Explanatory Note

1. The project is executed on the basis of specifications No. ___ from the requirements issued ________ Construction Norms and Regulations 42012002.

The depth of the low pressure gas pipeline shall be made according to the longitudinal profile of seeker 06210 sheet 1.

4. By the beginning of the trench digging work, a written permission must be obtained for the right to perform earthworks in the area of underground communications, issued by the organization responsible for the operation of these communications (SP 421012003, p. 10.37)

15. The route of the designed underground gas pipeline of low pressure shall be marked with indication plates of the 193 series installed on the walls of buildings, fences, special columns at the angles of rotation, at the places of installation of the tee and plugs and at the place of tie-in.

16.Diameters of the shifted and designed gas pipeline are accepted by hydraulic calculation. Hydraulic calculation is stored in the archive of the design organization.

17. At a distance of 50 m in both directions from the axis of the underground gas pipeline

flush the sealing of the inlets and outlets of all underground communications of houses according to the GVIS normal .

20. Protection zone of the underground low-pressure gas pipeline - 2.0m in both directions from the gas pipeline axis.

21. On land plots included in the protection zones of the gas pipeline. Restrictions (encumbrances) are imposed that prohibit certain actions in the protection zone in accordance with the rules for the protection of gas distribution networks approved by the Government of the Russian Federation dated November 20, 2002. №878.

22. All work on the construction of a gas pipeline at the intersection with engineering communications should be carried out only on the basis of written permits of organizations operating these communications, under the direct supervision of the persons appointed by them.

23. Completed sections of the gas pipeline shall be tested for air pressure tightness in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 421012003. SNiP 42012002.

24. The transition of the gas pipeline under the highway on the section from PC 8 to PK8 + 12.5 should be performed by the method of inclined drilling using the "Navigator" installation with installation of the case from PE 80 SDR 11 110x10.0 mm pipe with length of 16.5 m with output of the control tube under the protective device carpet.

25. Perform construction and installation works on this project.

Environmental protection

To obtain clean combustion products that do not contaminate the air pool, it is necessary to guarantee conditions that ensure the complete combustion of gas.

Temporary roads and entrances to the gas pipeline routes for the delivery of pipes and equipment should take into account the requirements to prevent damage to agricultural land. Currently, much attention is paid to the control of pollution and the protection of harmful emissions of enterprises during operation. The gas pipeline may be purged during scheduled shutdowns or emergency situations. Given the negligible gas emissions from purges, the increase in concentration due to emissions does not change background pollution.

As a result of compliance with the design standards, GOST for the construction and operation of the gas pipeline, the environmental situation and the state of the air, soil and water environment in all parameters of the impact do not deteriorate.

The natural soil layer is removed, and after backfilling the trench is laid in place.

Emergency prevention activities

(PG AND EMERGENCY)

In order to prevent emergency situations, the project was carried out in accordance with the current norms and rules SNiP 42012002, SP 4210103, "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems (PB 1252903) and PUE.

The project provides for the laying of a low-pressure gas pipeline in the underground version, protection of steel pipe cases from soil and electrochemical corrosion, painting of the above-ground gas pipeline; entrances to residential buildings are free.

The underground low-pressure gas pipeline is designed from polyethylene pipes, which eliminates the possibility of directing wandering currents to the gas pipeline, destruction from electrochemical and soil corrosion and creating an emergency situation and emergency situation.

Cut trees at a distance of less than 1.5 m from the axis of the underground gas pipeline (SP 421012003, Annex B, Item 17), which eliminates the possibility of damage to the gas pipeline by the root system and creating an emergency.

Blowdown of gas pipeline cavities

1. Before commissioning. prior to strength test and leak test. gas pipeline cavity must be cleaned. When cleaning the cavity of each gas pipeline or its section, it is necessary to remove soil, water and various objects accidentally falling into the construction inside the gas pipeline. As well as a surface loose layer of rust and scale.

2. Clean the gas pipeline cavity by blowing with high-speed air flow using a high-performance compressor unit of TKA80, 5 type or a reactor unit (for example, tanker trucks for LPG transportation) with air pressure of not more than 0.6 MPa.

3. The product is considered finished when a stream of uncontaminated, dry air leaves the purge gas pipeline.

4. After cleaning the gas pipeline cavity, install plugs at the ends of cleaned sections to prevent repeated contamination of the section.

5. To blow down the low pressure gas pipeline on the street __________________ in Michurinsk, a section of the PE80 SDR11 63x.5.8 pipe from PK7 to PK11 was selected.

6. If the construction company uses another blowdown method in the performance of works, coordinate it with the operating organization.
