General part

The scope of this project includes the working documentation of the electrical part of the reconstruction of the built-in transformer substation No. 2. The project is developed on the basis of Contract No. 25097.

The scope of this work includes working documentation consisting of:

Diagrams of primary connections in the part of cells No. 6 of section I and No. 12 of section II RU10 kV RP 3545, intended for power supply to TP No. 2.

Schemes of secondary connections of cells No. 6 and No. of 12 RU10 kV of IS 3545 .

Calculation and selection of relay protection in the part of cells No. 6 and No. 12 RU10 kV RP 3545.

Calculation and selection of power transformers 10/0.4 kV TP No. 2.

Primary connection diagrams of RU0.4 kV cabinets of TP No. 2.

Calculation and selection of equipment and cables in 0.4 kV network of TP No. 2.

Diagram of lighting network of TP room No. 2.

Diagrams for electrical equipment.

Cable system, including cable log and cable routing within TP room No. 2.

Tasks to manufacturers for atypical electrical equipment.

Custom specifications.

Secondary connection diagrams of RU0.4 kV cabinets are performed by the manufacturer - Hensel, Germany and are included in the design as attached documents.

Working documentation shall be made on the basis of the following regulatory documents:

Instructions for designing power supply for industrial enterprises, SN 17475.

Instructions for designing power and lighting electrical equipment of industrial enterprises, SN 35777.

Electricity consumers

The main consumers of TP No. 2 are power and lighting loads of Heineken Brewery LLC.

Based on calculations made on drawing No. 25097ET.003, the installed power of power receivers TP No. 2 is 2454.5 kW; lighting - 196 A.

According to reliability of power supply in accordance with PUE ch. 1.2 electric receivers TP No. 2 belong to consumers of category III. However, due to the technical capability and in agreement with the construction customer - Heineken Brewery LLC, TP No. 2 was fed from two feeders of different sections of the RU10 kV RP 3545, also on the balance sheet of Heineken Brewery LLC.

Power electrical equipment

Calculation of installed power and loads for power electric receivers is made on drawing No. 25097ET.003.

Loads of power electric receivers are determined in accordance with RTM 36.18.32.492 of VNIPI "Tyazhpromelektroproekt" according to usage factors and maximum coefficients.

Power transformers with a capacity of 2500 kVA are installed in the same room with RU0.4 kV. The layout plan of electrical equipment in TP No. 2 is shown in drawing No. 25097ET.010.

On the 10 kV side of the transformers, the design provides for the installation of two FBXC/1716/CC cells manufactured by Alstom with two load switches - disconnectors in each cell.

Low voltage power distribution is provided from a 380/220 V switchgear consisting of Hensel cabinets based on Schneider Electric equipment.

Connection of RU0.4 kV phase conductors to 10/0.4 kV power transformers by design is accepted using cable lines consisting of single-core cables of NYY 9x3x (1x240) type. The neutral connection of transformers is carried out by cable line NYY 5x (1x240). At inputs to RU0.4 kV section it is accepted to install Masterpact NW 40b type switches with rated current of 4000 A. The design provides for setting Masterpact NW 40 switch with rated current of 4000 A.

On outgoing feeders, Masterpact and Compact switches manufactured by Schneider Electric are accepted for installation.

The auxiliary power load of TP No. 2, including the uninterrupted power supply unit for the switch drives, ventilation, etc., is supplied from the nearest workshop power panel. The specified circuits are not included in the scope of the project.

Lighting electrical equipment

The design provides for the following types of lighting:

working lighting;

emergency lighting.

Lighting equipment is selected and calculated in accordance with the category of environment of TP room No. 2 according to lighting standards, voltage losses and cable conductivity. Installed power of lighting units is determined based on dimensions of illuminated area and values of specific power in Watt per m2. The type of lighting fixtures, their design and installation method are selected in accordance with the conditions of the environment, the height of the room and the requirements for lighting quality.

The total maximum installed power of the lighting network of the TP room No. 2 is 1.0 kW .

Operating lighting network voltage - 380/220 V, on lamps - 220 V.

As emergency evacuation lighting, it is provided for the installation of two lamps with batteries, as well as the availability of battery lights for service personnel. Above the entrance door to TP room No. 2, the emergency indicator "Exit" is provided.

Relay protection and automation

Relay protection of transformers and outgoing RU0.4 kV buses of cable lines of consumers is carried out in accordance with the current "Electrical Installation Rules" (PUE) and the relevant directive materials of RW UES of Russia.

Relay protection of transformers is developed on the basis of electromechanical relays .

Relay protection of 0.4 kV cable lines to consumers is performed on the basis of microprocessor disconnectors supplied with switches - Micrologic and STR type.

The project includes calculations of relay protections of the 10/0.4 kV power transformers of the RU10 kV elements, which are presented in drawing No. 25097ET.004.

As the main for cells No. 6 and No. of 12 RU10 kV of IS 3545 the following forms of protection are taken:

1. Current cutoff;

2. Maximum current protection.

3. Ground fault protection (output to signal).

Calculation and selection of settings of circuit breakers disconnectors is given in drawing No. 25097ET.007.

On inputs of food and the section RU0.4 switch of kV the project provides blocking of parallel inclusion of inputs.

Electricity metering and electrical measurements

For a possibility of performance of technical electricity metering, installation of a microprocessor rastsepitel with the built-in function of measurement of the active, reactive and also total electric power is provided in introduction cases of RU0.4 of kV.

Besides, the specified rastsepitel carries out in real time the following measurements: currents, tension, frequency, power, power factor and so forth.

Arrangement and arrangement of electrical devices

The layout of the room of the built-in TP No. 2 is presented in drawing No. 25097ET.010 .

TC placement is provided in axes 20 - 23 in rows K - J at elev. 0.000 in the general premises of the casting shop of Heineken Brewery LLC.

Electrical wiring

Power and lighting networks are made by electrical cables with copper and aluminum cores with dual PVC insulation. Cables within TP No. 2 are laid by cable structures in cable channels, in pipes and by wall on brackets.

Single cables laid in places where mechanical damage is possible are protected in height by 2 m from the floor or ground level.

Protective electrical safety measures

Protective grounding is provided as the main measure to protect TP maintenance personnel from electric shock.

Grounding of power electrical equipment is performed in accordance with PUE edition 7, chap. 1.7 and GOST R50571.294 for TNCS system as follows:

The RU0.4 kV provides for a combined PENconductor. For this purpose, a blind jumper between the PE and N buses in the section switch cabinet is provided directly in the RU0.4 kV cabinets.

The network of outgoing consumers is organized five-wire .

For the earthing of transformers neutrals, an extended earthing device is used, consisting of 24 vertical earthing leads and a horizontal earthing lead connecting them. On the basis of the calculation presented in Appendix 1, the vertical grounding conductor is used as sections of angular steel 50x50x5 mm with a length of 2000 mm. A steel strip of 30x4 mm with a length of 28000 mm is adopted as a horizontal grounding conductor.

The grounding device is located directly in TP room No. 2. The transient resistance of the TP grounding device at any time of the year, taking into account natural grounding electrodes, shall not exceed 4 ohms.

The grounding device is connected to two separately designed GVSh (main grounding buses).

To implement the potential equalization system in TP room No. 2, an internal closed grounding circuit is provided, performed by strip steel with a section of 40x4 mm along the perimeter of the room. The specified circuit is connected with GWN, all open conductive parts of electrical equipment, external conductive parts, as well as protective conductors, which are simultaneously accessible to touch .
