INTRODUCTION

In Russia, there are strict requirements for the quality of the air environment in closed rooms provided by heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems (OW and KB), for the implementation of measures for occupational health and safety at work, environmental protection, including protection of the atmospheric air, from technological and ventilation emissions. Up to 40% of solid and gaseous fuel and up to 10% of electricity generated in the country are consumed for the operation of the CV and KB systems. I would like to pay special attention to the need to increase the efficiency of heat and gas supply due to the development of new advanced structures, equipping them with automation tools. Significant fuel and electricity savings are possible only with automation of processes in heat and gas supply systems.

However, fuel consumption for heating continues to increase steadily. One way to reduce energy consumption in buildings remains: improving the quality of thermal protection of buildings; improvement of process diagrams and structures of gas supply systems; automation of systems and equipment; recycling of secondary energy resources. More than 50% of the heat requirement is covered by gas fuel. Gas is a good ecological fuel, the use of which, in addition, allows you to fully automate the combustion processes in boilers and effectively operate the entire complex of heating and production heat supply systems. A relatively high degree of automation has been achieved in solid and liquid fuel boiler houses; currently, work is underway on the development of automation systems and automation of gas boiler and gas plants.

Automation and automation systems allow continuous control over gas consumption in all areas of human life, security can only be ensured using automatics systems accurately calculated and correctly installed.

Purpose of gas boilers

Gas boiler houses are the most common type of boiler plants today. The obvious advantages are their low cost of construction and operation compared to other types of boiler plants. The country's extensive gas pipeline network, which is in constant development, allows you to bring gas to almost any point. In addition, gas has a higher heat capacity and heat transfer compared to other types of fuel, it leaves less harmful substances after combustion.

Gas boilers are special devices operating on natural gas or other gases obtained during oil processing and are carried out in both stationary and block-modular configuration.

The main element of any boiler plant is a boiler. Its main elements are screens consisting of bent pipes that serve to transfer heat to a steam-water mixture, steam, water or air, which are also called working bodies. The water that enters the boiler is heated in the furnace to the boiling point, passing through the screens it is smoothly heated to the saturation temperature, converted into steam, which, in turn, is overheated to the necessary temperature.

At the moment, gas boilers and gas plants are equipped with automation systems, so all operating parameters are controlled without the presence of a person.

The main regulatory document is SP 89.13330.2012 "Boiler Plants."

According to the existing rules, gas control units should be installed inside the boiler building, while gas control points should be located on the site.

Type of water treatment plants is selected based on

SP 31.13330.2012 "Water supply. External networks and structures. Updated version of SNiP 2.04.0284. "

Project Objectives and Objectives

Carry out a project to modernize the automation system, and specifically optimize the gas combustion process.

Project Composition

The gas boiler house is located in a separate building and is designed for heating and hot water supply to the locomotive depot. In the boiler room there are 2 water heating boilers Logano SK 625690 and Logano SK 625530 of Buderus with a heating capacity of 690 and 530 kW, respectively. The boilers are equipped with WMG 10/3-A burners from Weishaupt.

CONCLUSION

As a result of the completed diploma project, the automation of the boiler room was modernized. The complex of equipment is designed, installed and configured to control the oxygen content in the flue gases, to control the speed of rotation of the fan. As a result, energy costs are reduced by 10%... 50% fuel consumption is reduced by 3%... 10% at the same boiler capacity. Drew up a local estimate, developed a schedule of work at the site.
