The building design is carried out based on SNIP 2.08.10-89* "Residential and Public Buildings." By purpose, the building is classified as a residential building. It has a complex shape on the plan. The dimensions at the extremes are 1-6 18.0 m, in axes A-E 16.0 m. The building is two stories with a terrace and a basement. The floor height is 3 m. The composition of the premises is provided in the explication.

Evacuation of people in case of fire is carried out through the main entrance located in axes 3-4.

The building is frame-less. The structural scheme of the building includes longitudinal and transverse load-bearing walls. Spatial rigidity is ensured by the combined work of the vertical load-bearing elements of the building and the horizontal slab of the floor.

In terms of durability, the building is classified as 1st degree, as its structural elements are designed for a service life of over 100 years.

In terms of fire resistance, according to SNB 2.02.01-98, the building is classified as 2nd degree.

The responsibility class according to SNIP 2.01.07 – 85 is 2nd.

Stairs are planned not only as a means of communication between floors but also as an evacuation route from the building in emergency circumstances (explosion, fire, earthquake).
