General Data

The design was performed on the basis of the design assignment and on the basis of the specification No. _____ from ______ issued by _________. The project provides for the heat supply of an apartment building with built-in non-residential premises. The location of the object is a quarter bounded by Amurskaya, Krasnoyarsk, Anokhina and Barguzinskaya streets. Heat supply is provided from heating networks ____________. Connection point - heating chamber TK242 on the street. Anokhina. The chamber provides for the installation of shutoff valves and valves for air exhaust .

Temperature plot of heat network 11070С. Coolant pressure in supply pipeline is 5.6 kgf/cm2, in return pipeline - 5.0 kgf/cm2. Heat network pipelines from the connection point to the residential building are made of steel electric welded straight-joint pipes Ø159x4.5 mm. The type of gasket is underground, in impassable tray reinforced concrete channels with an inner section of 1000x450 (h). Compensation of temperature deformations of pipelines of thermal network is provided with help "P" - figurative compensators and angles of rotation of pipelines.

The project provides for the installation of two heating chambers (design designation - UT1 and UT2) on the street. Krasnoyarsk. In UT1, the existing heat supply pipelines of the OMTO building located on 11 Anokhina St. are connected to the designed heating line. Shutoff and drain valves are installed in the chamber. UT2 provides drainage of pipeline sections from UT1 to UT2 and from UT2 to commissioning of the designed residential building into ITP.

When installing, strictly observe the slope of trays and pipelines. All pipelines shall be coated with thermal insulation (anticorrosive layer - EP56 enamel in three layers according to EP0010 flooring in two layers, the main layer - mineral wool piercing mats GOST 2188086, the cover layer - fiberglass roll type PCTA). The thickness of the heat insulation layer on the supply and return pipelines is 60 mm. Insulation of welded and flange joints shall be performed after performance of pipeline strength and tightness tests. The depth of existing utilities and design marks should be clarified after the start of earthworks. An airtight partition is installed at the pipeline entry into the technical subfield of the residential building.

The category of the designed pipeline is IV.

The heating line is designed taking into account the promising connection of the underground parking garage and the administrative building. The transfer of the heating network pipelines from TC 124 to TC 242 on Anokhina St. (requirement of item 5 of technical specifications No. 532/601) was carried out by a separate project.

Installation, adjustment, hydraulic tests, commissioning of the heating line, as well as organization, production and acceptance of works shall be performed in accordance with the existing SNiP.
