Additional information

PK grade slabs according to 1.041.1-3 series 2 and 88 R10.2-1.2 (additional) are replaced with PTM grade slabs according to B1.041.1-4.08 series provided that minimum value of support on walls and beam B1 is provided. Minimum values of plate support: on brickwork - 100 mm, on blocks of cellular concrete and beam B1 - 120 mm.

Marking of P1, P2, P3 plates according to B1.041.1-4.08 series:

P1 grade 2PTM 69.12.2210 S1400-W - 3 pcs.

P2 grade 2PTM 69.15.2210 S1400-W - 9 pcs.

P3 grade 2PTM 33.12.2210 S1400-W - 5 pcs.

Information is given for placing an order at the manufacturing plant. Changes to the design due to changes to the slab anchor in the structural walls and the replacement of the B1 beam structure will be made later.

Architectural and construction solutions

NPP design section is designed for the following construction conditions:

- climatic conditions of construction as per SNB 2.04.02-2000:

a) climatic area - II B,

b) design ambient air temperature - 240 С,

- construction conditions as per SNiP 2.01.07-85:

a) wind speed head - 0.23 kPa (I wind area),

b) standard weight of snow cover - 0.8 kPa (I B snow area).

Level of responsibility - III

Fire resistance degree (SNB 2.02.0198) - IV

Functional fire hazard class - F 5.2

According to engineering and geological surveys carried out by the State Unitary Enterprise "Gomelbelgeocenter" in 2008, the foundation is a medium-strength dusty slurry with the following characteristics:

ρ=19.7 kN/m3, from =13 kPa, φ=20.31 °, E =10.16 MPas.

Standard depth of seasonal freezing 1.28 m (P92000 to SNB 5.01.0199).

Groundwater opened at elev. 135,45. During the period of heavy precipitation and spring snowmelt, it is possible to raise the groundwater level by 1.0 m.

The existing foundation of the main building is made of monolithic concrete (Shurf 1). Elevation of foundation bottom 135.33 (-1.270).

The reference elevation 0.000 is the elevation of the net floor of the annex, which corresponds to the absolute elevation 136.60 according to the general plan.

Foundations are accepted as tape from prefabricated concrete blocks according to B1.016.1-1 vol. 1.98 series. The depth of foundation laying of the annex is accepted at the level of foundation laying depth of the main building, which corresponds to elevation 1.270 (135.33).

External walls of the extension are thick. 400 mm are accepted from blocks of cellular concrete of the STB 111798 brand 288х400х5882.5-500-35-3, internal thicknesses. 250 mm - from ceramic bricks KRO100/35/STB 1160-99 on M50 cement mortar. Up to elevation + 0.410, external walls shall be made of two rows of full ceramic bricks of KRO100/35/STB 1160-99 grade on M50 cement sand mortar with filling of the space between them with PP125 mineral wool slabs (TU BY 400051892.4312005) strata. 130 mm .

In the new walls above the openings, lay the railway jumpers according to series B 1.038.1-1 vol. 1

Slabs - prefabricated reinforced concrete multistage slabs: in axes "2/12/2" of grade PK 33.128 T (88 R10.2-1.2 (additional)), in axes "2/27/1" of grade PK 68.128 ATV and PK 68.158 ATV (Series 1.041.1-3 issue 2).

The roof is adopted as a combined low-slope roll. Insulation - mineral wool slabs PS200 TU BY 400051892.4312005. Upper roof layer - with protective sprinkling of K-ST-BE-K/PP-5.0 STB 110798 grade; lower layer - grades K-ST-BE-PP/PP-3.5 STB 110798 .

Drainage from the roof of the annex is carried out using a drainage system. To prevent damage of the roofing of the annex, along the axis "A," from the roof of the main building, perform an organized drainage using a drainage system.

At the point of the roof height difference, at a distance of 4 m from the main building wall, make a protective coating with a thickness of at least 10 mm from a continuous layer of gravel according to GOST 8267 of light tones provided with grain sizes from 5 to 10 mm and a grade for frost resistance F100 laid on a layer of bituminous polymer mastic with a thickness of not more than 2 mm.

For access to the roof of the extension, the C1 ladder in the 1.450.3-7.94 series is provided.

The floors in the annex rooms are concrete according to the series 2.2445.93 vol. 1. In the ventilation chamber - with a covering from C12/15 concrete, in warehouse - from mosaic C15/20 concrete.

Windows are provided from PVC profile as per STB 110898, doors in the ventilation chamber and between the rooms of the annex and the main building - fire protection as per STB 13942003. The remaining doors and gates are accepted as steel insulated as per STB 113898.

You also tab part of the existing window openings on the 1st floor of the main building on the annex side (axis "A"). To execute laying of apertures blocks of cellular concrete of the STB 111798 brand 288х400х5882.5-500-35-3. Tie the laying of the embedded openings with the masonry of the existing walls by installing anchors from F10 S400 L = 300 mm with a spacing of 300 mm in staggered order. Hammer anchors into the seams of existing masonry for 100150 mm .

Finishing of facades is performed according to the "Thermosube" system without the use of insulation in accordance with TKP 453.02-24-2006 and series B2.0004.06.146 "Components and details of insulation of external walls by the" Thermosube "method."

The base part of the building is plastered according to the following scheme:

- leveling layer - water-resistant plaster "PolymixSn" STB 107297 in two layers - 10 mm;

- water repellent plaster "PolymixVSH" STB 12632001 in two layers - 10 mm;

Plaster the eaves with water repellent plaster "PolymixVSH" STB 12632001 in two layers with total thickness of 10 mm;

Space planning solutions

The project of addition to the existing warehouse of finished products has been completed according to the design task, current norms, architectural and planning task.

The project provides for the addition of finished products to the existing warehouse in order to increase the area of ​ ​ warehouses.

A new extension is made on the site of existing dismantled attachments.

The annex building is one-story without a basement, rectangular in plan with maximum plan sizes of 24.3x6.5 m. The building adjoins the longitudinal side to the existing building of the finished product warehouse.

The height of the rooms to the paving slabs is 3.0 m.

The layout of the extension includes two rooms of the finished product warehouse and a ventilation chamber arranged instead of the dismantled one. Two doorways are provided for communication between the storage rooms, the annex and the main building. Window openings at the adjoining point of the extension are laid.

Floors are provided for:

- concrete - in the room of the ventilation chamber;

- mosaic concrete - in storage rooms.

The plinth is made of cement sand mortar.

Ceilings in all rooms are painted with acrylic paint on paving plates.

The walls are plastered and painted with acrylic paint.

After laying the openings in the wall of the main building along the "A" axis, plaster the new masonry, and then paint the entire surface of the wall on the side of the corresponding rooms.

Facades are painted with facade water-dispersion acrylic paint VDAK103 TU RB 37337645.00299.
