Heat supply

Boiler room heat consumers (including the building of the social center) do not belong to the first category in terms of heat supply reliability. Therefore, the boiler house also does not belong to the first category in terms of reliability of heat supply to consumers. Boiler house reconstruction project (by 6300TM) it is envisaged to replace three "Flare" boilers with two KSVa0.63 G boilers, pumps, installation of equipment for makeup water treatment and hot water preparation.

Boiler room coolant - water with parameters 9570 ° С and for hot water supply 6040 ° С.

The fuel of the boiler house is natural gas with a calorific value of kcal/m3 .

The source of the boiler house's water supply is the domestic drinking water supply.

Heat networks - four-tube dead end underground laying in reinforced concrete tray channels with reinforced waterproofing. Heating systems of buildings are connected to heat networks according to a dependent scheme without elevators (contract 6300TS).

Emergency shutdown of heat supply of the social center - in building ITP where the disconnecting fittings on pipelines of input (contract 63001OB) are designed.

Heating and ventilation

Working documentation is made in accordance with SNiP II1177 * "Civil defense protective structures" for the third climatic zone.

The ventilation is designed by the plenum with mechanical and natural motive. The amount of outdoor air per shelter is accepted according to SNiP II1177 * and is 11 m3/h.

Exhaust from the PRU room for 402 people. it is provided by natural Ve61¸ve64 systems, from warehouse, a sanitary post and bathrooms mechanical exhaust B12, B2, B9, B10 systems respectively are provided. Supply air is supplied by P1 system, P4 system with ERV722 electro-manual fan is provided as backup ventilation, the air of which is determined from the standard 3 m3/h for one sheltered:

Heating system No. 1 is designed in common with the building heating system and has disconnecting devices.

All ventilation and heating systems are installed in peacetime.

Explosion and fire safety solutions

The section of heating and ventilation of the social center was developed under contract 63001OV.

In the premises of the social center, transit air ducts are made

with a rated fire resistance rating of 0.5 h throughout from the nearest fire barrier with a fire resistance rating of 0.75 h to the ventilation equipment room.
