Introduction of processing of feather-down raw materials at a poultry plant with a capacity of 17.2 tons of poultry meat per shift
It consists of an introduction, 14 chapters, conclusions, a list of sources used, containing 16 titles. The work is presented on 87 pages containing 6 figures, 26 tables.
The object of design is a poultry plant with a capacity of 17.2 tons of poultry meat per shift.
The note gives a description of the enterprise, based on the analysis of technical solutions, a range of products has been developed, technological calculations have been performed, leading equipment has been selected and calculated, and the areas of the enterprise's production facilities have been calculated. The analysis and justification of the choice of modern technological schemes and equipment based on the requirements of DSTU for raw materials and finished products is carried out. Hardware and technological schemes for the processing of feather-down raw materials are given. A specification of technological equipment has been compiled, technochemical control of production has been given, engineering systems and energy facilities of the enterprise have been described, measures for energy and resource saving have been developed, the construction part has been completed, the system of environmental management (environmental protection) and life safety (labor protection) have been considered.
The layout of the production facilities of the poultry plant, a cross-section, was carried out.
