This paper presents the design of a spline broach.
Input data for the calculation:
1) the shape and dimensions of the hole before and after broaching;
2) physical and mechanical properties of the material to be processed;
3) passport data of the machine on which it will be used
projected broaching;
4)Kind of cutting fluid.
