Introduction

Modern mechanical engineering requires accelerating scientific and technological progress through the wide introduction of advanced technology, progressive technological processes and flexible industries into the industry. Engineering plays a key role in the materialization of the latest achievements in science and technology. Accelerating its growth rate is the basis of the scientific and technical process in all sectors of the national economy, the main direction of economic development.

This cannot be achieved without the extensive use of highly automated machine tools. Further development of production automation is based on the use of metalworking machines equipped with numerical software control systems (CNC), the creation of which was made possible thanks to the achievements of machine tools, electrical engineering and other industries.

The growing role of software-controlled equipment is evidenced by the fact that its use in industry has increased several times in recent decades alone. The efficiency of CNC machines is due to the high performance; increasing the productivity of service personnel; reduction of working capital invested in work in progress; the release of a significant portion of the production area.

The introduction of CNC machines for the automation of machining processes allows you to process parts of the same wide range as in universal machines of the appropriate types with less cost. The creation and implementation of CNC machines has marked the beginning of qualitatively new machining processes that will be further improved and developed. Already, when moving from manual to CNC machines, labor productivity is significantly increased as a result of reducing the auxiliary time for rearranging and measuring the workpiece, optimizing cutting modes, one temporary use in the operation of several cutting tools. The leading place in the growth of the country's economy belongs to the branches of mechanical engineering, which provide the material basis for the technical progress of all branches of the national economy. Engineering has a powerful production base, producing over a quarter of the country's industrial products. The advanced development of mechanical engineering and metalworking in conditions of growing shortage of labor, energy resources and metal is provided with simultaneous increase of output of mechanical engineering products by at least 1.4 times with progressive trends both in increasing the range of products and in updating its structure.

The moral aging of machine-building products often comes much faster than their physical aging, while the time for sustainable mass or mass production of products has decreased, and for putting new products on production for every thousand parts it is necessary to develop more than 15 thousand units of various technical documentation and manufacture many different types of technological equipment. All this requires a further increase in the scientific and technical level and quality of products, a comprehensive improvement in technology and methods of organizing and managing production processes.

The purpose of my course project is to create a technological process for the manufacture of the Hull part, which provides the most profitable method for the manufacture of this product, observing the Unified System of Design and Technological Documentation, state and industry standards. The process to be developed must meet the requirements of mass production, i.e. the parts to be manufactured must have low cost, high processability and meet all the requirements set by the standards.
