This as-built documentation is executed in accordance with the equipment contract for fire alarm and voice warning systems for people about fire in the business center building and with the requirements of the following regulatory documents :

- SNiP 210197 "Fire safety of buildings and structures";

- NPB 8801 "Fire fighting and alarm systems. Design Codes and Regulations ";

- NPB 10403 "Warning and evacuation management systems in case of fires in buildings and structures";

Characteristics of the protected object

The object is a business center located in a two-story building (monolith brick). Protected premises belong to the class of public service. Ceiling height: on the first and second floors 3.4 m. Rack ceilings suspended. Inter-ceiling space - 1.150.8 m. According to the class of possible fire, it belongs to category "B." All protected rooms are heated. Air temperature: + 18 sound22C, relative humidity up to 80%, air flow rate up to 1 m/s.

Main Design Solutions

The fire alarm system of the business center is made on the basis of devices of the Orion system, manufactured by ZAO NVP Bolid, Korolev.

Structure of a system: C2000M control panel, controller of the two-wire address S2000KDL communication line, blocks of indication "S2000BI".

The system of people's voice warning about a fire is implemented on the equipment "Horn" (manufactured by ZAO NVP Bolid). "Exit" light indicators of type "KOP25" are used to indicate evacuation direction.

Fire alarm system

The fire alarm system is based on the address two-wire communication line controller "S2000KDL." The controller is installed in the security room.

To monitor the fire-safe state of the protected rooms, several (depending on the area of ​ ​ the room) address smoke optoelectronic detectors "DIP34A" (one in the room, the second behind the suspended ceiling) are installed in the rooms of the thermal units, the address thermal detector "S2000IP" (behind the suspended ceiling "DIP34A") is installed. At the main and spare exits, as well as long corridors, address manual fire detectors "IPR513A" are installed.

In case of fire it is provided to output control signal from relay unit "S2000SP1" to the equipment of people's voice warning about fire.

Fire alarm system provides:

- detection of signs of fire with accuracy to a separate room;

- transmission of signals "Attention," "Fire" to the round-the-clock security post;

- display of a condition of means of the alarm system to within the protected room on the block of indication ("S2000BI") and to within the announcer (on the indicator of PKU "C2000M");

- supply of sound and light signals about fire at operation of smoke, heat or manual fire detectors by means of built-in indication "S2000BI," "S2000M" and remote light-and-sound annunciators;

- monitoring of the status of linear equipment of the system with output of light and sound alarm about its malfunctions.

Equipment placement. instruction on orion system programming

At the central security station, place "S2000M" PCM, "S2000BI" indication units, "S2000KDL" two-wire address line controller, relay unit for actuation of "S2000SP1" ECSS, "Horn" translation equipment.

Orion programming should be organized in sections and groups of sections. Fire detectors installed in a separate room are included in one section. Conclusion of signals of a condition of sections to make on blocks of indication "S2000BI".

Section groups are formed from sections based on the belonging of sections to one or another owner.

Requirements for installation of systems

The linear part of the systems should be laid in accordance with the requirements of the norms: behind suspended ceilings - in corrugated panels; - open on walls and ceilings - in electrical boxes. For providing a galvanic outcome of the devices of the Orion system installed on different floors at the beginning of the line of RS485 interface to install the converter (repeater) of the S2000PI interfaces.

Power supply

The equipment shall be powered from AC mains, 220 ± 15% V voltage and 50 ± 1 Hz frequency. Via uninterruptible power supplies. Power supply of power supplies shall be provided from the existing switchboard through a separate single-pole circuit breaker for AC mains of 220 volts, 50 Hz frequency.

Operation time of security equipment from uninterruptible power supply sources is not less than 24 hours in standby mode.

Use redundant power supplies "RIP12" Isp 01 for power supply of fire alarm system devices.

Grounding

Perform protective grounding of the electrical installation in accordance with PUE and technical documentation for the equipment.

TCO equipment grounding shall be performed with connection to the building grounding loop.

Ensure grounding of safety equipment in accordance with the requirements of the "Intersectoral Rules for Labor Protection (Safety Rules) during Operation of Electrical Installations."

SERVICE PERSONNEL DETAILS

Maintenance and maintenance of the OPTS system shall be performed by electricians not lower than the fourth category under the guidance of ITR.
