Additional information

General Data

The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing heat station in the premises of the Gomel STP No. 67 builders institution, which provides for the dismantling of an outdated shell-and-tube heat exchanger with the installation of a plate heat exchanger for water heating for the needs of the GVA, the installation of a thermal energy meter TEM104/1 and the installation of temperature controllers of heating systems and GVA ART01.01.

General part

1. The working design of the heat assembly was made on the basis of specification No. ______ from _____________, the technical specification of the "Customer" and the results of the examination of the existing heat supply system.

1.1 The purpose of heat assembly reconstruction is:

- implementation of self-accounting relations between the Energy Supply Organization and the Consumer;

- monitoring of thermal mode of operation of the object heat supply system;

- measurement and recording of water temperature in the supply and return pipeline of the heating system;

Measurement and recording of the amount of thermal energy consumed;

- regulation of operation mode of the object heat supply system for optimization of thermal energy consumption.

1.2 Design technical solutions for installation of thermal energy metering unit comply with the requirements of the following materials and documents:

- SNiP 2.04.0786 "Thermal networks";

- SP 4110197 "Design of Thermal Points";

- SNiP 2.04.0591 "Heating, ventilation and air conditioning";

- SNiP 2.04.0585 "Internal water supply and sewerage of buildings";

- SNiP 2.04.1488 "Thermal insulation of equipment and pipelines";

1.3 The design envisages arrangement of heat assembly with process equipment and automation facilities on the serial base of domestic and foreign manufacturers.

The used equipment is economical, reliable in operation, easy to operate, it has wide functionality and characteristics. The designed heat meter ensures the accounting of thermal energy for all types of consumption, throughout the calendar year, including during the hours of minimum and maximum coolant consumption.

Temperature controller provides reduction of thermal energy consumption during autumn-winter period at positive ambient air temperatures

1.5. Designed pipelines are accepted from steel electric welded pipes according to GOST 873291 and GOST 326291 with 100% inspection of welded factory joints made of steel of grade 10 GOST 105088 .

1.6 All piping after welding and welding of instrumentation nozzles shall be subjected to hydraulic test with test pressure equal to 1.25 Prab.

1.7. Pipe attachment points are determined by location.

1.8. Tie-in of designed pipelines to existing ones - in place.

Measuring equipment

3.1. To implement the function of the heat energy accounting system in the heat supply system of the facility, the project adopted a single-flow heat meter TEM104/1 for installation.

3.2. Measuring temperature range - tmin = 30 ° C, trax = 150 ° C

3.3. The set of TEM104/1 heat meter installed in the heat supply system of the facility includes the following:

- measuring unit;

- primary flow converter with diameter of 80 mm.

- resistance thermometers 2 pcs. on the supply and return pipelines of the heating system;

3.4. TEM104/1 heat meter provides accounting and registration of:

- volume and mass flow rate of coolant;

- thermal power and thermal energy;

- total time of correct operation.

3.5. Heat meter accumulates archived information on average hourly values: temperatures, volume flow rate of coolant, heat flow rate.

Installation, installation and operation of metering devices in the consumer heat supply system

4.1. The primary flow converter is installed on the horizontal section of the supply pipeline of the heating system.

4.2. Direct linear sections of the pipeline with DN = 50mm are provided for installation of PPM according to passport data.

4.3. The heat meter measuring unit is mounted on the wall of the heat unit.

4.4. Heat meter resistance thermometers are screwed into bushings welded to the pipeline.

4.5. Power supply of TEM104/1 heat meter is provided from 220V, 50Hz electrical network;

4.6. All metal enclosures of measuring instruments are grounded by specially provided conductor according to PUE, PTE and PTB of electrical installations of consumers.

4.7. After installation and adjustment, a representative of the power supply organization seals the flow and temperature sensors, as well as the measuring unit of the heat meter.

4.8. Operation and maintenance of thermal energy metering devices is carried out by the "Consumer" or the service organization hired by him.

4.9. Maintenance and operation of thermal energy meters shall be carried out in accordance with the instructions of the instrument manufacturer.

4.10. "Consumer" ensures serviceability and periodic verification of thermal energy meters in Gosstandart bodies (2-year interval).

Instrumentation (Instrumentation)

5.1. For visual monitoring of coolant parameters - temperature and pressure in the boiler room, local indicating devices - thermometers and pressure gauges are installed.

5.2. The measuring range of these instruments corresponds to the design and actual parameters of the coolant.

5.3. Installation of instruments meets the requirements of SNiP 2.04.05.- 89 "Thermal networks."

Isolation

Installation and heat insulation of pipelines, as well as equipment of the heat station shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP III -A.II.62. "Safety in construction," as well as SNiP III G1-62 "Sanitary equipment of buildings and structures. Rules for performance of works. "

After release from rust, pipelines for corrosion protection are painted with primer GF021 in one layer and paint BT177 in two layers.

Thermal insulation of pipelines is provided by heat-and-insulation mats of ATM grade from basalt fiber. ATM mats are non-toxic, non-combustible, non-explosive.

Ecology

The use of modern samples of environmentally clean, low thermal conductivity of insulating materials and modern equipment prevent abnormal emissions of thermal and sound energy into the environment.

Settlement with Power Supply Organization

8.1. Commissioning of the thermal energy metering unit is carried out by handing over to its representatives of the "Energy Supply Organization" and issuing a commercial registration certificate.

8.2. Payment for the used thermal energy is made based on the readings of the heat meter. The readings of the device are recorded in the log (the form of the log is agreed in the Energy Supply Organization ).

8.3. "Consumers," keep reporting documentation.

8.4. The amount of heat energy to be paid for the reporting period is determined by the readings of the heat meter with the addition of heat losses in the Consumer heating network.
