2. Characteristics of the gas supplied facility.

This project provides for the installation of two gas boilers in the extension to the building of the car service LLC "STOATSentr," located at the address: Bryansk region, Bryansk, b-Shchorsa, 7.

The connection point is from the existing low pressure gas pipeline at the outlet of the GRPP, which is on the balance sheet of JSC "."

Diameter at connection point: D 89 mm.

Gas pressure at the point of connection: from 0.002 to 0.0022 MPa

Pipe material at connection point: steel.

Depth at connection point: above ground

The project provides for:

- installation of gas boiler Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S - 2 pcs.;

- installation of SGTK2D25 measuring system - 1 pc.

Characteristics of the car service building:

- walls of the building from sadwich panels, one-story (fire safety 3 type REI 45);

- building roof - profiled sheet (fire safety 3 type REI 45);

- fire resistance degree - III;

- explosion and fire hazard category - D, according to SNiP 210197 * "Fire safety."

During the survey, the plans of buildings were specified in kind; The building of the car service adjoins the boiler building.

Characteristics of the boiler building:

Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S boilers (certificate of conformity attached) are installed in an existing building attached to the car service building with enclosing brick walls with a fire resistance limit of 0.75 hour and a fire propagation limit of zero per structure.

The design provides for the following types of work: punching holes for installation of chimneys and installation of louver screens in the building enclosing structure.

3. Heating.

To heat the car service building, the project provides for the installation of a gas boiler Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S - 2 pcs

Specifications of the Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S gas boiler:

5. Power supply.

Power supply of the premises from the existing electrical network.

Supply voltage 220 V.

The Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S gas boiler is connected to a 230 V - 50 Hz single-phase electrical network.

At the entry of low-voltage line into the rooms install the panel of individual manufacture.

To prevent electrical damage due to insulation damage, all current-carrying parts are subject to protective grounding.

6. Ventilation and exhaust of flue gases.

1. Car service boiler room.

Ventilation of the boiler room of the car service is accepted as constantly operating, plenum .

The volume of the boiler room is 48 m3.

1) Air volume required for room ventilation at 3-fold air exchange is:

V1 = 48x3 = 144 m3/hour;

The total required cross-section of the drawing louvers is:

Left = 144/3600 = 0.04 m2

Natural ventilation - through the ventilation duct 250mm installed in the upper part of the opposite wall of the boiler room.

2) For air inflow, the area of the live section of the ventilation channel:

1. Air volume required for room ventilation at 3-fold air exchange is:

V1 = 48x3 = 144 m3/hour;

2. Air volume required for gas combustion:

V2 = 1, 2x9.52x20.14 = 230 m3/h;

1,2 - excess air coefficient;

9.52 - air volume required for combustion of 1 m3 of gas;

20.14 - total gas flow rate of the boiler house.

3. Quantity of air supplied through louver screens:

Vtl = V1 + V2 = 144 + 230 = 374 m3/hour;

The total required section of louver screens for inflow is:

Fr. = 374/3600 = 0.1 m2

According to calculations, we accept 1 louver grille located in the lower part of the door, measuring 300x350mm, for inflow to the installation.

Natural ventilation - through a 250mm ventilation pipe installed in the upper part of the opposite wall of the boiler room.

Flue gases are removed from boilers by means of connected chimneys 200 mm from each boiler. The chimney shall be insulated. Fixing the chimney by means of brackets to the wall of the car service building. Bring the chimney above the roof of the car service by 2 m.

7. Calculates the area of easy-to-throw structures.

The area of easy-throwing structures (blasting panels) shall be 0.03 m2 per 1 m3 of the room in which the gas-using equipment is installed.

Sq.m Vx0.03=57.6x0.03=1.728

The existing window openings of the room have an area of ​ ​ 2.4 m2.

8. Corrosion protection of the gas pipeline.

To protect the above-ground steel gas pipeline and valves from atmospheric corrosion, the design provides for its painting according to GOST 1420269 with a paint coating consisting of two layers of primer GF021 according to GOST 2512982 and two layers of enamel PF115 according to GOST 646576.

To protect against wandering currents, the project provides for the installation of insulating connections.

Construction and installation works on the device of electrical corrosion protection should be carried out in compliance with the requirements of GOST 9.6022005, the general requirements for corrosion protection of the existing PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution Systems," PUE and other existing NTD.

11. Gas flow metering unit.

To account for gas consumption, the design provides for the installation of the measuring complex SGTK2D25 based on the gas counter VK G16 with the corrector TS220, with telemetry and the filter FS50 Du 50 mm in the boiler room. Ensure the installation of a telemetry system modem compatible with the telemetry system of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Bryansk LLC.

The gas consumer is:

gas boiler Ferroli Pegasus 87 2S (10.07 m3/h, each) - 2 pcs.

The maximum gas flow rate of all instruments according to the passport data is 20.14 m3/h.

To execute installation of measuring SGTK2D25 complex in the boiler house on mm low-pressure gas pipeline D 57х3.5. Install FS50 Du 50 mm gas filter in front of the counter.

The measuring system SGTK2D25 should be installed at a height of 1.6 m from the floor level at a horizontal distance of at least 0.8 m from the gas equipment.
