Two-storey residential building AS

The building of the residential building on the plan is rectangular with dimensions of 18.5x12.0 along the axes

Floor height - 3.0 m. 

External and internal walls are made of coquina stone of M35 grade according to GOST 4001-86 on  cement-sand  mortar M50. External and internal non-dry walls with a thickness of 390 mm and partitions with a thickness of 190 mm.   

Foundations are monolithic strip made of concrete cl.B15 on sulfate-resistant Portland cement. All concrete and reinforced concrete structures in contact with the ground are made of concrete on sulfate-resistant  Portland cement.

Preparation  for structures should be carried out from crushed stone impregnated with hot bitumen with a thickness of 100 mm. All concrete and reinforced concrete structures in contact with the ground should be coated with hot bitumen mastic 2 times.

Floors, coverings are monolithic of concrete class B-20. The project provides for prefabricated reinforced concrete lintels according to GOST 948-84.

The floors in all  rooms are made of concrete  kl B-15 on crushed stone preparation with a thickness of 100 mm. 

Expanded clay insulation with a thickness of 120 mm.

Screed made of cement-sand mortar  M-100 with a thickness of 25 mm.

The roof is pitched with a cold attic  made of metal tiles on wooden rafters.

Around the entire building along the outer walls, a pavement with a width of 1500 mm is arranged.

Plaster the facades  with subsequent painting with façade paint light.
