Internal gas supply.

The gas supply project was carried out in accordance with SP 421012003 "General Provisions for the Design and Construction of Gas Distribution Systems from Metal and Polyethylene Pipes," PB 12529 - 03 "Safety Rules for Gas Distribution and Gas Consumption Systems," SP 421022004 "Code of Rules for the Design and Construction of Gas Pipelines from Metal Pipes" and on the basis of the design assignment and contract No. 08p/2006. dated January 30, 2006, specifications No. 236235/20 dated "26" 09.2006 issued by the State Unitary Enterprise MO MOSOBLGAZ.

This project provides for the construction of a block modular boiler plant with a capacity of 1.07 MW (2 x 0.225MW + 0.620) to provide heating for willow buildings of the Yakhroma sports and entertainment park in Zhitzhino, Dmitrovsky District, Moscow Region, Russia.

The gas supply of the boiler house is provided from the designed external gas pipeline with the GRPP installation. The boiler house is supplied with natural low-pressure gas P 0.005 MPa, a gas pipeline with a diameter of 89 x 3.5 from steel electric welded pipes.

The project was completed by PosadProekt LLC Sergiev Posad No. 06/SK1710 NG, the design boundary is the external wall of the boiler room.

The gas equipment of the boiler building is designed taking into account the work of Viessmann boilers. Two Vitoplex100 boilers with a capacity of 0.225 MW, operating on both natural gas and liquid fuel.

And the operation of one boiler of the Vitoplex100 model with a capacity of 0.620 MW, operating on both natural gas and liquid fuel.

The boilers are equipped with Weishaupt burners:

- Boiler 1.1 - gas-diesel burner RGL 5/1D smooth-two-stage, power - Q = 200-940 kW; P = 50 mbar

- Boiler 1.2 - gas-diesel burner WGL 30N/1A smooth - two-stage, power - Q = 75-300 kW; P = 50 mbar

- Boiler 1.3 - gas-diesel burner WGL 30N/1A smooth - two-stage, power - Q = 75-300 kW; P = 50 mbar

The boiler house operates on both natural gas and liquid fuel.

Calorific value of natural gas - Qn = 7960 kCal/nm3

density - 0.73 kg/m3.

Gas flow to Vitoplex100 boiler with capacity of 0.225 MW

is - Q = 27.67 nm 3/h. According to the passport data of the boiler.

Gas flow to Vitoplex100 boiler with capacity of 0.620 MW

is - Q = 76.25 nm 3/h. According to the passport data of the boiler.

The total gas flow to the boiler house is:

Qtl. = Q1 + Q2 + Q3 = 27.67 + 27.67 + 76.25 = 131.6 nm 3/h.
