Summary

The adopted technical solutions comply with the requirements of the existing legislative acts, norms and rules of Russia on explosion and fire safety and environmental protection, on labor protection

and provide for life and health-safe use of

automation of facilities and structures in compliance with measures,

provided for by the design documentation.

Technological and construction solutions

The following calculations were made in this project:

- calculation of lighting installation, selection of lighting fixtures;

- selection of the most optimal network configuration and power supply scheme of consumers, which provide the required reliability;

- selection of cable cross-section ensuring required throughput;

- check of VLI against voltage loss;

Working documentation is made in accordance with the requirements of SP 311102003 and PUE for the network up to 1kV with a de-grounded neutral. Earthing System - TN-C-S. According to reliability of power supply, electric receivers belong to loads of category III according to PUE.

As the introduction device the metal ShchU1 box with degree of protection of IP54 (overall dimensions 310х300х150) established on an external wall of the house is accepted. In boxing the counter of electric energy TsE6807B and the BA 4729/1/25 automatic switch is installed.

As the distributing device the plastic ShchRNPm9 box on 9 modules indoors is established.

To protect a person from electric shock due to touching current-carrying parts or elements of electrical equipment that are energized due to violation of electrical insulation, as well as to protection of the network from overload, short-circuit currents and from overvoltage in the network at long voltage surges over 265V, a differential automatic switch of type AD12/2/25/30 is installed at the entrance to the building.

As protection against lightning overvoltage (I stage of protection), an overvoltage limiter of OPN0,38UKhL1 type is installed on the branch support. Protection against surge surges (II protection stage) is provided by surge limiter of OPS1B 1P type, which is installed in the input device (VU).

Electric receivers of a residential building are lighting devices of working lighting and household electric receivers. The illumination values of the rooms are accepted according to SNiP 230595, the types of lamps are selected according to the environment and indicated on the plans. Lighting is controlled by switches in place. Distribution networks shall be provided with VBGngLS cable laid in PVC channel. All group lines are three-wire, while zero working conductors are connected to the zero working bus N, and zero protective conductors are connected to the protective grounding bus PE.

As a lightning receptacle, a metal blanket roof was used, which is connected to the loop of re-grounding of the house with strip steel 25x4. Lightning protection class according to CO 15334.22.1222003 - IV (conventional object) with a degree of reliability of protection against direct lightning strikes of 0.8.

To ensure the safety of people, the project provides for all types of protection required by GOST R 50571.193 for electrical installations of residential and public buildings. Protection against direct contact is provided by the use of cables with appropriate insulation and shells of electrical equipment and devices with a degree of protection not lower than IP20. Indirect contact protection is performed by automatic disconnection of the damaged network area by devices for protection against overcurrent in combination with the TN ground system (protective connection). As the main grounding bus, the busbar PE of the lead-in device is used. RP unit with RCD for 30mA current is adopted as additional protection against indirect contact.

In multi-core cables that do not have the appropriate PUE, when installing at the ends of the lines (in places of connections), apply color marks with a length of at least 5 cm on the entire diameter of the insulation of the cores: for a zero working conductor - blue; for a zero protective conductor - a two-color combination of longitudinal stripes of green and yellow. Install lighting fixtures, switches and sockets after finishing works.

At the input to the building, re-ground the zero protective conductor. Perform the main potential equalization system - for this purpose connect to the main grounding bus according to the attached drawings:

- protective conductor (PEN conductor) of the supply line;

- grounding conductor;

- lightning protection system.

All electrical installation works shall be performed in accordance with PUE.
