Description
Designed slotted broach.
Initial data:
Workpiece: material grade - Steel 38XA, GOST 4543-71
Hardness - 229 HB.
Slotted hole: D=30H12, d=26H7, b=6, z=6, hole length l=42 mm. Roughness Ra=2.5 µm
In the work, the calculation of the slotted broach is made. Based on the calculations, a drawing of the broach was made.
