Introduction

Repair of cars and tractors is an objective necessity, which is due to technical and economic reasons.

Firstly, the needs of the national economy, rural and urban passenger consumers are partially met through the operation of repaired cars, as well as in agriculture and in servicing the repair of roads, gas transportation systems, and the construction of various facilities for the operation of repaired tractors. Secondly, repair ensures the continued use of those elements of the machines that are not completely worn out. As a result, a significant amount of past labor remains. Thirdly, repairs contribute to saving materials for the manufacture of new cars. When restoring parts, the metal consumption is 20... 30 times lower than when manufacturing them. It is especially important if the transport operates within the city or performs cargo and passenger transportation.

The costs of maintaining the operability of the transport fleet of any enterprise (regardless of the type and number of equipment in it) and their units are many times higher than their initial cost. Every year, each car spends money in the amount of 55... 65% of its initial cost. These costs account for more than 20% of the cost of transport products. Up to 15% of workers are employed in repair work, ⅓ the fleet of metal cutting machines. Despite the diversion of significant labor and material resources in a faulty state, more than ⅓ cars and tractors are idle, and annual losses from these downtime amount to billions of rubles.

It is possible to specify two main reasons for considerable idle times, labor input and funds for maintenance and (THAT) and repair of equipment and their units: technical imperfection of designs of machines and mechanisms concerning their fitness to service and repair at operation; imperfect organization of maintenance and repair system at the enterprise.

Based on the above, the conclusion is that it is necessary to invest money to improve the repair system. But the efficiency of capital investments in new construction, expansion, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of enterprises, as well as the cost and quality of maintenance and repair largely depend on the correct distribution of the volumes of repair and maintenance work in the enterprise itself based on its structure and production capacity, co-operation, equipment and organization of production. All these issues should be the basis of the diploma design of repair and maintenance and other enterprises.

1 Analysis of production activities of the enterprise

1.1 General characteristics of the enterprise

The Vitebskoblgaz enterprise is located in the southern part of the city of Vitebsk of the Republic of Belarus. The main supply base is Minsk using railway and road transport. Transport communication with the farms of the district - automobile.

The main function of GAZPROM TRANSGAZ Vitebsk LLC is to service the enterprises of the gas and oil industry of the city for the transportation of various goods and the population, as well as to provide services to other third-party organizations. The company also serves the nearby settlements of Vitebsk and other regions of the Republic of Belarus.

The company currently has trucks, buses, various special equipment on its balance sheet. All of them are fully used during the year. In part, the company provides maintenance and repair of the units of cars and trucks of its own fleet and individuals also for commercial purposes.

More than half a million tons of national economic cargo are transported annually in the enterprise, and about 50 thousand people are covered by passenger transportation. Today, the bulk of the enterprise's vehicles carry out transportation in Vitebsk and nearby areas.

Spare parts are delivered to the enterprise by road, rail, which come mainly from the city of Minsk, as well as from enterprises of the republic that have contractual obligations with the enterprise.
