Description

This diploma project was developed on the topic "Reconstruction of the TR zone of cars in the conditions of Stroytrans-NK LLC ." The section "Technological layout" describes Stroytrans-NK LLC as a whole, as well as the TR zone. Shortcomings in the work of the site were identified, measures to improve work were outlined. The production program has been calculated and the TP area scope has been determined. The set of measures on safety and environmental protection is presented. Heating, lighting and ventilation of the site have been calculated. Operating costs, investments for the reconstruction of the site are calculated, the economic effect and payback period are determined. In the section "Job Instruction" the technological process was developed to replace the bearings of the front wheel of the KamAZ-55111 car, a plan of technological operations was drawn up. The time standards have been calculated and the process cost has been determined. The section "Design" describes the purpose of the device and the action of the extractor to remove the hub of the front wheel of the KamAZ car, the cost of manufacturing the device was calculated . This diploma project can be used as a recommended material for the reconstruction of the TR zone in Stroytrans-NK LLC or other motor transport enterprises.
