Internal gas supply.

The gas supply project was carried out in accordance with SP 421012003 "General Provisions for the Design and Construction of Gas Distribution Systems from Metal and Polyethylene Pipes," PB 12529-03 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems," SP 421022004 "Code of Rules for the Design and Construction of Gas Pipelines from Metal Pipes" and on the basis of the design assignment and contract No. No. 32p/2007. dated September 05, 2007, specifications No. 417047/9 dated "11" dated 01.2009 issued by the State Unitary Enterprise MO MOSOBLGAZ.

This project envisages technical re-equipment of the boiler house

2.8 MW (3 x 0.95 MW) for heating and hot water supply of the enterprise ZAO YUNOST - 2, Taldom M.O. R.F.

The gas supply of the boiler house is provided from the existing GRP. High-pressure gas is supplied to the FRG, the pressure is reduced using the gas pressure regulator RDUK250/35/N. GRP Settings:

- Inlet pressure up to 6 kgf/cm2

- Output pressure 0.04 kgf/cm2

Safety-shut-off valve operates:

- BSK mach 0.05 kgf/cm2

- PZK min 0.006 kgf/cm2

Safety relief valve operates:

- UCS 0.046 kgf/cm2

The boiler house is supplied with natural low-pressure gas P 0.004 MPa, a gas pipeline with a diameter of 108 x 3.5 made of steel electric welded pipes GOST 1070476.

The project was completed by KB MOSOBLISPOLKOM order No. 25/79.

Gas equipment of the boiler building was designed taking into account the work of three boilers of ICI CALDAIE S.p.A. brand REX - 95. Capacity - 0.95 MW. Installed instead of three Flare boilers. After replacing the boilers, the capacity of the boiler house will increase by 450 kW. Boilers run on natural gas and are equipped with gas automated burners of the company "Ecoflam" grade BLU 1400.1PAB two-stage, power - Q = 400-1300 kW; P = 40 mbar; With built-in electronic control and safety units such as LGB22. SVDLE gas ramp with VPS 504 density control unit. Maximum and minimum gas pressure relay type GW5OA2, minimum air pressure relay type LGW 10A2P and flame control unit. Electric control and safety panels of the boiler with output to the electric general-purpose panel of safety and control automation. Additional dispatch alarm unit installed in the duty personnel room .

The boiler house runs on natural gas.

Calorific value of natural gas - Qn = 7960 kCal/nm3

density - 0.73 kg/m3.

Gas flow to the boiler of ICI CALDAIE S.p.A. grade REX - 95 with a capacity of 0, 95 MW is - Q = 111.4 nm 3/h. The total gas flow to the boiler house is:

Qtl. = Q x 3 = 111.4 x 3 = 334.2 nm 3/h.
