Introduction
The role of road transport is quite large in the national economy and in the Armed Forces. The car is used to quickly move goods and passengers along various types of roads and terrain. Road transport plays a crucial role in all aspects of the country's life. Without a car, it is impossible to imagine the work of any industrial enterprise, state institution, construction organization, commercial company, agricultural enterprise, military unit. A significant amount of freight and passenger traffic is accounted for by this transport. A car has widely entered the life of workers in our country, has become a means of movement, recreation, tourism and work.
The purpose of the Kazachinskoye ATP enterprise is the transportation of passengers, freight transportation, maintenance and repair of road transport of its own rolling stock,
The durability and failure-free operation of vehicles largely depend on high-quality and timely maintenance, and therefore on the work of the technical service. To increase the work of road transport, the tasks of the technical service are high-quality and timely maintenance, planned preventive work to cars, crushing the downtime of cars in maintenance areas and in repair areas.
Currently, auto repair production is a fairly large industry, along with the automotive industry, is designed to meet the growing needs of the country's national economy in cars, units, and parts.
Thanks to the repair, the service life of cars is significantly increased, and the fleet of cars involved in the transport process is significantly increased .
Technical Design Lubrication Works
Lubrication and filling operations are designed to reduce the intensity of wear and resistance in friction units, as well as to ensure the normal functioning of systems containing technical liquids, lubricants. Operations on replacement of motor and transmission oils, injection of greases, replacement of coolant can be attributed to the most frequent works at the stations of maintenance and repair of cars and trucks. These works constitute a significant amount of TO-1 (16... 26%) and TO-2 (9... 18%). Lubrication and filling operations consist in replacement or replenishment of units (units) with oils, fuel, technical fluids, replacement of filters .
The quality of these works is one of the significant factors affecting the resource of the nodes. So, for example, most designs of ball supports of passenger cars have a supply of "factory" lubricant for the entire period of operation. However, in those supports where there are holes for lubricants and lubrication is carried out in TO2 mode, the resource increases by 20... 30%. This is explained by the fact that despite the protective rubber cover, water with dirt (abrasive) can penetrate inside the support, and the newly introduced lubricant cleans the rubbing surfaces. Operation of the engine with an oil level below the permissible level leads to a complete drop in pressure in the lubrication system and a failure of the crankshaft inserts. A decrease in the level of braking fluid leads to air ingress into the system and its failure.
The main process document determining the content of lubrication works is a chemomotological map, which indicates the places of lubrication points, the periodicity of lubrication, grades of oils, their filling volumes.
Flushing works are an integral part of filling operations. During flushing, wear products are washed out, which provides better working conditions for parts and newly poured liquids. Regular replacement of the entire volume of brake fluid in the system increases the durability of rubber sealing cuffs by 1.5... 2.5 times.
Indirectly, tyre pumping also refers to filling operations. The truck tyre shall be pumped in a special metal enclosure capable of protecting maintenance personnel from being hit by removable rim parts in the event of their spontaneous dismantling. In road conditions, when inflating, the tire must lie with a locking device to the ground.
The pressure rate for a particular model is most correctly determined by the inscription on the side of the tire; it can indicate the pressure in different units and give several different values depending on the load on the tire. If you do not know the actual load, it is better to focus on the maximum values. If there is no pressure designation on the tyre, follow the catalogs, prospectuses of the tyre manufacturer (but not the car), which give the recommended standards for each specific model.
