The project "Modernization of the site with the installation of cold pressing presses was developed xxxxxxxx with license No. 44444444444 of 78.78.2009 and permission No. 057052009 of Gospromnadzor of 28.08.2009, based on the design task .

The object of modernization is located _______________ on the territory of the current enterprise.

The project envisages modernization of the existing extruder shop. The main building structures of the existing building are in good condition. Maintenance of the roof, replacement of window and door blocks, floor repairs are carried out by the customer on their own. The modernization project in accordance with the design assignment is carried out in a reduced scope, namely, sections "TX," "EMO," "OM," "VK," "NVK" and estimated documentation .

The project provides for the modernization of the area with the installation of cold pressing presses PCP1000F, raw material capacity - 1000 kg/h of rapeseed seeds.

The design provides for the supply of rapeseed seeds for pressing out, further pressing with subsequent filtration and supply of the finished product to existing receiving tanks .

The mode of operation of the site is 325 days a year in 3 shifts of 8 hours.

Annual demand for raw materials - 31,200 t/year

The fire hazard production category is "B."

The number of workers per shift is 2 people. 4 bits.

Installed capacity is - 79.4 kV, design - 75.8 kV.

Due to the absence of industrial hazards, the project provides for a device of general exhaust ventilation with natural motivation.

Water supply of the facility is provided from the existing internal water supply network. The project completed the combined economic and production fire-fighting water supply. Production waste water discharge is provided by gravity flow with connection to external sewage network.
