The working design of the automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing (AUPP) of the warehouse of case furniture of the furniture factory was carried out on the basis of the contract according to the initial data presented by the customer.

Design of AUPP is executed according to drawings (plannings) 02025P1AC.

According to item 5.2 of Table 3, item 6 of NPB 11003, storage and utility rooms with a total area of ​ ​ 3449.7 m2 are subject to AUPP protection.

Modular type AUPP, fire extinguishing agent - powder.

Fire extinguishing powder by the degree of exposure to the body belongs to low-hazard substances of hazard class 3 in accordance with GOST 12.1.00776. Irritating effect: on the mucous membrane of the eyes - weakly expressed, on the skin - absent. Powder compositions used are not toxic, do not corrode metals in dry form. After a fire, the powder can be removed with a vacuum cleaner or washed away with water.

1.5. Selection of the APCP type and fire extinguishing agent is carried out taking into account the following features of powder installations:

Purpose, composition and main characteristics of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit

2.1. AFAP is designed for automatic detection, localization and extinguishing of fire centers when controlled fire factors exceed the established threshold values in protected rooms. The DCS also notifies the warehouse personnel of the fire.

2.2. Automatic fire alarm functions are also performed by APCP.

2.6. Automatic fire detection and start-up equipment of modules based on "Dozor16" PPKOP is designed to build and monitor the status of alarm loops and start-up circuits, generate indication control signals and external devices, and output starting pulses to fire extinguishing modules.

Structurally, the sensor is an electric two-wire cable of the twisted pair type in the fluoroplastic shell, connected to the interface unit. Every 0.5 m, a thermocouple block is included in this cable. Interface unit is used for monitoring and conversion of thermo-EMF in the sensor circuit to "Fire" and "Fault" signals and provides transmission of these signals to external circuits.

The detector allows operation in the temperature range from - 450С to + 500С and humidity up to 95%. The inertia of the detector is Tsr = 125-130 s at a temperature growth rate of 50C/min and Tsr = 20-40 s at a temperature growth rate of 300C/min, which corresponds to NPB 852000.

2.11. "Exit" light annunciators are designed to indicate escape routes in case of fire.

2.12. The detectors are powered by two-wire signaling loops from PPKOP "Dozor16" by 4x0.5 KSPV wire (S = 0.2 mm2), the annunciators - by 2x0.75 mm2 VVP wire.

Characteristics of protected premises

3.1. According to item 5.2 of Table 3, item 6 of NPB 11003, storage and utility rooms with a total area of ​ ​ 3449.7 m2 (taking into account the second tier) shall be protected.

3.2. Characteristics of protected premises are given in Table 3.

3.3. Building furniture components are stored in warehouses. Storage type - floor and on racks. Racks are located in axes (DG, 59), (OBD, 4-5). The racks are supposed to be placed in axes (AB, 2 "-5).

3.4. The project was carried out taking into account the fact that in axes (1-9) in the center of the warehouses at a height of 3 m a metal floor (second tier) is installed. Floor dimensions 12x48 m.

Calculation of quantity of powder fire extinguishing modules

4.1. AUPP extinguishing method - by area.

4.2. The calculation of the number of modules required for fire-fighting is carried out based on the condition of uniform irrigation of the area taking into account spray diagrams in accordance with Annex 9 of NPB 882001.

Main Technical Solutions Adopted

IN THE PROJECT

5.1. The APCP is built on the basis of PPKOP Dozor16, which includes:

5.2. The selection of the instrument for receiving control, technical means of detection and other equipment was made in accordance with the requirements of state standards, fire safety standards, technical documentation and taking into account climatic, mechanical, electromagnetic and other impacts in their locations.

5.3. To maximize the use of storage areas for storage of housing furniture, MPP100 modules are installed on process sites at a height of H = 2.5 m from the floor level at the columns.

5.4. MPP100 modules are used with NR38 nozzle nozzles. The configuration of the protected area of the module with a location height a nozzle of 4.2 m and coal 50o is presented in fig. A1.4.

5.5. MPP6 "Tornado" modules are used to protect the following areas:

5.6. Small-sized isolated rooms (3,4,5,8,12) are protected by MPP6 modules.

5.7. Central unit of PKP16 and observation panels PN3216 are installed in the storekeepers room with permanent stay of duty personnel. The installation site shall comply with the requirements of item 12.48 *, 12.55 of NPB 882001 *.

5.8. PKP16 and observation panels PN3216 are arranged so that height from floor level to operational controls of equipment is 0.81.5 m.

5.9. In standby mode, PPKOP "Dozor16" performs constant cyclic polling of connected devices, analyzes the status of alarm loops.

5.10. The type of fire detectors is selected taking into account the purpose of the protected premises, their space-planning features and in accordance with the requirements of the current regulatory documents.

5.11. Taking into account the construction and structural features of the protected premises, their functional purpose, in this project extinguishing is performed addressably, in 13 directions (zones) (drawing 72004.AUPP l.2).

5.12. When one detector is activated, "Attention" signal is generated. Sound and light annunciators of PPKOP "Dozor16," sound sirens, "Fire" annunciator are ON. The address of the response area is displayed on the instrument screen and PN3216 observation panel.

5.13. When two fire detectors operate in different loops of the same extinguishing direction, the control equipment generates a "Fire" signal. "Powder go" annunciators and sound annunciators (sirens) are ON. The signal "Fire" is generated to the round-the-clock control room (checkpoint). A command is generated to control the engineering systems of the housing (if necessary). If the automatic control system is in the "Automatic on" state, a thirty-second count of the delay in the release of the fire extinguishing agent (the time required to evacuate people) begins.

5.14. After thirty second delay, PPKOP "Dozor16" outputs an electrical pulse to the starting devices of the fire extinguishing modules of the direction in which the detectors worked. After increasing the pressure in the housing to the operating value, the membrane is opened and the fire-extinguishing powder in a fluidized state enters the distribution pipelines and then through the sprayers to the protected area.

5.15. Remote startup of modules with a delay of 30s can be carried out by introducing a code from the Dozor16 PPKOP.

5.16. Manual start of module of extinguishing area (direction) in which ignition is detected is provided from device of manual start of URP7.

Attention! Starting from URP7 is performed without delay. Make sure that there are no people in the extinguishing area.

5.17. Manual fire detectors installed along escape routes are designed for manual generation of "Fire" signal in case of visual detection of fire source by maintenance personnel.

5.18. According to item 11.13 * NPB 882001 *, contact detectors at the entrance doors to the protected areas (rooms) that disable the automatic and remote start mode of the installation when they open are not installed. Indication of installation mode status in directions is displayed on PN3216 observation panels.

5.19. Automatic start mode is restored by introduction of code from PKP16 or from monitoring panel PN3216 of PPKOP "Dozor16."

5.20. Emergency lighting shall be provided at the locations of the manual start-up device providing illumination of at least 50 lux.

5.21. The design of the fire extinguishing plant completely eliminates the possibility of the fire extinguishing agent entering the protected room before the plant is activated, which guarantees the safety of personnel in the warehouse room.

Information on organization and maintenance of installation works

6.1. Installation of the powder fire extinguishing module is recommended in the following sequence: preparatory work, measurements of the protected room, binding and installation of the module.

6.2. Piping shall be laid with a slope of at least 1:100 towards the sprayers.

The distance from the nozzles to the attachment unit of the corresponding pipeline is not more than 0.5 m. The distance between the pipe attachment elements must be not more than 3 m.

6.3. When using the HP38 nozzle, pay special attention to the strength of the pipe attachment near the nozzle. When the module operates, a significant reactive force occurs.

6.4. Install the pipelines using clamps and on site, in accordance with the placement plans, coordinating the attachment places with the warehouse administration.

6.5. Steel water and gas pipes GOST 326275 shall be used for the pipeline.

6.6. Wires and cables shall be laid in accordance with PUE, NPB 8801 *.

6.7. The circuits of alarm loops shall be laid on walls and ceiling in corrugated slag with non-combustible, install by wire of KSPV type 4x0.5 mm.

6.8. Start-up and warning circuits shall be laid by 2x0.75 mm2 wiring of WVP type. Joint laying of start-up and alarm circuits is allowed.

6.9. In all cases where wires and cables pass through walls, wire or cable, lay in a separate piece of steel pipe.

6.10. Distance between fire-fighting communication systems, cables and power cables shall be not less than 0.5 m.

6.11. OPZ12 annunciators shall be installed in situ taking into account the optimal audibility of the alert.

6.12. Connect "Dozor16" devices PKP-16, BRP12/5, PN3216, RT8A, UU-8A, UP4A in accordance with the diagrams given in "Operation Manual for Dozor16" of NN 2.406.003 RE.

Power supply and earthing

7.1. According to the degree of reliability of power supply, APCP should have a category I power supply according to PUE. If it is impossible to supply electric receivers from two independent sources, it is allowed to supply them from one source: from different transformers of two-transformer or from two nearby single-transformer substations connected to different supply lines laid along different routes with an automatic reserve input device.

7.2. At objects of power supply reliability category III it is allowed to use storage batteries providing power supply of electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.

7.3. Earthing of modules tanks shall be performed by wire with copper core section not less than 1.5 mm2. Connect all grounding wires to the common grounding circuit of the building, refer to RD 78.14593. Operation of the device should be carried out in accordance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations by the consumer" and "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations" put into effect with the 01.02.2001 of the State Energy Supervision.

Health and safety measures

8.1. Service of the powder fire extinguishing unit is allowed for persons who have passed safety training. Passing the briefing is noted in the journal.

8.2. Installation and repair works in electrical networks and devices (or near them), as well as work on connection and disconnection of wires should be carried out only when the voltage is removed. All electrical installation works, maintenance of electrical installations, periodicity and methods of testing of protective equipment shall be carried out in compliance with the "Rules for technical operation of electrical installations by the consumer" and "Intersectoral rules for labor protection (safety rules) during operation of electrical installations."

8.3. Plant maintenance regulations shall be developed by the customer on-site in accordance with the instructions of the manufacturers and taking into account the requirements of the "Instructions for the organization and implementation of works on the regulated maintenance of fire extinguishing, fire and fire alarm units," 1982, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and the Ministry of Defense of the USSR and RD 0090196 "Fire automation units. 8.4. Installation and installation works for APS systems shall be performed in accordance with RD 78.14593 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia "Rules for the production and acceptance of works. Systems and complexes of security, fire and fire alarm. "

8.5. Attention: Check the quality of electrical installation with a device providing the test current in the starting device circuit not more than 0.05 A, the test duration - not more than 5 minutes.

8.7. The resistance of the supply lines shall not reduce the current in the circuit below the value given in item 11 of Table 1 and guarantee the actuation of the starter.

Maintenance and maintenance of automatic fire extinguishing unit

9.1. At the facility, all types of maintenance and maintenance work, as well as the maintenance of fire automation units, must be performed by the facility's own specialists who have undergone appropriate training, or under an agreement with organizations licensed by the State Fire Service management bodies for the right to carry out work on the installation, adjustment and maintenance of fire automation units.

9.2. The main purpose of maintenance is to carry out measures aimed at maintaining the units in a ready-for-use state: preventing faults and premature failure of component devices and elements.

9.3. The structure of maintenance and repair of modules includes the following types of works:

maintenance;

planned maintenance;

planned overhaul;

unscheduled repairs.

9.4. Observation of planned work of installation, elimination of the found defects, adjustment, control, approbation and check of integrity of chains of start of the elements gas-generating belongs to maintenance.

9.5. The scope of maintenance includes partial disassembly, replacement or repair of the module. Measurements and tests of equipment and elimination of detected defects are carried out.

9.6. The scope of overhaul, in addition to the work provided for by the current repair, includes the replacement of worn-out plant elements.

9.7. Unscheduled repairs are carried out in the scope of current or major repairs and are carried out after a fire, accident caused by unsatisfactory operation of the equipment, or to prevent it.

9.8. All metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may be under it due to insulation failure, shall be grounded.

Devices and panels of fire automation, modules, terminal boxes, pipes for wiring, electrical equipment cabinets shall be grounded. Protective grounding resistance shall not exceed 4.0 Ohm.

Grounding shall be performed in accordance with PUE, SNiP 3.05.0685, requirements of GOST 12.1.0387 and technical documentation of manufacturers.

The use of metal parts of the building, pipes as earthing, is allowed only as an additional measure.

Check grounding resistance (not more than 4 ohms) once every 3 years. Grounding circuit integrity check - 1 times a year.

The Customer shall supply the ground bus to the equipment of the fire alarm equipment requiring grounding.

According to the degree of reliability of power supply, fire extinguishing plants are consumers of category 1 with voltage of 220 V, frequency of 50 Hz, power of at least 0.5 kW.

At objects of power supply reliability category III it is allowed to use storage batteries providing power supply of electric receivers in standby mode for 24 hours and in "Alarm" mode for at least 3 hours.

The Customer provides power supply with voltage of 220V, frequency of 50Hz, power of at least 0, 5kW to the place of installation of PPKOP "Dozor16."

Weight of one equipped module of MPP100 is 135 kG. The strength parameters of the platforms must meet the requirements of item 8.21 of NPB 882001 * (structures must withstand the load equal to five times the weight of the installed elements).
