Construction Master Plan.

3.3.1 Brief description of the construction plot plan.

The construction master plan characterizes the completeness and quality of organizational measures at construction sites. The purpose of the construction master plan is to create the necessary conditions for the work of builders, mechanization of work, acceptance, provision of work with water and energy resources.

On the construction master plan, the following shall be applied: the objects under construction and the buildings and structures available on the construction site; permanent roads and entrances; mechanized installations, mechanisms or ways of moving boom cranes, warehouses for storing building materials, products, equipment, tools; mortar and concrete reception areas; temporary buildings and structures; temporary networks of water supply, sewerage, etc.; recreation areas for workers; fencing of the construction site with indication of entry and exit; fencing of hazardous area.

The construction master plan should be designed in accordance with the master plan developed in the architectural and planning part. Design begins with the transfer of a grid of squares, fiducials, and permanent communications. Then, the objects under construction and existing, real objects, as well as objects on the construction site of the building and structure are applied.

An objective construction plan is developed by a construction organization as part of the PPR or by order of its design organization. It can be developed for individual stages and periods of construction.

When developing a construction plan, it is necessary to:

- Identify and justify the need for temporary facilities, roads and engineering networks;

- use as much as possible for construction needs as temporary structures, roads and engineering networks;

- design the necessary temporary structures and ensure their placement in free sections of the construction area;

- ensure rational design and minimum length of temporary roads and engineering networks;

- ensure complete mechanization of loading and unloading operations, minimum transportation operations during transfer of materials, parts, structures and equipment;

- widely used as temporary inventory facilities and devices.

When designing the construction plan, it is necessary to proceed from the following principles:

- provision of accepted technology of works execution (i.e. the need to base on the technological sequence of work, the possibility of parallel execution of some of them in order to reduce the construction time and ensure the necessary quality of work);

- rational use of the construction site (in particular rational placement of temporary buildings and structures on the construction site), that is, their placement should not cause the problem of expanding the construction site. Roads shall provide access to warehouses. They must be sized appropriately so as not to impede traffic. Therefore, the dimensions of the roads are as follows: the main existing road is 6 m; temporary road 3.5 m; road for access of vehicles to warehouses and its unloading 6.5 m; at turns, the width of the road is taken to be 5 m; turning radius 12 m; Networks should be run in such a way as to cover the area of ​ ​ domestic premises and buildings under construction.

Domestic premises shall be located with observance of fire breaks of at least 5 m. Covered warehouses are located at the border of the crane area, and open warehouses are located inside this area. The border of open warehouses should pass from the edge of the road by at least 0.5 m. Temporary networks of water supply, sewage, power supply are located on the free territory of the construction site. The length of the temporary sewage system should be minimal, so the sewage facilities should be located closer to the sewage network.

When connecting temporary power supply networks to the permanent, it is necessary to provide a transformer substation with a metering point.

Outdoor lighting is arranged on wooden supports 30-40 meters along the perimeter of the construction site outside the crane area.

Fire hydrants are located no more than 2 m from the road. The distance from the workplaces to the dressing room, shower and washroom shall be not more than 500 m; up to latrines not more than 100 m; to the catering room not more than 500 m; to room for heating of operating not more than 150 m.

Compliance with TB requirements and fire regulations: fire hydrants are located 300 m later on a permanent water pipeline laid during the initial construction period. In the most dangerous fire rooms, they are equipped with special panels with fire fighting equipment.

The construction site is fenced along the perimeter at a distance of at least 2 m from the edge of the roadway, temporary buildings, warehouses, and a dangerous zone is also fenced, which is accepted 5 m more than the departure of the crane boom.
