Working drawings, note.
As equipment for automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing, the project provides for the use of equipment manufactured by the NVP "Bolid." The project provides for the integration, using the RS-485 interface line of the "S2000" control and control panel and acceptance and control devices and PPKiU "S2000-ASPT" (hereinafter referred to as "PPKiU"), for the control of fire alarm loops in the premises, the launch of powder fire extinguishing modules, the control of annunciators, and the control of the warning system. To start the fire warning system, relay outputs of the receiving and control device are used. Install AUPPT acceptance and control equipment on the wall, at a height of 1.6 m from the floor elevation. Provide measures to prevent access of unauthorized persons to the AUPPT equipment.

Working design of automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing for protection of the bar premises located at the address: developed on the basis of the Contract and the technical specification issued by the Customer.

The work project has been completed in accordance with the requirements of:

- NPB 882001 * "Fire fighting and alarm units. Design Codes and Regulations ";

- SNiP 11.0195 "Instruction on the composition, procedure, development, approval and approval of design and estimate documentation for the construction of enterprises, buildings and structures;

- NPB 11003 "List of buildings, structures, premises and equipment to be protected by automatic fire extinguishing units and automatic fire alarm;

- NPB 10403 "Design of fire warning systems for people in buildings and structures";

- RD 78.14593 "Manual to the guidance document of the security, fire and fire alarm system and complex. Rules of Work Execution and Acceptance ";

Purpose of the installation.

Automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing is intended for detection of fire in protected rooms, output of fire signal and information on plant operation, fire extinguishing system start-up, fire warning, building engineering equipment control.

Main technical decisions made in the project.

As equipment for automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing, the project provides for the use of equipment manufactured by the NVP "Bolid." The project provides for the integration, using the RS485 interface line of the C2000 control and monitoring panel and the control and control devices of the S2000ASPT PPKiU (hereinafter referred to as PPKiU), for the control of fire alarm loops in the rooms, the launch of powder fire extinguishing modules, the control of annunciators, and the control of the warning system .

To start the fire warning system, relay outputs of the receiving and control device are used.

Install AUPPT acceptance and control equipment on the wall, at a height of 1.6 m from the floor elevation.

"S2000" fire protection control and monitoring panel

Intended for use as a part of the system of the security and fire alarm together with reception and control devices "Signal20", "Signal20P", "C20004", "Signal20" series 02, controllers of the two-wire S2000KDL line, devices reception and control and managements of firefighters of "S2000ASPT", relay S2000SP1 blocks, and "S2000KPB", the C2000K and C2000KC keyboards, blocks of indication "S2000BI", controllers of management of access of "C20002".

MAIN FUNCTIONS

• Monitoring of up to 127 instruments connected to the console via RS485 interface;

• Display on LCD, store in non-volatile buffer all events occurring in the system and print them to the printer with serial RS232 interface;

• Alarm alarm on built-in audio alarm;

• Control of taking/removing and monitoring of alarm loops condition from the console;

• Programming of device configuration parameters, printing of configuration on printer, setting of device addresses and address devices;

• Restricting access to password management and programming functions;

ADDITIONAL CAPABILITIES

• Case with large LCD display with high information content (2 lines of 16 characters). There are functional LEDs "ALARM," "FIRE," "MALFUNCTION," "ALARM" showing the state of the object;

• The number of sections and signaling loops that can be included in these sections has increased, allowing this console to be used in larger facilities;

• The maximum number of user passwords has increased;

• Sections can be grouped together. This simplifies group management of security placement and removal from security. Any section can be included in multiple groups;

• Ability to specify text names not only for sections and users, but also for section groups and signaling loops. The text name can be up to 16 characters long;

• Ability to change message names from signaling loops. You can specify 32 custom rename scenarios for each signaling loop added to the console database. Each scenario allows you to specify new text names and display type for any 4 standard device signaling loopback messages;

• Configuration of the console is performed by the program "Database Administrator" from AWS "Orion Pro" or by the utility "pprog.exe" version 2.00 and higher.

FUNCTIONS AVAILABLE AFTER CONFIGURATION

• Combining loops into sections;

• Display section text names and user names in the event log. String length - up to 16 characters;

• Control of sections collection/removal and monitoring from "S2000K" panel and keyboards, "S2000KS" panels and "S20004" devices;

• Possibility of management of the outputs of C20004, Signal20P and Signal20 devices series 02. Possibility to control relay outputs with delay;

• Transfer of the events which are taking place in a system to the C2000K keyboards for indication and to informants of "S2000IT" for transfer by subscriber phone line;

• A personal computer with APM "C2000" software can be connected to the console to maintain the event log and display the states of the sections and signaling loops on the computer;

• The console in programming mode can perform the function of the interface converter "RS232 - RS485," which allows you to configure the console and devices connected to it from a personal computer without using additional interface converters;

• Possibility of connection of several fire alarm subsystems based on "C2000" panels to personal computer with AWS "Orion." Such a system has all the advantages of the Orion AWS and works when the personal computer is turned off;

• Configuration is performed by PPROG.EXE.

PPKiU device "S2000ASPT" provides:

- protection of one fire extinguishing direction;

- control of automatic fire extinguishing unit (AUP) of gas,

powder or aerosol types in automatic and remote modes;

- receipt of notifications from automatic and manual passive, active (loop-fed) and four-wire fire detectors (IP) with normally closed or normally open internal contacts;

- control of sound and light annunciators (ZO and SO);

- serviceability check of ACS control circuits, light and sound annunciators;

The device is powered by:

- main power supply source - AC mains, rated voltage 220 V, frequency 50 Hz;

- standby power supply (RP) - storage battery, rated voltage 12 V.

Based on the characteristics of the premises equipped with fire alarm equipment, combustible materials stored in them, and also in accordance with Appendix 12 of NPB 882001 *, the design provides for:

For the purpose of early detection of a fire and delivery of an evacuation signal, the premises are protected by smoke detectors of type IP 21245.

Smoke fire detector optoelectronic two-wire

IP 21245, is designed to detect sunbathing, accompanied by the appearance of low concentration smoke in closed rooms. It is distinguished by its modern design, small dimensions, high sensitivity and noise immunity. It is adapted for operation with any receiving and control fire alarm devices of both Russian and imported production, which provide supply voltage in the alarm loop in the range from 7.5 to 30 V and perceive the "Fire" signal in the form of a jump decrease in the detector internal resistance in direct polarity to a value of not more than 500 Ohm.

Technical specifications:

Sensitivity: 0.05-0.2 dB/m.

Actuation inertia: not more than 5 s.

Current consumption in standby mode: 0.05 mA

Designed for continuous operation at ambient temperature from minus 25 to plus 55 ° С

Overall dimensions of detector with socket: not more than 93 x 60 mm.

Average service life: at least 10 years.

Smoke fire detectors are installed on the ceiling, on the path of the most likely smoke flow.

In addition to smoke fire detectors, heat fire detectors IP 1013A are installed in each room.

Each room is protected by at least three fire detectors (item 13.3 * NPB 882001 *).

In accordance with item 13.1 * NPB 882001 *, the circuit for switching on the detectors in the fire alarm system provides for separate output of the signals "Attention" and "Fire" (the third detector is duplicate and serves to increase the reliability of the system in case of failure of one of the detectors installed in the room).

To send a signal about a fire in case of its visual detection by duty or maintenance personnel, it is provided to place manual fire detectors of IPR-I type at the main and spare evacuation exits.

Place the manual detectors according to the working drawings on the wall at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level.

Actuation of manual detector sets PPKiU to "Fire" mode, bypassing "Attention" mode.

The choice of fire detectors of this type is justified by the most complete compliance of their parameters with the characteristics of the protected premises, as well as the requirements of NPB 11003.

To alert people about a fire occurring in the premises, a sound warning system of the 2nd type is adopted.

The CO equipment performs the following main functions:

• Ensuring the necessary audibility in all places of permanent or temporary stay of people;

• Light indicators "Exit";

• Preservation of serviceability in the absence of main power supply.

"Tungus" powder fire extinguishing modules are used as fire extinguishing devices, which are included in the starting circuit of PPKiU through the relay amplifier of UKVK.

The "Powder. Go away! "And" Powder. Do not enter!, "which is installed at the output and input to the protected area, respectively.

To start fire extinguishing in manual mode, IPR-K manual start buttons with cover are installed at the entrance to the protected area.

Install the start-up buttons according to working drawings on the wall at a height of 1.5 m from the floor level.

To ensure serviceability of the fire extinguishing system during 24 hours in standby mode, 3 hours in alarm mode, 1 hours in the mode of warning system operation when the main power supply is disconnected, a backup power supply "BIRP12/4" is provided complete with battery 12 V, 7 A * h. Also, the design of the PPKiU provides for the use of a battery of 12 V, 7 A * h.

Power supply of "Output" light indicators is performed from BIRP12/4 connected directly from the distribution electrical panel of the building.

The equipment envisaged in the design can be replaced with similar equipment in terms of purpose, parameters and properties, in the presence of certificates of conformity and fire safety, valid in the territory

of the Russian Federation.

Principle of automatic fire alarm operation.

In the standby mode of operation of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit, the PPKiU constantly monitors the appearance of fire facts in the protected rooms and the serviceability of loops with fire detectors, fire extinguishing start circuits and warning lines.

In the initial stage of the fire, when smoke and heat appear, an automatic fire detector is triggered. Signal on detector actuation is transmitted via wired communication lines to PPKiU. The device resets the voltage and sets to "Attention" mode after receiving a repeated signal. At repeated reception of fire signal the device sets to "Fire" mode.

At the same time:

on the device itself, the light and sound alarm about the fire is turned on;

"Svirel" sound annunciators are switched on;

"Powder. Go away! "; at the entrance to the protected zone the indicating panel "Powder lights up. Don't come in! ";

start of pre-start delay at least 10 s (item 14.3 of NPB 882001 * - set during commissioning);

at the end of the pre-start delay, the powder fire extinguishing modules of the corresponding direction are started with a pulse of electric current of 4 A and a duration of at least 10 s (guaranteed by the manufacturer);

the valve of the shut-off device of the powder fire extinguishing module is opened and HSE begins to enter the protected room.

In case of alarm loops breaking, fire extinguishing modules starting line breaking, "Malfunction" light-and-sound alarm is activated on the instrument.

When the power supply voltage of the main 220 V network is switched off, the PPKiU automatically switches to power from the built-in sealed battery 12 V. The battery capacity is sufficient for operation of the unit for at least 24 hours in standby mode and at least 3 hours in "Fire" mode (item 14.3 of NPB 882001 *, - guaranteed by the manufacturer ).

When the voltage in the main network is restored, PPKiU automatically switches to power supply from the network, and AKB - to recharge mode. Switching of technical means of fire automation to operation from built-in automatic control system and back is performed automatically without issuing alarms.

Electrical wiring.

Wiring of automatic fire alarm system loops from PPKiU to detectors and interface line are performed by 2x0.5 KSPV cable. The power line from the switchboard to the standby power supply is made by 3x1.5 IWG cable. Power supply line from backup power supply to instruments, from instrument to annunciators and fire extinguishing modules. Cables and wiring shall be laid in electrical duct on walls or in PVC pipe under overlapping with observance of distance of 0.5 m from power lines or perpendicular to them.
