Broach round and shaped prismatic cutter

Prismatic shaped cutters are a prism-shaped product in which the front surface is flat and the back is shaped. Such a cutting tool is installed in the tool holder using a connection called a dovetail. The tool is resharpened repeatedly on the front working surface. When turning, they provide a high surface quality in terms of processing cleanliness and roughness and allows you to get complex-profile surfaces of the part. 

The broach is a multi-bladed tool with a series of successively protruding blades one above the other in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the speed of the main movement, designed for processing with translational or rotational main movement of the blade and the absence of feed movement. In this case, the round broach is designed for processing round holes.
