Additional information

Power supply

The reconstruction project of the VRU of the main building of the GBUZ MO of the Children's Neuropsychiatric Hospital was developed on the basis of:

1. Technical conditions and tasks of the customer;

2. Regulatory documents in force in the Russian Federation:

PUE 2002 Electrical Installation Rules, Edition 7;

GOST R50571 "Electrical installations of buildings";

SNIP 230595 "Natural and artificial lighting";

NPB24697 "Fire safety rules in the Russian Federation."

The scope of the project includes the main building inlet switchgear. According to the composition of the envisaged electric consumers, the designed fitness center corresponds to the 1st category of reliability of power supply. The design power is 194 kW. Considering the design load and the category of reliability of the power supply, 2 three-phase inputs for a voltage of 380 V 50 Hz and a current of 250A with a de-grounded neutral are designed. In the post-accident power supply mode, a restriction is introduced on the use of a magnetic resonance tomograph (MRI), due to a lack of power, only systems for maintaining it in the "sleep mode" should remain in operation.

To organize the distribution of electricity to consumers, the BRU distribution cabinet consisting of 4 panels (2 input panels and 2 distribution panels with ATS) is used. Schematic single-line diagrams of these panels are shown in the drawings. 

The organization of electricity metering for projected I LIE it is provided to organize in introduction panels 1 and 2 (VP1 and VP2) and to execute its three-phase, transformer inclusion, with metering stations of the electric power like Mercury of 230 ART03 CN 380/220  V, 57.5A.

The project learned to perform sections:

- switchboard equipment and distribution boards in accordance with the requirements of SP 311102003, Sections 1, 3, 4 and 7 of PUE (edition 7), GOST R 51778, GOST R 5173201, GOST R 5050993, as well as the requirements of SNiP 41012003 and OLX.684.01186;

- technical accounting of electric power consumption in accordance with the requirements of SP 311102003, chapter 1.5 . PUE (edition 7). As a calculation device, accept the Mercury 230 meter;

-service-protective earthing and additional potential equalization system of TNCS system in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1.7 of PUE (Edition 7).

Connection, branching and termination of wires and cables shall be performed by means of sealing, welding, soldering or compression (screw, bolt, etc.)

To ensure easy recognition of wiring conductors by colors, in accordance with item 2.1.31 of PUE 7, the following conductors are adopted in the design:

Yellow, green, red, black, brown and white to indicate phase conductors (L1, L2, L3)

- Cyan - to indicate zero operating conductor (N),

- Yellow-green - to indicate the protective conductor (PE).

Places and height of points of supply of group network to current receivers are specified according to specific types of equipment used. In accordance with GOST R 50571.296, PUE Chapter 7, the design adopted:

- type of grounding system - TNCS;

- types of systems of current carrying conductors: from TP to I LIE - four-wire two cables like APVBSHP 4х240.

In order to protect people from electric shock, all open conductive parts of electrical installations that may be energized as a result of an insulation violation must be grounded by connecting them to the protective conductor PE. When performing grounding, refer to SNiP 3.05.0685 section "Grounding devices" and SP311102003 section "Grounding (suspension) and safety precautions," as well as PUE of 7, Chapter 1.7. Sockets shall have a closing socket device.

Electrical equipment and materials accepted for installation, including those of foreign production, and similar to those specified in the project, must be certified in the GOST RF Certification System, as well as in the field of fire safety according to NPB24697 (in accordance with the List approved by the GUGPS of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia) and comply with the technical characteristics specified in the project, without deteriorating the quality .

Connection to the mains, connection and adjustment of the equipment shall be carried out in accordance with the technical documentation of the plants , equipment manufacturers.

All electrical works shall be carried out by qualified personnel, from the organization having a certificate of admission to this type of work (para. 4.3. work on the preparation of internal power supply systems designs.), in compliance with the current PUE and SNiP standards, as well as safety precautions.
