2. Source Data

2.1 Fuel. Natural gas with Qnr = 8006 kcal/nm3. Gas density 0.73 m3/kg.

2.2 Consumer. According to the thermal mechanical part of the project. Three steel hot water boilers: RTS 800 manufactured by Riello, Italy with fan gas burners RS 100 t.s. manufactured by Riello Italy (section TM).

2.3 Gas supply. From medium pressure distribution gas pipeline. The pressure at the inlet to the boiler room is 0.286 MPa.

2.4 Natural gas flow rate.

The total gas flow rate is 150 nm3/h.

3. Key Technical Solutions

The design boundary is the introduction of medium pressure gas into the boiler room.

The gas pipeline goes to the boiler house from the outside underground (seeker section) at elev. + 2.200. Fire-fighting valve, cut-off valve of SKS system and ball valve are provided at the inlet.

From the supply gas pipeline cut the branches to the boilers. A ball valve is provided on each tap.

In the boiler house the SGEKVz0.5160/1.6 flowmeter is installed, for pressure decrease of gas in the giving network there is gas control U1 GRPSh131N (B) installation with a performance of 150 m3/h pressure at the exit of 0,020,06 kg/cm2. From GRU it is necessary to lay blowdown gas pipeline D20 outside.

The boilers are equipped with RS 100 t.s. fan burners. natural gas manufactured by Riello, Italy.

The burner includes: fan, igniter, instrumentation, control unit. The unit is designed to control the ignition process and control the heat capacity of the burner and provides control of the boiler in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Single-stage gas ramps are installed in front of the burners to ensure stable gas pressure and its uniform supply. If necessary, and if an emergency occurs, the ramp provides a tight shutdown of the gas supply. The ramp unit includes: gas filter, air pressure switch, shut-off valve, pressure stabilizer, two flow regulator valves. Technical characteristics of the ramp are given in the appendix.

The gas pipelines are equipped with the necessary blowdown pipelines (DN 20), sampling devices. The pipelines shall be removed from the boiler room and raised above the roof level to a height of not less than 1.5 m.

Boiler room height h = 3000 mm. The size of the boiler room in the plan is 10,000 x 7500 mm.

The boiler room is equipped with a ventilation system providing three-fold air exchange and supply of the necessary air for the combustion process (R&D). On the doors of the boiler room there should be an inscription "OPASNOGAZ. No smoking»

4. Installation instructions.

Organization, performance of works, quality control of construction and installation works and acceptance of performed works shall comply with: SNiP 3.01.0185 *, SNiP 42012002, PB 1252903.

Welding of gas pipelines, selection of welding materials shall be performed in accordance with PB 1252903 and RD 15334.1-003-01.

Quality control of welds shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of PB 1252903, SNiP 42012003.

Tests of gas pipelines shall be carried out in accordance with SNiP 42012003 and PB 1252903.

Fittings shall be installed in places convenient for maintenance. Provide platform or ladder for maintenance of valves at gas pipeline inlet. When installing blowdown gas pipelines, provide a slope towards the main gas pipeline. The gas pipelines shall be attached according to 5.9058 series "Gas pipelines attachment units and parts" and 193 series "Equipment, units, parts and fasteners of external and internal gas ducts."

References and elevations shall be additionally specified in place during installation.

Laying of gas pipelines through the wall shall comply with the requirements of the documentation series 193, UG 1.00 SS.

Steel seamless and welded pipes made of steel containing not more than 0.25% carbon, 0.056% sulfur and 0.046% phosphorus shall be used for the production of gas pipelines.

The following are accepted in this project:

- electric welded pipes as per GOST 1070491; GOST 1070580.

material - steel 20 as per GOST 105074.

After installation, clean the pipelines from rust, scale, fatty stains and cover them with two layers of primer of grade GF021 and two layers of enamel of grade PF115: ha-pipelines - yellow, and purge pipelines - red. After painting apply warning red rings to pipelines, refer to GOST 1420269. The degree of cleaning is the third according to GOST 9.40280.

In the boiler room, make easily dumped enclosing structures - windows with a glazing area of ​ ​ 6.0 m2.

5. Automation.

The boiler room operates in automatic mode without the presence of maintenance personnel .

The boiler room supply package includes all the necessary automation tools that prevent emergency situations and equipment failure in case of emergency situations (increase of coolant pressure, burner flame break, power outage, fuel supply interruption, etc.).

SAKZ-M-2 gas analyzer is provided to signal the gas content of the boiler room. When the gas content threshold reaches 0.5% methane or 20 mg/m3, a signal is sent to the control room. If the threshold of 1% methane or 100 mg/m3 is exceeded, the gas supply to the boiler room is stopped.

To protect the gas valves from increasing the gas pressure, a pressure gauge with electrical contacts is provided, which supplies a signal to the KZGEM valve and closes it when the pressure exceeds 0.3 MPa .

Provide alarm output to the control room.
