Introduction

Children's music schools are necessary to ensure the social and cultural development of school-age children.

The main functions of the music school are:

developing (revealing the child's innate inclinations and developing them to the level of creative abilities, forming a circle of cultural interests, training in cultural skills, developing the need for self-improvement and active creative activity, continuously increasing cultural potential);

communicative (formation in children of the need for group and interpersonal communication, training in communication skills, organization of the sphere of social search);

training (aesthetic education, skills and norms of individual and collective activity, vocational orientation and professional and vocational training);

educational.

Characteristics of natural and climatic conditions

The designed building of the children's music school is located in the central part of Samara.

The duration of the period with an average daily air temperature of 5.2 ° C is 203 days.

Indoor temperature - 20 ° С.

The prevailing wind direction for the period December-February is southeast, with an average speed of 4 m/s.

General plan

The relief of the building site is flat.

The designed building of the music school is located in a corner building. The access of vehicles to the building is carried out on the western side, on the southern side of the building there is a public transport stop.

The main entrance is on the south side of the building, spare exits are on the east.

Heating of the building, as well as drinking water supply, is designed from existing water supply networks.

Disposal of household sewage from sanitary devices is designed by gravity into the existing external sewage network. The sewage system is made partly of polypropylene sewage pipes, partly of cast iron sewage pipes GOST 694298.
