1. common part
The technical solutions adopted in the project comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules, and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures provided by the project.
The design of automatic fire alarm and fire warning units was carried out under an agreement concluded with OJSC "Special Automotive Plant"
This part of the project has been completed within the scope of SNB 2.02.0504 "Fire Automation" and provides for:
- automatic and remote start-up of the plant;
- shutdown of automatic start-up in case of presence of people in the protected room;
- output of command pulses for shutdown of ventilation systems and activation of warning in case of fire;
- fire alarm, plant actuation and condition of its main components;
- grounding of electrical equipment of the unit.

2. plant operation
Selection of automatic fire alarm system (AFS) hardware was made on the basis of analysis of structural and construction characteristics and purpose of premises, taking into account the requirements of the technical specification, regulatory and guidance documents, tactical and technical characteristics and cost of equipment.
The fire alarm at the facility is organized on the basis of the PPKOP "Berezina UKA 12.5/1 PS. "
Fire occurrence in protected rooms is recorded using automatic smoke fire detectors IP 2125M, heat fire detectors IP 10503/2. Manual AC05 fire detectors are installed on the escape routes at an altitude of 1.5 m from the floor level.
When the fire detector is activated, the PPKP device generates a signal "Fire," the light and sound alarm is turned on, notifying of the fire and the need to evacuate from the protected premises.
The installation of powder fire extinguishing protects the premises of the car repair workshop. In the protected room, a method of extinguishing over the entire area is provided.
The powder fire extinguishing system is made with the use of the control and acceptance fire department and control "Berezina UKA 12.5/1 isp. 24 AT "and modules of powder fire extinguishing" Hurricane 1. " At the entrance to the protected room, light annunciators "Do not enter" are installed, inside the room - annunciators "Leave powder" (the annunciator must be visible from any point in the room), and the remote start button of the RMP. Sensors are installed on the entrance doors to turn off the automation.
Module of powder fire extinguishing "Uragan1" contains housing with capacity of 6 l, in which fire extinguishing powder and source of cold gas with electric igniter and aerator for powder fluidisation are located. In the lower part of the housing there is a device with a safety release valve and a powder sprayer. In the upper part, the module is equipped with a bracket and a bracket for attachment to the ceiling floor.
The module is triggered by an electric pulse supplied to the outputs of the electric igniter, in the source of cold gas, intensive gas release begins, leading to an increase in pressure inside the housing, opening the valve and ejecting fire extinguishing powder into the burning zone
Control and control of fire alarm and powder fire extinguishing systems is carried out by means of "Berezina UKP 10/18 PS4" control panel installed in the passageway.
The project provides dry contacts for connection of the transponder of the Discount monitoring system.
According to SNB 2.02.021, a fire warning system with automatic and manual launch of the SO-2 type is provided at the facility.
1. equipment placement
Fire alarm detectors are installed in protected rooms on floors at a distance of not more than 9 m from each other - IP2125M; not more than 4 m. - IP 10503/2, manual detectors AC05 are installed on the wall, at a height of 1.5 m from the floor at the evacuation exits.

6. electrical wiring
Fire detector loops are laid along walls and ceilings in the duct and opened with KSVV cable.
Distance from PS loops to power lines must be not less than 0.5 m.
Fire warning network is performed by PVA wire 2x1.0.
Power supply is provided by IWG cable
Alarm and control networks of the powder fire extinguishing unit
are performed by 2x1.0. PVC wire.
The communication line between XT1 box in a checkpoint and a box of XT2 is carried out by the customer.
7. Security arrangements
To protect maintenance personnel from dangerous voltages that may occur on electrical equipment housings as a result of insulation damage, grounding of electrical equipment housings is provided.
Grounding of electrical equipment shall be performed by metal connection of its housings with existing building grounding loop. During works, refer to GOST30331.395 (IEC 36444192) "Electrical installations of buildings. Part 4. Safety requirements. Protection against electric shock. "
