The main factors affecting the efficiency of the car service are the correct organization of the technological process and the availability of the necessary (and, equally important) enough qualified specialists to carry out both car repair operations and auxiliary ones. These are necessary conditions, without which the profitability of the car service will be necessarily lower than expected. It goes without saying that it is necessary to add the equipment of each post with a mandatory tool and equipment to the number of necessary conditions.

Introduction

Maintenance - a set of operations to maintain the operability or serviceability of machines when used as intended, expected, stored and transported. Diagnostics play an important role in maintenance and repair. Technical diagnostics are one of the components of the maintenance and maintenance planning and warning system. It allows you to fully use the inter-repair life of the machines, eliminate unreasonable disassembly of units and assemblies, reduce machine downtime due to technical malfunctions, reduce the labor input of repair.

Existing methods and tools for

Disassembly of rivet joints.

When disassembling riveting joints, a method is mainly used in which the riveting head is removed with a tooth, grinding, gas burner, pneumatic chopper hammer, etc., and then the rod is knocked out. This method causes severe damage to the part around the rivet head

Boring of rivet by drill, diameter of which is 0.2 mm less than diameter of rivet. This method requires precise orientation of the part and process equipment relative to each other and their reliable attachment in order to prevent their displacement and damage to the part.

Conclusion

This diploma project has developed a proposal for the repair and organization of ATP on the basis of the Orsha DRSGUP with the development of a device for disassembling rivet joints of car frames .

When analyzing the enterprise, Orshanskoye DRSGUP can conclude that the main technical and economic indicators are at a low level. The main reason for this is the low use of basic machines, so if the technical readiness factor for road and transport vehicles is at a low level of 0.11 - 0.13 - which is significantly lower than the standard technical readiness coefficient, which is 0.8. This is due to the irrational organization of maintenance and maintenance, a weak repair and maintenance base, this leads to large downtime of machines in repair and waiting for repair.

To stabilize the enterprise, it is necessary to increase the profit from the sale of products:

1) motivation of employees (bonuses);

2) the purchase of new equipment, since the former is morally outdated, which slows down the production process.

One of the ways to reduce labor costs for the technical operation of machines and equipment of the repair and maintenance base of the enterprise is the centralization of maintenance and repair.

The reconstruction and organization project of the Orsha DRSGUP will reduce the cost of repair, reduce equipment downtime, increase labor productivity compared to the base option. In addition, the project allows you to receive additional income from the organization of production. The project does not require capital additional investments - this makes it economically profitable.
