Description

This diploma project was developed on the topic "Reconstruction of the tin-body section in LLC Yamashskoye UTT." The section "Technological layout" gives a description of LLC "Yamashskoye UTT" as a whole, as well as for the tin-body section. Shortcomings in the work of the site were identified, measures to improve work were outlined. The production program has been calculated and the volume of work of the rigid-body section has been determined. The set of measures on safety and environmental protection is presented. Heating, lighting and ventilation of the site have been calculated. Operating costs, investments for the reconstruction of the site are calculated, the economic effect and payback period are determined. In the section "Job Instruction" developed the process of straightening of the left wing of the GAZ-3307 car with removal from the car, a plan of technological operations was drawn up. The time standards have been calculated and the process cost has been determined. The section "Design" describes the purpose of the device and the action of the strubcine, the cost of manufacturing the device was calculated. This diploma project can be used as a recommended material for the reconstruction of the tin-body section in Yamashchskoye UTT LLC.

Modern national economy is unthinkable without road transport. Road transport carries cargo of various classifications for any distance and at high speed. The role of road transport in the transport of goods and passengers cannot be overestimated so 80% of all traffic is carried out by road. In order to ensure the uninterrupted operation of cars, maintenance and repair services have been created that maintain the operability of the car during its entire operation, at the basic enterprises of the national economy. Modern domestic automotive products meet world standards. The design of new and modernization of old car models is constantly underway. Recently, attention to working conditions has increased, cars have become comfortable and easier to operate. Increasing the requirement for the economy of cars, the release of toxic substances into the atmosphere.

In modern industry, much is being done to improve these parameters. There was a tendency to reconstruct automobile engines, engines on methane and other gases are being created, the production of engines operating on liquefied as well as compressed gases is increasing. Experimental hydrogen-fueled cars are being created. Electric transport is widely used. In addition to structural changes, a change in production technology is also applied. The requirement for the quality of maintenance and repair of cars is increased, widely introduced, in the technological process of maintenance and repair, diagnostics are called timely detection of faulty cars and significantly reduce the cost of ongoing repair and maintenance of cars.

In our country, the organization of car repair has always been of great importance.

Currently, industry and agriculture are not in the best condition: the huge wear and tear of the material and technical base of production and transport equipment prevails in enterprises of all industries, regardless of forms of ownership. This situation represents an increased demand for specialists who can repair and restore existing equipment, since so far, as a rule, there are no funds for the purchase of new equipment.

New equipment is purchased only 1.5% of the total number of fleets, and the wear of existing vehicles is more than 83%. All this indicates that all modes of transport, both new and old in the process of operation, very often have to use repairs.

In general, practice is characterized by a variety of forms of repair, but it is worth highlighting three main forms of organization:

- repair works of all types are carried out by enterprises directly operating transport equipment;

- repair works are carried out by enterprises that do not operate and do not produce transport equipment;

- repair works are performed by large machine-building enterprises (KamAZ, ZIL, VAZ, AZLK, etc.)

A progressive direction in the domestic practice of repair business was the spread of the aggregate method when setting up a car for repair. This method consists in the fact that it is planned to replace non-working units with new or pre-repaired ones taken from the revolving fund. This method allows you to significantly reduce the downtime of cars in repair. This direction of intensive development of car repair production leads to a change in the functions of car repair plants, which are now mainly enterprises for the overhaul of units.

The same trend is evident in all car repair enterprises.

1 Process layout

1.1 Summary of the existing situation in the enterprise as a whole

By order No. 98 of 02.07.70, a motor transport workshop was organized at NGDU Yamashneft. By Order No. 214 of 25.05.76, Almetyevskoye UTT 4 was created on the basis of two enterprises: ATK TATNEFTEGAZ and ATC NGDU Yamashneft, and subsequently, in 1978 it was renamed the Yamash Department of Technological Transport, which is part of JSC TATNEFT. With the 1.10.2007. YaUTT carried out an internal restructuring and part of the vehicles were transferred to other enterprises of the management company .

"LLC" Yamashskoye UTT is subordinate to the Criminal Code "Tatspetstransport ."

Five convoys were created in YaUTT: four automobile, one tractor. All technological transport is deployed at the bases: mixed convoys No. 1, No. 3 and tractor column No. 4 in the village of Yamashi, on the basis of the village of Sirenkino, on the basis of the village of Arkhangelsk, convoys No. 2, No. 5- on the main base in the city of Almetyevsk.

Operating conditions of motor vehicles and road construction machines

Cars are operated in the cold climatic zone. ATP allocates cars to customers - public and private enterprises, joint-stock companies, various limited liability companies, serves city bus routes and international, cars are used as taxis, trucks for both their own needs and for customers. The operating conditions of cars on average can be attributed to the third category of operating conditions, since cars are also operated in urban conditions, on roads with asphalt - concrete pavement, with gravel pavement, along temporary access roads, in flat areas, mountainous areas.

The above shows that the production department of ATP must quickly respond to all cases of failures and faults of cars and take timely measures to eliminate them in order to maintain a high rate of technical readiness and production of cars. The motor transport company is constantly obliged to monitor the reliability of the rolling stock and take prompt measures to organize unscheduled repairs.

Rolling stock operation mode

The mode of operation of the rolling stock is characterized by the number of working days per year, the duration and number of working shifts, the time of start and end of the working shift, as well as the procedure for issuing and returning cars.

Cars LLC "YaUTT" operate on a five-day working week with two weekends on Saturday and Sunday, 250 working days a year, the start of the shift in 700, the end in 1600 h. The average time of the car in the outfit is 8.3 hours.

The procedure for issuing cars and returning them from the line:

- the driver receives a travel list from the dispatcher, which indicates the object of service, the route, the time of departure and return to the ATP, the speedometer readings;

- the driver must undergo a pre-trip medical examination, as evidenced by the mark (stamp) in the track sheet;

- when leaving the ATP gate, the car checks the gate mechanics.

Convinced of the serviceability of the car, the mechanic allows access to the line and puts the departure time and his signature in the travel list,

When the car returns to the garage, car mechanics check the serviceability of the car. The driver collects about all the malfunctions that occurred during the work, the gate mechanic, who enters into the outfit a record of putting the car for repair the next day.

The mechanic notes in the travel list the actual time of the car's return from the line, the readings of the speedometer and puts his signature. After that, the driver passes a post-race medical examination and passes the travel list to the dispatcher. The number of working days per year of ATP rolling stock is 253 days.

Methods of organization of maintenance and maintenance of vehicles, road construction machines, units and units

To ensure the operational reliability of cars, our country has adopted a planned preventive system for car maintenance and repair. This system provides for the mandatory execution of a permanent set of maintenance works through the established mileage regardless of its technical condition, and the current repair is carried out according to demand.

In the practice of LLC Yamashskoye UTT, two methods of organizing the technological process of maintenance and maintenance of cars are used: at universal and specialized posts. At universal posts, the entire scope of work of TR or corresponding maintenance is performed at one post only for maintenance or repair of individual units. Current repair of cars is carried out by individual or aggregate method. The essence of the aggregate repair method consists in replacing the faulty units of devices and units with new or previously repaired ones from the revolving fund .

In LLC "Yamashskoye UTT" TO-1 is carried out to maintain the car in good condition, detection and prevention, as well as to reduce the efficiency of reducing parts by carrying out an established set of works, inspection and diagnostic, lubricating cleaning.

Possibility to supply electricity, steam, water

ATP is supplied with water from water supply systems (urban communications), electricity - from the urban energy management network.

On the territory of the ATP there is its own autonomous boiler house, which provides warm water for production premises for heating and household needs and ferry - covered parking lots for heating cars when starting in the cold season.

Description of the existing situation of the reconstructed production unit

Purpose and nomenclature of production department works

A section of the body in LLC "YaUTT" designed for the repair of complete cars (buses); repair of the case of a body, its knots and details of zhestyanitskiya, painting and assemblies of bodies.

In the tin compartment, the plumage of the car is repaired (wings, hood, radiator cladding, body doors, splashes, front seats of cars and other parts made of sheet metal).

Thanks to the reconstruction of the site, the application of modern requirements for the organization of production, it performs as soon as possible and with proper quality full or partial repairs of all parts of cars, as well as overhaul the body.

Work nomenclature

1 Cleaning and washing - is performed on special car washes with washing of the bottom and arches (if necessary).

2 Disassembly - the place of repair is disassembled, removal of parts that prevent further processes such as straightening, painting, etc.

3 Preparation of damaged areas - removal of paint coating by universal grinding machine or by metal brush.

4 Straight- leveling of the surface with the help of straightening hammers and accessories.

5 Surface preparation - remove dirt, fat, old paint (if any) and other contaminants from the surface degrease with solvent 646.

6 Apply polyester trellis on the prepared surface to the place of repair where straightening was performed.

7 Removal of the trellis to the desired results using abrasive materials, if necessary repeat the above points.

8 Preparation of surface for application of paint materials with abrasive materials.

10 Transfer of repair element to painting shop where paint materials will be applied.

Composition of production and auxiliary workers, their tariff rates, safety condition

Currently, the site employs one sixth-category car mechanic with an hour rate of 78.8 rubles, one first shift from 7:00 hours to 16:00 with a break for lunch from 11:00 to 12:00 hours, there are no auxiliary workers. In order to ensure the safe performance of the fitter's work, safety instructions are given, and the room is regularly cleaned on schedule. The condition of the equipment is satisfactory, for the current period there were no cases of injuries. On the sockets, switches and switches there are inscriptions indicating the voltage supplied to them. The site has a fire cabinet with inventory.

Deficiencies in the work of the production department and proposals for improving the technological process and organizing the work of the department

In the tin body section there is not enough lift for cars, and also there is no lari for wiping materials. The area needs technological arrangement of equipment.

To improve the operation of the tin body section, I propose to purchase and install a lift for cars, purchase a lar for wiping materials, place equipment on the sections in accordance with the technological process, provide each work station with technological documentation.

Proposed Production Unit Organization

In the created area, it is necessary to rationally arrange the selected process equipment and production equipment. Each workplace shall be provided with the necessary process documentation:

- roadmaps;

- operating cards;

- damage defect cards;

- sketch maps.

The procedure and scope of work is determined by a more qualified locksmith - repairman. The work of the site is carried out in one shift, from 8:00 to 16:30, a break for lunch from 12:00 to 12:30, a five-day working week.

3 Construction

Rationale for design development and implementation

In all cases, it is necessary to strictly and unconditionally perform the technological process. Strict execution of the process is one of the elements characterizing a high production culture. When developing disassembly processes, it is necessary to strive for the most complete and economically justified mechanization of work, worldwide cost reduction and facilitation of manual labor.

The rigid-body section is labor-intensive in terms of the volume of repair operations, therefore, to facilitate work, simplify operations, it is necessary to use as many various devices as possible.

Purpose, Device, and Action of the Design

Tubing is one of the types of auxiliary tools used to fix any parts at the time of processing, or to tightly press them against each other, for example, during gluing, welding, etc.

According to the design, the strubcine consists of two parts - the main frame and a movable element with a clamp, the movement of which allows changing the distance between the jaws of the tool. On the movable part there is also a clamping device - a screw or a lever used to fix the movable part, as well as to control the compression force.

With the help of a screw, the object is fixed in a fixed position, which facilitates the work of the master and allows to achieve a high-quality result.

Benefits of Implementing Designed Design

The introduction of strubcine facilitates the work of the worker during welding, gluing, etc., which increases the convenience of work, improves the quality during repair, reduces the time for repair, as well as increases the culture of production.
