Power supply of a residential building

Description

      Power supply of the designed residential building No. 26 is provided from the existing 10-0.4 kV transformer substation from different sections of the 0.4 kV switchgear according to the II (second) category of power supply reliability, with a power armored cable with aluminum core, sech: 4x120mm2 of the AVBbshV-4x120 brand, for switching there are automatic circuit breakers VA88-37 3R 315A 35kA.

The power supply of the designed boiler house is provided from the existing 10-0.4 kV transformer substation from different sections of the 0.4 kV switchgear according to the II (second) category of power supply reliability, with a power armored cable with aluminum core, sech: 4x16mm2 of the AVBbshV-4x16 brand, for switching, automatic circuit breakers VA47-29 3R 40A are provided.

Exterior lighting is provided from the existing 10-0.4 kV transformer substation. The lighting control box should be installed on the outer wall of the existing 10-0.4 kV transformer substation.

Philips-BRP102 LED55/740 LED lamps with a power of 39W are adopted for lighting  . These luminaires are energy-saving, creating high illumination with low power consumption. The minimum distance between the installation of lighting poles and the stone is 0.5 m.

The luminaires are mounted on metal poles. The height of the suspension of the luminaires is 10 m, the step between the  lighting poles ranges from 15 m to 25 m. Luminaires placed on poles should be evenly distributed in phases, creating a symmetrical load on the general line. The power supply of the lighting poles is provided by the cable AVBbshV with a  cross-section of 5x4 sq.mm.  When laying the cable in a trench at a depth of 0.9 m from the ground level. The cables are covered with bricks to protect against mechanical damage along the entire cable route of the supply line. Excavation of soil for lighting poles and cable trenches, all excavation work is carried out manually.

The cross-sections of the wires are selected according to the long-term permissible current.

Lighting control is carried out in manual and automatic modes from the designed cabinet YAUO-9601, which includes:

 - switching on and off the lighting unit from the photosensor signal when the specified illumination level is reached;

 - switching off and on the lighting system at specified periods of time;

 - Manual switching on and off of the lighting unit is carried out by the buttons also provided in the cabinet YAUO-9601.    

Security Measures

The power supply of the facility's electrical receivers is carried out from a voltage source of 380/220V with a solidly grounded neutral with a TN-C-S grounding system.

To ensure the safety of personnel from electric shock  , all metal parts of electrical equipment that are not normally energized, but which may become energized due to a violation of the integrity of the insulation, should be grounded and zeroed.

Electrical installation works should be carried out in accordance with the PUE of the Republic of Kazakhstan and PTB.
