Introduction

Russian road transport is the most flexible and mass mode of transport. Most of the country's car fleet is operated in non-transport organizations.

At the stage of formation of market relations in Russia, objective prerequisites have developed for the accelerated development of road transport. Its influence on the development of the socio-economic sphere of the country has increased. Thus, in the case of cargo transportation, a trend has been established confirming the practice of developed foreign countries: the average growth rate of road freight transport volumes corresponds to the average economic growth rate, while exceeding the growth rate of transport volumes in other modes of transport.

The accelerated development of road transport in Russia is due to the following main factors:

Most localities in the country do not have access roads other than road roads, which in these conditions determines the unopposed use of road transport;

- The known objective advantages of road transport (speed, flexibility, mobility, reliability) allows us to consider it as the most market-oriented mode of transport.

LLC "Business Partner Plus" is a construction enterprise of Veliky Novgorod, part of the holding "Business Partner." The company works as a customer, general contractor and contractor performing all types of construction work. The main activity is the construction and sale of housing. The company is engaged in the construction of brick residential buildings; since 2004, Business Partner Plus LLC has begun to successfully develop the technology of framework and monolithic construction .

To carry out its activities, LLC Business Partner Plus has its own rolling stock, consisting of fifty-three trucks. The company has an area of ​ ​ 8640 square meters, with production, administrative and residential premises located on it, as well as parking lots for cars.

Currently, in modern conditions of industrial construction, the role of freight vehicles has increased.

The industrial construction method provides for the production of large-sized building elements in factory conditions and their installation using modern technical means. In this regard, one of the important tasks of industrial construction is the delivery of construction elements and materials to the facilities under construction.

The main purpose of transport in construction is to deliver construction materials and products and submit them to the places of use

Currently, in the city of Veliky Novgorod and in the whole country there is an increase in the scale of construction associated with solving a number of important state tasks at the federal level: implementation of the priority national project "Affordable and comfortable housing for citizens of Russia," reform and renovation of the housing and communal complex, development of industrial production, implementation of an energy-efficient policy and optimization of the use of resources, development and reconstruction of the energy complex of Russia, implementation of the Federal target program "Development of physical culture and sports in the Russian Federation for 2006-2015 ."

In 2009, the volume of housing construction in Veliky Novgorod, according to statistics, amounted to 120.3 thousand square meters. m. or 105% of the level of 2008.

In these modern conditions of increasing construction work, technical re-equipment and development of the production and technical base play an important role for the more effective activity of the enterprise.

The task is to rebuild the existing base to improve the use of the existing production space. This task should be solved due to the introduction of progressive forms and methods of maintenance and maintenance of rolling stock, the use of modern diagnostic tools, garage equipment, scientific organization of labor, rational planning solutions of maintenance and maintenance zones, repair sites and ATP buildings.

To maintain the vehicle fleet in a technically serviceable condition, it is necessary to use complex technical means of maintenance, improve the technology and organization of work, sharply increase the labor productivity of repair workers, improve their skills and master related specialties. Costs and losses from downtime of faulty cars can be reduced by mechanizing and automating production processes, as well as improving the organization of production management. This will lead to a decrease in maintenance, maintenance and TR costs, a decrease in downtime, an increase in transport productivity with a decrease in their cost, and a decrease in fuel and lubricants costs.

An important condition for the high productivity of repair workers is to improve its organization in the workplace, equip the workplace with means and objects of work, improve working and leisure conditions, as well as high wages.

On the territory of the organization LLC "Business Partner Plus" only maintenance and maintenance of cars is carried out.

Cars are repaired by an aggregate method by replacing parts, assemblies, mechanisms and units with new or previously repaired ones.

The purpose of the diploma project will be the reconstruction of the TR zone and the technical re-equipment of PTB LLC Business Partner Plus.

To achieve the given goal, it is necessary to solve the following main tasks: to justify the selection of normative data for process calculation; Perform the process calculation of the transport enterprise; develop variant planning solutions for production repair areas, as well as options for the general planning solution of the organization.
