1.1 Basis of design and initial data

This working project on the device of automatic address fire alarm (APS), automatic installation of powder fire extinguishing (ASPT) and the system of warning and evacuation of people in case of fire (SOIUE) in the reconstructed cinema building was developed on the basis of the contract, technical assignment from the project customer and the following regulatory documents:

Installation, adjustment, testing and commissioning of the powder fire extinguishing system within the framework of this project must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of VSN 2509.67-85 "Rules for the production and acceptance of works. Automatic fire extinguishing units. " Ministry of Education of the USSR.

1.2 Purpose of automatic fire alarm unit

Automatic fire alarm is designed to detect heat in the premises of the reconstructed cinema building.

This working design provides for a signal about fire and automatic fire alarm to the control room - a security post on the first floor of the building with a round-the-clock stay of duty personnel. All premises of the facility shall be protected by automatic fire alarm installation except for:

ventilation chambers (plenum and exhaust), pump, boiler and other rooms for engineering equipment of the building in which there are no combustible materials;

bathrooms and rooms with wet processes;

staircases and tambours.

1.3 Purpose of fire warning and evacuation control system

Fire evacuation warning and control system - a set of technical means designed to inform people in a timely manner about the occurrence of a fire in the premises of the reconstructed building and about the need and escape routes. Within the framework of this project, a warning system for people in case of type IV fire is provided.

Mandatory elements in the fire evacuation warning and control system:

translation of speech texts on necessity and escape routes;

translation of specially designed texts aimed at preventing panic and other phenomena that complicate evacuation;

actuation of escape safety signs ("Exit" annunciators and evacuation direction indicators);

remote opening of emergency exit doors equipped with electromagnetic and electromechanical locks;

management of other engineering life support systems of the building;

communication of fire control room with fire warning areas.

1.4 Purpose of the automatic powder fire extinguishing unit

In the electrical panel room on the ground floor of the building, where fire extinguishing is prohibited using a water fire extinguishing unit, a modular automatic powder fire extinguishing unit has been designed. The plant is designed to detect, localize and eliminate fires of classes A, B, C, as well as electrical equipment (electrical installations under voltage). The project provides for extinguishing the entire protected area.

1.5 Brief description of the protected object

The facility is a single six-story building, which includes retail premises, catering premises, technical, auxiliary, production premises, consumer services premises, administrative premises. Total building area 8,220 m2, fire resistance rating of building II, structural fire hazard class C0.

The facility is equipped with a water fire extinguishing system, ventilation system, central air conditioning system, smoke removal system.

Section 2. automatic fire alarm. process part

2.1 General Information

Based on the requirements of the regulatory documents, the technical specification from the Project Owner and taking into account the construction, climatic and technological features of the protected premises, the APS within the framework of the working project is designed on the basis of the targeted analogue equipment of Aritech manufactured by GE Interlogix (USA).

APS provides fire detection in protected rooms with the help of addressable smoke and manual fire detectors, transmission of a fire signal to the post-inspection room, automatic switching on and control of the powder fire extinguishing unit, the warning system for people in case of fire, switching off air conditioning, plenum and exhaust ventilation systems, main power supply, switching on the smoke removal system, emergency lighting, as well as lowering elevators and switching off escalators.

The system has one control and reception device, which is installed in the control room - a security post on the ground floor of the building.

Technical specifications of "Itrium" software complex

The software "Itrium" is designed to build a set of technical means of security and life support, provide monitoring and dispatching of events, control of technical means and systems, configuration of equipment, systems and algorithms of functioning, as well as control and management of personnel.

"Itrium" contains a complete set of programs and software tools for system integration of technical security tools, life support, such as:

access control systems;

security alarms and perimeter security;

fire alarm and fire automation;

Traditional and digital video surveillance and video recording;

Human resources management;

heating, ventilation, air conditioning, lighting control, etc.

The basic software includes the following modules:

Monitoring

The Monitoring program is an integral part of the Itrium software and includes the functions of the surveillance program and the management of elements of the security system and automation of buildings.

The Monitoring program is designed to:

displaying the current state of security zones, groups, sections, readers, access points, video cameras and other elements of security systems and automation of buildings in graphic, text and tabular form;

installation and removal from protection of zones, groups, sections, opening and closing of readers and access points, control of rotary cameras, as well as for other actions on elements of safety systems and automation of buildings;

displaying events and alarms from security zones, groups, sections, readers, access points, video cameras and other elements of security systems and automation of buildings;

displaying "live" video from selected video cameras or from video cameras from the location of events and alarms;

display of photos, full name and other data of pass owners;

displaying the number of people in the premises and their data;

display of temperature, humidity and other data provided by the building automation system;

registration of all operator actions;

installation and removal from the security of individual premises, floors and the building as a whole;

delimiting access to state viewing and control of elements of safety systems and automation of buildings.

System Administrator

The System Administrator is part of the Itrium software. This program administers the security system. The System Administrator tool is used to:

Create and adjust the security configuration and properties of its elements

Monitor the status and management of system elements, and differentiate access rights to electronic plans.

Reports

The program "Reports" is designed to receive reports on events, alarms and actions of operators from security zones, groups, sections, readers, access points, video cameras and other elements of security systems and automation of buildings. The program allows you to filter events by time of occurrence, source, destination, event code, event alarm flag, skip number, name and other attributes.

If an event or alarm is recorded on the DVR, the program automatically plays the video archive from the desired camera when the event or alarm occurs. Reports also allows you to create templates that are used to filter events.

Automatic fire alarm is technologically connected to automatic water fire extinguishing system (see AUPT design) by means of address I/O extenders. Aritech IO2034 manufactured by GE Interlogix (USA).
