1. General part
This working project is based on:
- design tasks;

The design documentation for the construction of the gas pipeline was developed in accordance with the current norms, rules, standards and takes into account the requirements of the Federal Law of 21.07.97. No. 116FZ "On industrial safety of hazardous production facilities."
Installation, testing and acceptance of the gas pipeline shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of SNiP 42012002 "Gas Distribution Systems," PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Consumption Systems," SP 421012003 "General Provisions for the Design and Construction of Gas Distribution Systems from Metal and Polyethylene Pipes," SP 421032003 "Design and Construction of Polyethylene Pipelines and Gas Pipelines.
Deviations from the design documentation during construction are subject to execution in accordance with the requirements of item 3.1.3 of PB 1252903 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems."
Engineering and geological surveys were carried out by LLC "Design Institute" Vertical "in Krasnodar in 2003.
Averaged ground conditions for the construction of gas pipelines are as follows:
- at the depth of the gas pipeline, the soils are represented by loams of dark brown humused, solid subsidence type 1.
Seismicity - 6 points.
Corrosive activity of soils is medium.
Groundwater at a depth of 2.58m.

According to the specifications of ___________________ No. 34 dated March 22, 2012, the connection of the designed gas pipelines is made to the existing above-ground gas pipeline from steel pipes Ø57mm passing through the walls of buildings. Tie-in to the gas pipeline is performed as per GOST 1603780.
Laying of gas pipelines is provided from the steel electrowelded straight-line-seam pipes Ø57h3.5mm in accordance with GOST 1070491 of steel of quiet smelting of group "B" with a guarantee of manufacturer on hydrotest; from steel water and gas pipes du32x3.2mm, du25x3.2mm, du20x2.8mm and du15x2.8mm, according to GOST 326275 from calm smelting steel of group "B" with the guarantee of the manufacturer for hydraulic testing.
Perform welding operations at ambient air temperature from minus 15 ° С to plus 40 ° С. Welding operations at other temperatures are recommended to be carried out in special shelters ensuring compliance with the specified temperature range .
The project envisages replacement of the existing GRPSH with GRPSH10MS1, the table of settings of which is given on the GSN3 sheet. Determine the final settings of GRPP during commissioning taking into account pressure losses in the gas pipeline.
Next to GRPSH10MS1, a complex is installed on the building wall to measure the amount of gas with the installation of a temperature sensor on the housing of the SGTK2D16.0 meter.
The duration of operation of the gas pipeline and gas equipment is: above-ground steel gas pipelines - 30 years, GRPSH - 30 years. In case of positive results of the examination, gas pipelines and GRPP may be allowed for further operation.
Along the route of the external gas pipeline, establish a protection zone in the form of an area limited by conditional lines passing at a distance of 2 meters on each side of the gas pipeline and within a radius of 10 m from the GRPSH.
3. Internal gas equipment
The project envisages: dismantling of existing IShMA40 boilers - 2pc, installation of gas boilers BUDERAS Logamax U05224K - 3pc, installation of gas boilers Navien Ace16K - 1pc and installation of gas plate PG4 Flama - 1pc.
The gas pressure upstream of the instruments is 1.6kPa.
Gasified rooms are provided with installation of gas-gas annunciators, which is made in part A. GSV.
The gas flow rate is: Q = (2.63 * 3 + 1.72) * 0.85 + 0.9 = 9.08 m ³/h.
Laying of gas pipelines is provided from steel water and gas pipes du32x3.2mm, du25x3.2mm, du20x2.8mm, du15x2.8mm according to GOST 326275 of calm smelting steel of group "B" with the guarantee of the manufacturer for hydraulic testing.
Smoke removal from boilers is provided by coaxial chimneys. Natural ventilation of gasified rooms is carried out through louver grilles with a living area of 0.04m2, 0.062m2, 0.12m2 and vent channels, add-on (in buildings of lit. Well, lit. B) executed on series 5.90528.08; AC14 and built in (in buildings of litas. O) and providing 3-fold air exchange and air inflow for combustion.
4. Protection of gas pipelines against corrosion
Steel overhead gas pipeline is protected by two layers of GOST829285 yellow oil paint on two layers of primer FL03K GOST9109 81 intended for external works in the construction area.
Internal gas pipelines are painted by two layers of waterproof oil XB124 GOST10144-89 paint on a layer of primer FL03K GOST9109-81.
Pipe preparation for painting and painting shall be performed by the erection organization in accordance with GOST 9.4022004.
5. Environmental protection activities
The solution to environmental problems is to identify activities that minimize possible impacts and their consequences during the construction and operation of the facility.
In order to reduce environmental disturbances, all repair and restoration works shall be carried out within the drain strip and specially designated sites of pipe welding and pipe insulation bases.
At all stages of the work, measures should be taken to prevent the development of adverse relief processes; Change natural surface runoff fire
natural vegetation; landfilling of the territory with construction and other waste.
Production waste shall be collected and stored in a metal container with subsequent removal in accordance with the established procedure to the customer's base. After completion of construction, the territory is cleaned from garbage and other waste, which are exported to the existing landfill, agreed with the regional TsSEN.
The project includes measures to ensure accident-free operation of the facilities under construction. In order to improve the operational reliability of the laid gas pipeline and reduce the harmful impact on the natural environment, rational placement of assembly units, disconnecting valves is provided.
After completion of construction, the gas pipeline strip is cleaned and tested by pneumatic method.
6. Organization of construction
According to the "Calculated Indicators for Determining the Construction Duration" of TsNIIOMTP Gosstroy 1991, the construction duration of the designed gas pipeline is 1 month, including the duration of the preparatory period of 10 days.
The construction of the gas pipeline is carried out by a specialized contracting organization.
When performing construction and installation works, strictly observe the requirements of SNiP12032001 "Labor Safety in Construction," SNiP 42.012002 "Gas Supply" and "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems" PB 1252903.
The construction of the gas pipeline is carried out by a specialized contracting organization with permission in the prescribed manner.
7. Civil defence engineering, emergency prevention
The main solutions for HS HMI are determined taking into account the following requirements:
-SNiP 2.01.5192 "Engineering and technical measures for GO facilities";
-SNiP 2.01.5384 "Light masking of settlements of national economy facilities";
- Construction Norms and Regulations of II.0195 "Order of development, coordination, statement and structure of justification, investments in construction of the enterprises, buildings and constructions";
-SP II10798 "Procedure for development and composition of the HS HMI section.
As the main measures to prevent emergency situations, ensuring safe operation of structures and gas pipelines, measures are provided for the construction of above-ground gas pipelines taking into account temporary and constant loads in accordance with the current regulatory documentation.
Detailed measures are developed by services operating gas pipelines and gas control points during the entire life of the facility.
