2. Technical requirements

The project shall provide for automatic fire alarm installation.

Automatic fire alarm installation is designed for timely detection of the fire site and generation of control signals for fire warning systems and management of building engineering equipment. AUPS provides reception, processing and transmission to the device of receiving and control signals supplied from automatic fire detectors installed in protected rooms.

The Fire Evacuation Warning and Control System is a set of organizational measures and technical means designed to inform people in a timely manner about the occurrence of a fire and/or the need for evacuation routes.

Automatic fire alarm shall be performed on the basis of Signal-1 fire control devices and S2000 control panel installed on the basement in room No. 16. Non-combustible cables and fire alarm wires shall be laid in compliance with the approach to power cables and other communications in the channel cable along walls and ceilings.

To build network of the fire alarm with installation of smoke fire adresnoporogovy announcers of DIP34PA, manual porogovo - address the International Party of Russia 5133PA, thermal SP 1011AA3.

On the basis of SP 3.13130.2009, the premises of the facility should be equipped with a warning and evacuation control system of the 2nd type with installation

-TON -1S-12 sound annunciators

-Lighting annunciators KOP25 above evacuation exits.

Sound and voice annunciators shall be installed in accordance with the regulatory documentation and taking into account interference and refraction of sound waves to ensure the necessary level of sound pressure at any point of the protected room.

The warning network must be made using 4x0.8 FRLS ng (A) RTD cable.

Provision shall be made for backup power supply of automatic fire alarm and fire warning system. It shall ensure the operation of the fire alarm system in standby mode for at least 24 hours, in fire mode - at least 3 hours.

This project provides for automatic installation of fire alarm and system of warning and management of people evacuation in case of fire.

Working documentation is made on the basis of the task for development of working documentation, initial data received from the customer, and in accordance with the current regulatory documents.

PPKOP device Signal 10, BRP1 to be installed in room 16 on the basement. Set signal 10 (ARK2) in room 4 on the ground floor .

2 Signal 10 shall be combined into the network under control of C2000 monitoring and control panel.

2. Cable networks

Fire alarm system networks in the premises are performed:

FRLS 2x0,5 (address signaling loops) with MMD cable (A),

VVGngLS cable 3х1.5 (power chains),

Indoor fire warning system installation networks are performed

4x0.8 FRLS RTVng (A) cable (branches from main lines to loudspeakers),

Wires and cables are routed into the channel cable through walls and floors.

The grade and cross-section of cables and wires for electrical circuits is selected based on the conditions for ensuring the rated resistance of loops and voltage drops in wires.

3. Power supply and equipment draining.

The object corresponds to the 1st category of electrical receivers in terms of reliability of power supply according to PUE. 12V, 14 and 7 A/h batteries are used as backup power.

All fire alarm equipment and fire warning systems shall be occupied at rated voltages above 42 V AC or 110 V DC. Zeroing is carried out in accordance with the operational and technical documentation of the manufacturers, in compliance with the requirements of the PUE.

4. Level of facility operation safety.

Design solutions comply with the requirements of environmental, sanitary, fire and other applicable norms and rules and ensure safe operation of the facility for life and health of people, subject to the measures specified in the design documentation.

5. Organization of working conditions and labor protection

The designed equipment does not require the constant presence of maintenance personnel.

During operation and maintenance of AUPS and EPSS, remember that AUPS and EPSS devices are energized with life-threatening (220 V). Persons not more young than 18 years having qualification group on TB not lower than III are allowed to works on installation, installation, check, service of systems, during the work with tension up to 1000 V, the studied device, the principle of action, the maintenance instruction and the passed tests of the commission created by administration.

DO NOT: perform welding or other fire operations closer than 2 meters from AUPS and EPSS equipment, throw, strike, other mechanical and electrical impacts in relation to AUPS and EPSS equipment. Requirements of fire protection measures are provided by design solutions in accordance with PUE standards - selection of cables and wires that do not support combustion;

All works on installation, installation and operation of equipment must be carried out in accordance with the "Safety Rules for Construction and Operation of Radio Enterprises," Labor Protection Rules for Work with Electrical Equipment up to 1000 V (POT R O4500696).

6. Organization of installation work

Installation and adjustment of AUPS and EPSS is carried out by a specialized organization with a corresponding license for this kind of activity. Installation and setup works shall be performed in accordance with the requirements of the Specifications, Operating Instructions attached by the manufacturer.

During the commissioning of the facility, test tests should be carried out to check the operability by measuring the signals taken from the control units and points of the functional units, as well as to check the operability of the system as a whole by means of a test control operation. The installation and installation organization shall provide a clear instruction on the use of the AUPS and EPSS system, tables and maps of cable traces, switchgears and printout of the areas of the acceptance and control device. After completion of installation and installation works, it is necessary to seal and seal parts and elements of the AUPS and EPSS system under the signature from the installation and installation organization and operating organization.

The AUPS and EPSS system belongs to the category of complex operational equipment that affects the safety of people and material assets, therefore, it is necessary to carry out maintenance starting immediately from the moment the AUPS and EPSS system is put into operation. Maintenance shall be carried out by a licensed organization. During operation of AUPS and EPSS system it is necessary to develop instructions on interaction of technical personnel and response service.
