, painting;
- walls - mashing, keying, facade paint with matte surface;
- floors - concrete with iron inclination min 40 mm;
- ramp - cement-sand brace of grade 200 with thickness - 40 mm and anti-ice coating according to Safe Lane technology with thickness - 10 mm.
On-duty personnel room:
- ceilings - insulation "Ruff Butts" stratified. 160mm, metal gypsum board. profile, keying, painting;
- walls - mashing, keying, painting;
- floors - linoleum with heat and sound insulation layer;
Technical rooms:
- ceilings - insulation "Ruff Butts" stratified. 160mm, metal gypsum board. profile, keying, painting;
- walls - mashing, keying, painting;
- floors - ceramic tiles;
Bathroom:
- ceilings - insulation "Ruff Butts" stratified. 160mm, metal gypsum board. profile, keying, painting;
- walls - facing with ceramic tiles;
- floors - ceramic tiles;
Staircases:
- ceilings - mashing, keying, painting;
- walls - mashing, keying, painting;
- steps and staircases - ceramic corrugated tiles;
- doors - metal blind, self-closing with sealing in the narrows.
2.2. Fire safety measures.
The fire resistance of the complex is II.
Structural fire hazard class - C0.
Functional fire hazard class - F5.2
In the building, evacuation from the premises of the 1st floor is provided directly outside through the doors. Doors in staircases are self-closing with sealed narrows and open during evacuation. The width of the marches in the staircases is 1.05 m. The walls of the staircases are full-white brick with a thickness of 380 mm, plastered in mesh, fire resistance rating REI90, marches are prefabricated reinforced concrete, fire resistance rating R 60. Access to the roof is provided from 2 staircases, through fire doors of the 2nd type (EI30).
2.3. Lightning protection.
To protect buildings from direct lightning strikes, a lightning screen made of steel galvanized wire d = 8mm, cell spacing 10x10m, is used.
Grounding is performed as per EM grade drawings.
