Description

In this course project, we analyze the basic technological process, develop and improve technology, machines and cutting tools. We assign cutting modes and calculate the norms of time. We design a machine tool for processing holes on a NC drilling machine. We make up the diagram and technical process of the assembly unit. We carry out technical and economic calculations of changes in processing technology in order to determine the economic effect.

Introduction

Scientific and technological progress in mechanical engineering largely determines the development and improvement of the entire national economy of the country. The most important conditions for accelerating scientific and technological progress are increasing labor productivity, improving the efficiency of public production and improving the quality of products.

The improvement of technological methods of manufacturing machines is of paramount importance. The quality of the machine, reliability, durability and cost-effectiveness of operation depend not only on the perfection of its design, but also on production technology.

Application of progressive high-performance processing methods that ensure high accuracy and quality of machine parts surfaces, methods of strengthening working surfaces, increasing the service life of parts and machines as a whole, efficient use of modern automatic and flow lines, software-controlled machines, electronic and computing machines and other new technologies, application of progressive forms of organization and economics of production processes - this is aimed at solving the main problems: improving production efficiency and product quality.

Test accessory

Control accessory is designed to monitor radial run-out of external diameters and ends of the part.

Proposed accessory consists of base accommodating rear and front centers to base and secure shaft.

The principle of the control device is that the part on the left side is installed in a spring-loaded center, on the right side it is pressed by the center, which is connected to the engine transmitting torque to the part. After installation, an indicator is brought to the contact surface and by rotating the part around the axis, readings of radial and end run-out of the part surfaces are taken.

Conclusion

The developed diploma project contains a number of provisions that make it possible to conclude that some changes have been made to the basic version of the technological process, as a result of which the adopted version of the technological process has become more effective. This is reflected in the equipment, which is replaced with a more productive one than in the basic version .

As a result of the development of this project, a complete study of the technological process of obtaining a part in medium-term production conditions was carried out. The most important stage of technology design is the purpose of the routing processing process, the selection of equipment, cutting tool and control devices. The following changes have been made to the basic process:

- replacement of universal machines with CNC machines;

- concentration of operations on one equipment;

- improvement of product quality due to application of automated device for milling of key slots.
