Introduction
The work execution project is developed on the basis of the work organization project and direct construction and installation works are organized on its basis. The task of the work execution project is to further develop the main decisions made in the construction organization project, to specify these decisions taking into account the capabilities of this construction organization, to develop ways of operational management of construction production depending on the specific situation.
In the Work Execution Project:
- the construction terms of the building are specified;
- methods and sequence of works execution are established;
- Establish the activities of the preparatory period;
- schedule of arrival of structure, materials and equipment to the object is established;
- The need for construction machines and vehicles as well as for energy resources is determined;
- The requirement for work personnel is calculated;
- measures for quality control of construction and installation works are planned.
