The organization of construction production is one of the main functions of management in construction. The formation of knowledge on the organization of production is based on the study of construction technology, the construction industry, transport, as well as on the study of the basics of production process management.

1. Main provisions on the organization and

Site Construction Planning

The organization and planning of the work at the construction site is based on the in-line method, the main principles of which are the continuity and rhythm of the production, as well as the scheduling of the individual types of work. When combined with a high degree of building assembly, this method is most effective. The simultaneous execution of work by teams on different grips allows you to perform the required amount of work on one gripper and prepare the next operation, thereby drastically reducing the duration of work. With this metole, work is carried out by complex or special teams with a permanent composition, which means high quality of work.

In addition, the efficiency of the flow method is expressed in the uniform and most complete use of the labor resources of production throughout the construction period. The sequence of construction is determined by the requirements of the work process. The relationship and sequence of construction and installation works with accepted technological and organizational methods is reflected in organizational models, one of which is network. It allows you to choose the best option for the work, use all reserves.

Characteristics of the facility and construction conditions.

2.1 General part.

The topic of the task: to develop a project for the organization of construction of a sports complex building for rural areas.

Construction period - 8.5 months, commencement of construction - April, sands, source of water supply and power supply from the rural network and transformer substation respectively according to local conditions, conditions of supply of construction with parts and materials from the construction industry plants.

Additional guidance on starting materials: installation of main components from vehicles.

Construction area: Ulan-Ude.

Engineering training includes external water supply networks, sewerage, power supply, construction of roads, and driveways, improvement of the territory.

The construction area is free of buildings and has a calm relief. Seismicity-8 points.

Site soils with design resistance of 2 kgf/cm2.

The supply of construction water, heat, electricity and communications is provided from existing networks.

2.2 Characteristics of the object.

The sports complex includes: 1) A pavilion for those involved, a sports core, a gymnastics court, a basketball court, a square. for badmitong, volleyball court.

The sports complex is designed for physical education of schoolchildren and direct sports of athletes. The building of the sports complex is equipped with the following sanitary and technical systems: water supply and drinking water supply from external water supply networks (head at the inlet H = 17.57 m) sewerage is domestic - fecal to the city network, heating - central, water (coolant parameters 9570 С, ventilation - with mechanical inducement and natural, power supply - from village networks with voltage of 380220 V, telephony and communication device -

13. Development of a summary schedule for the construction of the facility.

The initial data for the development of the plan are the summary estimate, the calculation of labor costs, the standard terms for the construction of individual objects and works, and the general plan.

The basis of the design of the control according to the calendar plan is the correct process sequence of individual and construction works. The entire complex of work on the construction of the facility should be divided into 3 main cycles: zero, above-ground and finishing work cycle.

According to the schedule, all construction and construction works are depicted in the form of a straight line with marks indicating the beginning and end of work. Work carried out by different sections of the workers should be carried out in parallel, without waiting for the completion of previous work.

The master part of the schedule is the delivery and consumption schedule for the main construction materials. The combined part of the schedule is the delivery schedule of machines and mechanisms for construction. The schedule is considered to be completed if it includes three sections: the schedule itself, the schedule of labor movement and the schedule of machine and machinery movement, the schedule of construction machine costs.

14. Organization and technology of building erection.

Installation of the building of the parking complex with a height of a floor is carried out using the MGK8 crane, selected according to technical parameters, located in the "spot" of development and conducting complex installation in a "self" manner.

18. Description of the general plan system.

The construction plot plan of the entire construction site is a plan that shows all existing buildings and structures, the objects of the designed construction with the indication of the order of construction, as well as temporary buildings and structures, roads and communications, the location of mechanisms and mechanized installations and the ways of their movement.

To design the construction plot plan, the need for temporary buildings and structures, storage rooms, temporary water supply, electricity is determined.

The construction plan is an important document of the PPR and is being developed for the period of complete reversal of work on the construction site and construction of the above-ground part of buildings. It shows: existing, designed, permanent and temporary buildings and structures; engineering networks, road passageways, fire hydrants, temporary open storage sites, permanent and temporary fences and hazardous areas, exit and entry points, lighting networks, crane positions during installation, conventions and TEP of the construction plan. 3.5 m from the building under construction and depending on the departure of the crane boom at a distance of 4.5 m from the crane movement, a temporary storage place, access roads are designed. Retreating 4.5 carriageways we design domestic premises with a fire rupture of 3.5. We design wooden fences with a height of 2 m from the office premises, retreating along the contour of 4.5. They are equipped with gates for exit and entry.

We design water supply with tie-in to existing networks, first with a heating network, then with external inputs to the building under construction. We design fire water supply, which is ring with a separate tie-in to the existing network. Inputs with installation of fire hydrants every 100 m.

For the passage of vehicles, the width of the temporary road is 3.5 m, the radius of turn is at least 12 m. At the points of turn, the road is wider by 5 m. The distance of roads from the building is -3 m, from fences -1.5 m.

The construction plan is enclosed along the perimeter by a permanent or temporary fence. We define the general dimensions of the site and show on the construction plan.

21. Environmental protection activities.

Measures to protect the environment during construction include, according to the Law "On Environmental Protection of the Russian Federation" (1992): 1) Prevention of losses of natural resources; 2) land reclamation; 3) prevention (cleaning) of harmful impurities into soil, water bodies and atmosphere.

Environmental requirements are specified in section 10 of SniP and organization of construction production.
