Technical Requirements 

1. In the manufacture, testing and delivery of the device, the following requirements must be met: a) GOST 12.2.003-74 "Production equipment. General Requirements"; b) OST 26.291-79 "Welded steel vessels and apparatus. Technical requirements". 

2. The material of the column parts in contact with the separated liquids is steel 12Х18Н10Т GOST 5632-72, the rest are steel ST3 GOST 380-71.

 3. The apparatus test for strength and density hydraulically in a horizontal position with a pressure of 0.2 MPa, in a vertical position-pouring. 

4. Welded joints must meet the requirements of OST 26-01-82-77 "Welding in chemical engineering."  

5. Welds in the volume of 100% control by X-ray translucency.
