4. Construction plan development

Construction Master Plan (SGP) is a construction site plan that shows the location of designed and existing buildings and structures under construction, construction machines, as well as construction facilities intended for maintenance of the work.

Construction facilities required for the construction period include:

- production plants (concrete and mortar units);

- warehouses of building materials, structures and parts;

Temporary buildings and structures for administrative, sanitary and cultural services;

- Roads and railways;

- power supply, water supply, sewerage, etc.

The construction plan is an integral part of the PIC or PPM. The construction plan as part of the PIC is called site-wide, as part of the PPR - object. The differences between the specified GWP views are in detail.

The object construction master plan, developed as part of the PPM, covers the territory of the construction site of one object. On the object construction plan, solutions of the site-wide construction plan are specified and detailed. On it is applied:

- object under construction;

- temporary mechanized installations, roads and driveways used during the construction period, locations, routes and areas of operation of construction cranes and other machines;

- temporary closed and open warehouses, canopies;

- temporary water supply, power supply and other utilities with indication of their connection to the existing power sources;

- Structures pre-assembly sites;

- places of reception of structures, materials, commercial concrete and mortar coming to the construction site;

- temporary points of external lighting;

- fire hydrants;

- temporary fences of the construction site area with indication of vehicle entry and exit.

4.1 Basic principles of design of SGP:

- The decisions taken in the GWP should be linked to the rest of the project (PIC, PPR);

- SGP decisions shall comply with the existing regulatory documents;

- The construction site shall have the smallest area necessary for construction;

GWP solutions should provide for the rational organization of cargo and human flows;

- temporary buildings, structures and installations (except mobile ones) are located on the territory not intended for development until the completion of construction;

Temporary site construction should be minimal by using permanent buildings, roads and underground communications for this purpose;

- temporary buildings should be built mainly from standard prefabricated reusable structures, use inventory mobile rooms;

- production plants and warehouses of mass materials should be located at the places of greatest consumption;

- placement of construction cranes on the construction site shall ensure performance of construction and installation works according to the accepted technology and schedules of work performance using advanced labor methods;

- object warehouses shall be located in crane areas and in the immediate vicinity of roads.

The construction site shall be fenced to avoid access by unauthorized persons. The construction site shall be equipped with facilities to create conditions for safe and harmless performance of work, for sanitary and hygienic maintenance of workers, for fire safety, for lighting of passages, driveways and workplaces, as well as for dispatch communications.

Defining the Extent and Construction of Building Structures

The road.

For intra-border transport they use mainly road transport. The construction site shall have convenient entrances and internal roads for uninterrupted transportation of materials, machinery and equipment throughout construction, at any time of the year and in any weather.

Temporary roads cannot be placed above underground networks.

The roadway for large heavy vehicles (2030t) is 8 m, the minimum radius of rounding is 12 m. In sections, platforms 6 m wide and 18 m long are mandatory.

Temporary roads are built simultaneously with those permanent roads that are intended for construction transport: they form a single transport network that provides a through and ring traffic scheme.

Traffic diagrams and the location of roads in the plan should provide access to the area of the installation and loading and unloading mechanisms, to warehouses, to workshops and household premises. The construction road is designed ring. At least every 100 m travelling platforms 6 m wide and 12 m long shall be arranged. When routing roads, minimum distances shall be observed:

• between road and storage area 1 m,

• between the road and the fence enclosing the site at least 1.5 m.

• two-lane with widening for parking during unloading - 6 m.

• minimum radius of rounding for construction driveways - 12 m.

Built temporary roads under the established load, 12 tons per axle, usually made of prefabricated railway plates with a thickness of 1618 cm, 6000x1750 mm. Slabs are laid on a sand bed. The thickness of the sand layer is assigned 10.... 25 cm It is necessary to provide a local drainage of surface water from temporary roads, by creating slopes in the profiling of the roadbed and the arrangement of trays.
