The duration of work is 8 hours.

The total number of workers is 111 people. of them:

Production - 92 people.

AUP - 19 people.

The use of aerated concrete in modern construction is especially relevant in Ukraine right now.

The relevance of aerated concrete at a time of acute lack of funds among developers has increased because its use is often the only way to significantly reduce costs at all stages of construction. Including both at the initial stage of construction - the construction of foundations, and at the stage of erection of walls and their subsequent decoration.

This material has low thermal conductivity, low water absorption, high sound insulation characteristics, sufficient strength and frost resistance, steam permeability and no fuel. Plus, the absolute ecological purity of gas concrete blocks, comparable only to wood.

Already today, there is a significant increase in the share of the use of autoclave aerated concrete due to a decrease in sales of other common materials, such as brick, foam concrete, and slag concrete .

The main trends of the Ukrainian market of wall materials at present are the use of new methods of production and work in the construction of walls, the introduction of the latest technologies and materials instead of the previously used "traditional" ones, the reduction of the market share of imported aerated concrete and the commissioning of new plants for the production of modern cellular concrete. The use of aerated concrete significantly increases labor productivity in construction, allows you to optimize costs and reduce the time for commissioning facilities .

This diploma project was completed as a study of engineering and technical solutions for the plant planned for construction in Simferopol. The construction of the plant is scheduled for 2010-2011 .

Construction and climatic characteristics of the area.

The construction facility - the main production building of the gas concrete products plant - is located on the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in Simferopol, which is located in the zone:

snow region - II:

characteristic value of snow load: s0 = 0.82 kPa

wind area - III (terrain type "III")

wind load value: w0 = 0.46 kPa

climatic area - IIB:

- the average annual air temperature here is + 10.2 ° C, but does not drop below 29 ° C on the coldest days of the year and reaches + 40 ° C in the warm season;

- the amount of precipitation falling per year is 576 mm, while the daily maximum reaches 122 mm, the average wind speed reaches 6 m/s;

- standard depth of ground freezing is 0.8 m.

According to engineering and geological surveys, the following engineering and geological layers take part in the geological structure of the construction site:

• horizon 1 - bulk soils - solid lime loam with pro-layers of soft plastic;

• horizon 1a - bulk soils - wood soil with loamy lime solid aggregate

• horizon 2 - bulk soils - soft-plastic loam;

• horizon 3 - rock limestone low strength.

The base of pile foundations is soil:

• horizon 3 - rock limestone with the following characteristics: α1 = 2.0 g/cm3, RC1 = 80 kg/cm2.

Groundwater to a depth of 8.0 m is not met.

Soils of horizon 2 belong to category III by seismic properties. Soils of horizon 3 belong to category I by seismic properties.

Site planning solution.

The basis for the development of plant building planning is the functional diagram and schedule of the production process, according to which the independent and, if necessary, consistent passage of factory vehicles in accordance with the production process should be ensured.

The territory of the plant is divided into 4 zones: pre-plant, production, utility and warehouse.

The plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks in accordance with the design assignment includes buildings and structures that provide a full cycle for the production of aerated concrete blocks:

- Production building;

- Mixing tower;

- Administrative and household building;

- Steam boiler house;

- Cement warehouse;

- Lime warehouse;

- Gypsum warehouse;

- Sand storage;

- Warehouse of grinding bodies;

- Aluminium powder warehouse;

- Aluminium metering device;

- Warehouse of lubricating oils;

- Finished goods warehouse;

- Central repair shops (2-stage construction);

- Compressor room;

- Weight;

- Passage with security point;

- Transformer substation;

- Pallet shop (construction phase 2);

- Pallet warehouse (construction stage 2);

- Fire tanks (construction stage 2);

- Drinking tanks (construction stage 2);

- Pumping station (2-stage construction).

Buildings and structures are located on the site in accordance with functional and technological requirements.

Entrances - exits to the territory of the plant are carried out on the side of ul. Zhenya Deryugina and from the territory of SKOZ "Stones of Crimea." The area is fenced. The territory of the plant is landscaped and landscaped .

The relief of the section has a slope with a fall in a westerly direction. The relief difference in the area is 3.05.0m. The vertical layout of the site is solved in connection with the adjacent territory. Due to the large difference in relief, retaining walls were designed on the site.

Driveways with a width of 7.59.5 m have been designed for buildings and structures. concrete coating of trains and platforms .

Delivery of raw materials and materials to the production building from warehouses is carried out by pneumatic transport, front forklift, front single-bucket loader.

Economic and economic characteristics of the construction area.

The construction of a plant for the production of aerated concrete blocks is carried out in Simferopol.

Transportation of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns will be carried out from behind-the-water reinforced concrete structures with automotive loaders from 6.6 to 12 m long, and a metal column from the metal structure factory with automotive loaders with a special trailer. The transportation distance of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures is 20 km, and metal structures - 22 km. The remaining materials are transported at a distance of 30 km. Installation of prefabricated reinforced concrete columns and metal columns will be carried out by a caterpillar crane of the MKG25BR brand based on the DEK-50 chassis

Description of the options taken into account.

We compare the metal and prefabricated reinforced concrete column of straight-coal section. The comparison is made using the example of an extreme row column. The length of the reinforced concrete column ℓ = 9.6 m, the length of the crane part ℓ n = 7.5 m, the length of the crane part ℓ in = 2.1 m. The weight of the column is 10 t, the concrete flow rate is 4 m3, the reinforcement flow rate is 0,327 t. The length of the metal column ℓ=9.6 m, the weight of the column is 1.2 t.

Load collection, calculation and selection of sections of reinforced concrete column is given in Section 2. When selecting sections of a metal column, the calculation model generated for the calculation of the railway frame was exported to the LIRSTK calculation module and the sections of the metal column were selected. The calculation results are not included in the explanatory note.

The method of comparing design solutions is carried out on the basis of comparing the costs given, which take into account:

1. Estimated cost of structures in the structure (cost of construction and installation works);

2. Capital investments in the base:

- capital investments for the manufacture of structures;

- capital investments for the purchase of vehicles for the transportation of structures, products, materials from the supplier to the construction site;

- capital investments for the purchase of installation facilities (cranes);

Construction of the design model of the building in the Lira 9.4 software complex.

Multifunctional software complex is designed for designing and calculating construction and engineering structures of a time-to-personal purpose.

Calculation scheme is modeled in LIRVIZOR program.

LIR-VIZOR is the basic system of LIRA software complex including the following main functions:

- visualization of calculation schemes at all stages of its synthesis and analysis ;

- error diagnostics;

- presence of numerous and multivariable methods of model creation (filters, markers, descriptors, navigation, multilingualism, various systems of units, construction of any sections, scalability, multi-window mode, etc.);

- presence of numerous methods of results analysis (construction of isofields, stress isolines, displacements, force symbols, vibration animation, construction of deformed circuits, digital and color indication of elements and their attributes, adjustable image scale);

- indication of task progress in the processor ;

- availability of a developed documentation system.
